The service is great and I was treated with respect and talked to like I was a resident there. Stephanie is great at what she does there. Me being from Lincoln Nebraska I have been treated with all respect .As my vehicle broke down on 15 north in Kansas. I had it towed here and there was no rush to have the vehicle removed from here. Unlike the first spot I had towed there I was told immediately to remove it. So I had it towed to here which was the choice I should've made in the first tow. But thank you and I highly recommend this shop for business!!

A few weeks ago, while hauling furniture from Kansas City to Lindsborg, KS, my U-Haul truck broke down on the return leg and it was not fit to drive back home. Stephanie and the guys in the shop worked with the local U-Haul people to diagnose the problem and they helped me out in a tight spot. Thanks to everyone at M & M for helping out a traveler in trouble!

We were in Abilene last week and I found a screw in my tire. We went immediately to M & M and they took us right away. We were on the road again with a repaired tire in 30 minutes. The people here are friendly, helpful and the best at getting you on your way quickly and effortlessly. Can t recommend them enough, Thank You to a great staff for all you did for us.Service: Tires

M&M tire is absolutely an Abilene treasure. The staff was so incredible and friendly. I was traveling through when I got a flat and had help from David from King Solomon Ranch who help put my donut on my car and referred me M&M tire. Thank you so much David and thank you M&M Tire. All of you are angels. Being 3 hours away from my husband and not knowing anyone, everyone was so comforting and friendly. M&M Tire got my tire and got me and my son back on the road in a short time. FYI their doggies were in the office running around and it was absolutely charming and felt like home. I absolutely Recommend this company. Steph was very sweet and helpful. Thank you all God bless you guys. You are all angels.

Had Dylan install a 4 pack of valve stems (ordered from Ram) on a travel trailer. They got me in quick, helped with the pairing, and had a fair price. Honest and fair shop. Couldn t be happier.A little update. 40 miles East of Tok AK (go ahead google the location I ll wait) the sensor flashes low tire pressure. The difference between a blow out and finding a pull off to put on a spare? The installation of the TPMS!

First got a flex pipe replaced on my exhaust worked well now 2 years later realized i paid 200+ dollars on a 15 dollar amazon flex pipe and some jb weld which needs to be replaced again. Also had my stock trailer lights rewired that took 4 days to do. I said take your time not knowing they were going to charhe me 800 dollars for that. Should have gotten a quote glad i moved away definitely know whathg your getting from them and get a quote before doinh business with this place.

Real easy to find from I-70 Exit 275 Abilene. Go straight ahead into town and they're on the west side of the street just before downtown.

We were driving cross-country on our way to a wedding when the alternator on our vehicle crapped out. No warning- no battery trouble, and the alternator was pretty new. M&M Auto was booked up for the day, but squeezed us in to see what they could do. I suspect their mechanic worked through lunch to get our alternator replaced so we could get on our way the same-day.A kind local took pity on us and offered to change the appointment for service on his truck to help out also (so they had time to fix our car that day). On top of squeezing us in, they helped us out filing a claim on the alternator since it was still under warranty. That was totally above and beyond, and deeply appreciated.Basically, M&M Auto turned what could have been a major car catastrophe into a minor blip in our travel schedule. Thanks!

Excellent place to have your vehicles and even my trailer lights fixed. Staff is friendly and patient, they explain the issue and help you decide the best way to get it running. Prices are phenomenal, I wish I would have known about them sooner. They will have my business and be my first recommendation for clients and friends. Can not go wrong with M and M Auto.

This is a great place. I thought these places were a thing of the past. The lady behind the counter knows everyone's names and is quite impressive. Very honest and straight forward. I have my oil changed here every time and have bought tires here also. I trust them 100%. They will continue to have my business. My oil change took 20 minutes today. In and out. I love it.

I had broken down on the highway and John's Towing brought me into M&M. Stephanie was super friendly and got 1 of the mechanics on it right away. (I am so sorry but I didn't get his name) Poor guy was over six feet and had to get under the dash of a Mini Cooper to plug the computer in to see what the issue was. We got the codes, cleared them up and I was on my way!Great small town family owned company to work with!!Thanks again!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We had brake issues and were traveling through on our way to Colorado. Owners and mechanics were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional and were able to get our brake line fixed and we were back on the road quickly! Super friendly and we walked around downtown Abilene while we were waiting and it was a wonderful town. Thank you!!!Service: Brakes

They were quick and very nice. We were on our way home from vacation and needed a new tire, $80 out the door. And they let us bring our dog inside with us while we wait. He was a happy dog with all that attention lol.

