JR did an amazing job on my 2020 Tacoma with the oil rustproofing! The whole process was fairly quick and he treats you vehicle just like his own. Which he showed me and they are in fantastic condition for the age of the vehicles. Highly recommend getting this done and going here for it!

Recently bought a new car down south and wanted to make sure it was protected from the terrible Iowa rust. J.R did an amazing job, great communication and he answered any questions I had. Very professional. I will 100% return to get my car touched up and will be sure to recommend them to others.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with J.R. s Oil Rustproofing. He did excellent work masking those areas that shouldn t be covered and applying the Boss Wax wherever possible. The price was fair for all the time and materials needed.Thank you for protecting my truck!

JR, his son and Dad are wonderful people. My 2007 FJ Cruiser underside looks great! See you January 2025 for her maintenance. As I am from Boston, NYC and LA the tour of the area by JR'S Dad was informative and fun! Funny the product comes from NH as I spent many a summer fishing and skiing there as a wee lad! Cheers!

JR and his family offer a great service. I would recommend his rust prevention service to anyone wanting to keep their vehicle clean from the salt and brine solutions used in Iowa winters. JR and his team do a great job explaining exactly what they are doing to your vehicle, and treat it like their own. They run an honest and respectable business. I recommend you take your vehicle to them if you are in search of a rust prevention solution.

I recently took my 2007 FJ Cruiser with 203K miles on it to J.R. to have the oil undercoating applied. I had originally started out just doing research on undercoating and came across J.R.'s website. He almost immediately replied to my email, answering all of my questions. As seen in all of the photos he posts, as well as the work he did to my vehicle, I can confirm his extreme attention to detail and overall quality of work.The drive from Des Moines was just under an hour, and J.R. worked on it for about 3. Even after having my ride bail on me last minute, was able to walk around the small town of Zearing, and even got a personal tour of the town from J.R.'s dad after running in to him at the local gas station for coffee!Not only did he treat my vehicle like it was his own, he (and the members of his family I had the pleasure to meet), treated me with such tremendous hospitality, kindness, and care.I would recommend the service not just for the benefits it has to your car, but for the way in which you and your vehicle will be treated by J.R. I can't wait to bring it back for a check-in next year.

I have a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Srt8 that I have oil under coated and I love the service that JR and Taylor provide. I will always come back every year for their services. They pay attention to every detail and if I have a special concern about a problem area, they will address it 100%. 10 thumbs up! My only complaint is that I wished I had found him sooner! Any owner of a new or newer vehicle should get this done right away It s going to add significantly more value to your car or truck

Just had my 2020 Express cargo van oil rustproofing reapplied. First time was in 2021. Undercarriage looks like new, no rust anywhere. JR is great to work with, does a wonderful job and is honest and very knowledgeable. I drive 190 miles from Burlington in southeast Iowa to his shop in Zearing, definitely worth the trip.

Snow is beautiful. Rust is not. You can t beat courteous and professional service. JR does both exceptionally well. I truly felt like he cares for my vehicle just as much as I do and my hope is that I can keep my 99 4Runner in great shape for years to come. He applied rust proofing oil thoroughly inside and out at a very reasonable price. He did it in a very timely manner. I will be taking my wife s car back to him for the same service. 100% recommend.

I gave my 2017 Tacoma to J.R. for the Back N Black undercoating! I could not have been happier with the service. I neglected my Tacoma and it was pretty dirty when I handed it over.Looking at my undercarriage after J.R. and his son worked on it, it s obvious that J.R. is a top-notch professional and he is extremely detail oriented. My undercarriage now looks incredible and it s protected from the elements. He is an expert in his line of work.His pricing is a also a bargain, and you will not be disappointed with whatever service you get! My rig looks awesome now, and I m ready for another winter. Thank you J.R.

J.R. was recommended to me. He did an excellent job putting boss wax under my new vehicle. He was able to squeeze me in. The process was fast and easy. He took the time to educate me on the process. J.R. is trustworthy and reliable. I will be back. I definitely recommend!

J.R. has great service and communication. He educated me on the process and maintainence of oil rustproofing. His background in bodywork gave me confidence as he addressed issues before oil application. He went the extra mile and washed out my Jeep frame after I mentioned it has been off-roading/ rock crawling. He used black undercoating for most, but clear on some colored suspension pieces. I feel he gave my Jeep the same care he would give any of his own vehicles.Again, great service and communication! I will definitely be coming back!

Glad I found J.R.'s because when he says he hates rust, he truly means it. He spent an hour on the phone with me upon initial contact. We set a time to bring my vehicle up to him and he did a wonderful job undercoating my 4Runner. Spent time scaling and rust converting the underside where needed before applying the NHOU undercoating. Took about 5 hours as this was an initial application and was pretty thorough.While J.R. was doing the undercoating, his dad gave me the grand tour of Zearing IA (population 500 or so) showing me all the sites including the new school being built and the newly completed lake and camping area. Also driving me around the back roads showing me all the areas where wild asparagus grew before stopping to have lunch. All this is to say, you're going to be treated good and right by them and leave knowing you got their best. Would absolutely recommend.Service: Auto maintenance

This place is efficient, affordable and effective. They were done with the oil rust proofing earlier than expected so the whole process was great. 10/10 for sure.
