Once they had my truck in the shop they diagnosed it's issues and gave me a range of potential fixes and choices on which way to go. After they had the parts it wasn't more than a week later I had my truck back and with news of a revised diagnosis that saved me time and money. I would definitely use their services again if need be and highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Kyle and kristin at elite diesel. Im very mechanically inclined but i just didn't have the proper tools to do this kind of work. He isolated my electrical issue and saved me a ton of time and frustration. Fixed a coolant leak for me as well. Very happy with his work and customer service! Will be going back to him in the future with any other issues that stump me! Thanks Elite Diesel!

Took our F250 here to diagnose an issue that the previous shop could not seem to figure out. Not only did they pinpoint it almost immediately, they fixed our death wobble that we d been dealing with for quite some time after multiple hopeless attempts at other shops and thousands spent. I work out of state so I wasn t around while they were working on the truck but they communicated with me almost daily and were flexible with my schedule. Super down to earth yet professional people. Couldn t ask for better service and we ve already decided we won t take our truck anywhere else.

Kyle and his team went above and beyond for me. It's not every day that you find a mechanic that wants to actually fix the underlying problem, instead of just throwing expensive parts at it. You guys have earned my business from here on.

We are from out of state, and needed a reliable option to get our tow/work vehicle serviced. Elite came through with a fast appointment, fair pricing and quick service without sacrificing quality work. They made us feel welcome, and the shop cat made our wait better

It's hard to find good Diesel mechanics. I have tried several recommended over the past 2 decades without success. Kile at Elite was recommended to work on my Powerstroke by a local Ford dealership. I've been in good hands ever since.

Elite auto and diesel was awesome. My check engine light came on out of nowhere and I noticed I had an oil leak. I just happen to be working up by their shop and went in to see what they could do for me. I could tell they were pretty busy. They had several trucks In their lot. They said if I could leave my truck with them for a couple hours. They would at least give it a quick look and make sure nothing major was wrong, then schedule me in. They were able to look at my truck, diagnosed the issue that day, fix the issue that day and had me up and running.. I really appreciate them Taking time out of their busy day to work on an unscheduled appointment. Definitely my go to shop from now on.

Even though I hated the diagnosis, the mechanic (Kyle) really knew what he was doing, and it didn't take him long to figure out the problem. I was originally just driving over to figure out which version of power steering pump my school bus had, and get more information. On the way over there, my bus tried to overheat...Kyle determined that a gasket had previously blown in the engine, and it wasn't going to make it to Florida like I wanted. Elite was so kind, and also professional about the whole situation. Their wisdom prevented a worse situation, and saved my skoolie so it could get fixed.-The Zephyr Skoolie (The happy ending: I was still able to move to Florida, and the bus is getting fixed by a neighbor! )

These guys have taken great care of my 2011 f-250 and have done great work on my 1988 Freightliner. Can't say enough about the work they have done. Needless to say they are my go to shop.

Awesome Experience with Kyle Orr's Elite Automotive.I had several different issues going on with my 2001 F250SD and Kyle was able to fix them all. I was having issues with my turbo not working right, had an exhaust leak and transmission issue. He fixed all of them and in a timely manor. Thanks Kyle for great service.

My 6.0 has been to the shop twice and both times Kyle has fixed the problem and done it quickly. He even came to the rescue today on a Friday because the truck shut down on me. Turned out it was my stupid mistake but none the less him and his girl came out right away and I am grateful!

These guys are awesome and know what they are doing. Had big issues with my transmission and got me taken care of and even fought like hell with the insurance people to make sure I was getting the best price. Definitely seeing these guys for any future maintenance/repair work.

Kyle Orr and his team at Elite Diesel are the only mechanics in the Kansas City area I trust to work on my three Powerstroke diesels, my 2001 F-250 with the 7.3, my 2002 Excursion with the 7.3 and my 2005 Excursion with the 6.0. They are honest Diesel experts that pay attention to detail and charge fair rates.

Kyle and his crew have been working on our trucks for several years now. His knowledge, especially of Fords, is excellent, he is able to diagnose our issues and get us back on the road every time.