We had a tire shred on our dually RV while driving 70 from Colorado to NC. Thank God for Sarah, Dusty & Bo. They,'d already closed for the day, were headed to an outing,, but reopened to help us.. we are so very thankful & appreciative for their kindness

Terrific people and even more terrific service!! We were driving by Abilene and were directed here after experiencing a flat on the Interstate. The woman at the desk - Stephanie - was incredibly friendly and told us she'd try to get us back on the road quickly. Dylan, who was equally friendly, dropped what he was doing and set to work on our car. Within 40 minutes, he had fixed and tested the tire and re-installed it on the car. I think we paid $25. You hear about service this good or maybe you read about it, but you rarely get to experience it yourself. We did at M & M. Kudos to all of you for superior service with a smile!!

I was on a road trip from Florida to Colorado when I had car trouble in Missouri, I spent over 3 hours at a mechanic shop there for them to replace the water pump, I didn't get too far into Kansas when it started over heating again with steam pouring out from under the hood. I was emotionally distraught and terrified I would never find a mechanic that was going to help me in getting out to Colorado to pick up my son and back home again. However through divine intervention I was lead to Stephanie and Bo and M&M Tire and Auto. Right away Steph took me in and calmed me down, she was thorough and efficient with gathering the info needed on what the vehicle was doing, she allowed me to bring my dog in with me which I was concerned what I would do with, while they were checking out the engine. They are efficient, Honest and highly skilled mechanics, But most of all caring and compassionate human beings that were truly invested in making sure I arrived safely to my destinations! They have a heart and genuinely care about their customers! Stephanie contacted me through the info I left her to make sure I arrived safe. My Only regret is I don't live near them to make them my Only mechanic I ever again go to! Thank you Bo for doing what you do so well and Stephanie for the love that comes through with everything you do! You are the most decent people I've met in a while!

You can't go wrong at M&M! The service is always outstanding. Steph gets you going quickly and always seems to be doing a million things at once (and does all of them well!). Dylan got right to work on my car with a smile. He did a great job, pulled it out of the shop for me, and was super personable!

Excellent shop, water pump gave out in Kansas on a long trip. It was night, so called them first thing in the morn Steph was super friendly and helpful! Dylan worked on my truck and had it ready to go much sooner than I expected! Great work, great people! Thanks again!

On Monday December 7th I was on my way to Topeka because my Dad was flown to the hospital there. I blew a tire about 6 miles out of Abilene, after limping into town on the spare I found M&M Tire. I had my wheelchair bound mother with me and I was in a bit of a rush. I explained this to the lady at the front desk (who was SUPER helpful) and they accommodated us in every way, shape and form. It was like a NASCAR pit crew. We had 2 new tires mounted, balanced and installed, we were literally in and out the door in about 15 minutes. I wish I had taken the time to get some names from each of them. Trust me, if you are in the neighborhood and need some work done, these folks are awesome. I live a couple hours away, but I am tempted to make the drive back the next time I need something. Thank you M&M.

Fantastic shop! Friendly and knowledgeable. My mechanic told me everything I needed to know about my car's major issue and went above and beyond to explain my options. Charges seemed more than fair for the effort he put in. I'll come back any time if I need diagnosis or repair.

I am currently on a road trip from vegas going to New Jersey and on the way I accidentally ran over a tire that was in the middle of the highway which broke both of the bottom shields on my 2013 Prius. I just so happened to be in this cute little town and I gave M&M a call and asked them if I could get the rest of the broken shields off the bottom of my car. They ended up fixing it completely and didn t even charge me. Thanks to this place I won t have to hear scraping for the 20 hours left I have of driving! I very much appreciate this place. I called and within 30 minutes everything was good to go. Thanks again!

Got a damaged wheel and suspension on 70 west and pulled off into the nearest exit and ended up at M&M. Above and beyond customer service and they got me on the road in a mere few hours to stay on track for my trip. Had an appointment for today, receptionist said she was not aware that it was for a dually after I was given a price for a dually by telephone. Clerk raised her voice and we were humiliated over what was an error on her part. Would not recommend this business.
