This hotel is not clean, they don t replace any sheets when stained dishes they cook with don t properly clean or clean at all. They haven t been changing the sheets at all after people stay. The owners are very rude an aggressive towards employees. They were cornering my sister when she worked there demanding for dirty linen to be brought down immediately. They don t actually clean the showers the 3 housekeepers they decided to fire without any notice. They showed up to work an told them they all needed to leave or they would call the cops. When they were simply just coming into work an cleaning the rooms. Numerous times my sister has called me in tears because of the way they treated her. But she needed the money a she is a loyal employee so didn t leave, until they without warning or any write up or anything told them to leave. Since they started working there it was a fun friendly environment until a few months ago new owners to over the hotel an they were out right disgusting to there employees, when employees speak up over the sanitary needs for guests they wouldn t buy the supplies and would get hostile with them. Please be careful if you stay at this hotel, there has also been many reports of bed bugs. Please please please do not confront owners or it could end poorly. When they had bedbugs and an employee had a concern about working there until an exterminator was there to take care of the issue they fired her because she didn t want to risk bringing home bedbugs because it took them 2 weeks to get an exterminator there.

I used to work for the cobblestone as a housekeeper and during that time the head of housekeeping made sure everything was up to standard when it came to keeping the rooms clean and properly sanitized, I normally don t leave negative reviews but it was brought to my attention that all the housekeeping staff was fired today and new management is not following sanitation safety guidelines which is a huge risk to guest safety.

Hotel is trash after the 2024 owners came.Not to mention the only good employee they have ever kept or had for years, I don't even see her around anymore. Since then the hotel has looked like garbage because they have some dude that I think is part of the family doing it. And he has no clue what he's doing. Bring back your head housekeeper !!!!!!!!Word flies fast in a small town.

As someone who recently worked here do not stay here! The owners are very racist, rude , they fired all us housekeepers one of 9 YEARS!! And one of 3years and one of one year almost two!!! Just so his cousin can work and he doesn t even change the sheet or clean the bathroom Floors / toilets, he won t do stays ! Also if bedbugs are in the room they will rent it and won t get them taken care of for up to two weeks! Also if you look at your mattress 95%chance you ll have a huge hole in it !!Please don t stay here !!!!

We stay here roughly twice a year. The staff is ALWAYS kind and willing to help out! Internet connection is quick and easy unlike other places. The fitness room is a little tight, but has what you need to get a good sweat in if you are looking for that. The rooms are always neat and clean! It's a no brainer for us!Thanks Cobblestone!

Bed and pillow was very comfortable. Breakfast was not impressive but adequate. Waffles,eggs,sausage,yogurt and cereal.Rooms: Bed and pillow comfortable.

A little out of the way and basically near a farming community. When I got in about 9:00 the only place nearby to eat was McDonald's.Slow registration due to some issue.Breakfast had biscuits and gravy along with a waffle press and some fruit and yogurt. Mostly starch and no protein.It looks like a family run place as I came face to face with someone when I was looking for my room.Pass on this one.

Paid extra for hot tub amd the hot tub in our room hadnt been cleaned. So then we were moved to another suite with a hot tub that was clean but the water hadnt been ran in that room for awhile i assume because the water that filled the tub was brown rusty still that way after we filled the tub twice. The desk clerk was very nice tho had no problem moving us to try to accommodate us but there was also an electrical issue with one of the bed side lamps. I did like the fact that it was a very small hotel and so with that very quiet and felt pretty safe there. As for housekeepimg the room was clean but not dusted i personally dusted the hair drier and few other things i brought it up to clerk who was very nice but she did say they have been having problems with the head house keeper definitely need to hire new people and train them the correct way on cleaning hotel rooms after each guest.

This hotel was a great little find. This was our first Christmas as a married couple visiting in laws in town and my wife booked this hotel with low expectations as it is both in a small town and a larger chain. Those expectations were blown out of the water. I have stayed in probably 100 hotels in my life and this was one of the top 5 cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Great breakfast options, good rooms with good beds, comfortable and operable AC/heat unit and a good shower with hot water. Staff was super friendly and made sure we felt welcome and serviced. We will definitely stay here again and thanks to all the staff that helped us during our stay! We will see you next time!

The rooms are nice and clean, comfortable beds, and nice amenities. I particularly love that they have Earl grey tea. I also like that the little soaps have a nice neutral smell. Fantastic front desk service as well.

Fantastic place to stay!The room was clean and spacious. The fridge, TV, and air conditioner all worked perfectly, and the bed was comfy as well!Great place to stay! 5 stars!

Convenient quiet location, immaculately clean, comfy beds, always choose 2nd floor because it's quieter---no overhead noise, GREAT COFFEE & at the present time, a sufficient "grab n go" breakfast.We were not there long enough to comment on all the plentiful amenities in the room. But, meeting superlative front desk manager Lacretia was the memorable "gem" of our delightful overnight stay!! She was warm & friendly, efficient, & helpful!! Planning on returning to this motel in August 2022 for the fireworks spectacular BOOM FEST at the fairgrounds. If interested, a more extensive review is on "tripadvisor"!!! We'll be back!

This hotel is a great place to go to get away without traveling too far. They have a very friendly staff and very clean rooms. We stayed in a whirlpool suite and it was very nice. The whirlpool tub was a little larger than I expected, which was also a nice surprise. It is a newer hotel, so everything is up to date and inviting. I would recommend that anyone stay here. The price was very affordable for what we received in return. Definitely worth the drive!

Great hotel. Hands down, any Cobblestone Hotel has never let me down. This hotel is no different. Clean rooms, great wifi, a small bar and pantry are available. The reasonable prices make this the place to stay. The staff were very friendly. There was even a hot breakfast with sausage and eggs.

This place was absolutely perfect.Our room was phenomenal and very clean. Jacuzzi was perfect. We got King room with jacuzzi for under 100. TV worked well. There was hair dryer, iron & board, refrigerator, microwave, USB plug-ins, and coffee machine in the room. Staff was very hospitable and accomodating asking what kinds of cookies we like and making sure to let us know all that was available to us during our stay. They serve a cooked breakfast for free. Fruit, cookies, juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, and other odds and ends available for free throughout day and night. Free WIFI that isnt difficult to connect to like most places. This place was amazing and I highly recommend staying there even if it is just for a one night get-away.

I am back again for a couple nights in Vinton. I am relaxing in a clean, quiet room for the evening. I wonder what new breakfast items they will have in the morning? It seems that every day the breakfast menu changes. The staff is always so helpful and it is a great home away from home . I will gladly stay here whenever I am in the area!

Good overnight stop on a trip down south. I find that Cobblestones are nice places to stay. This one did not disappoint. Two pieces of advice...this hotel's a bit difficult to locate depending on how you come into town so be sure to review your maps / GPS directions. Last thing...there's no elevator in the hotel (odd, I know) so ask for a first floor room if you have a lot of luggage to...lug.

No vents in bathrooms, room temperature was too hot and hard to bring down, and the breakfast food should be refreshed more often. However they were clean and quiet rooms, and very friendly staff!

Clean and comfortable, the night staff was very friendly and helpful. The Overnight, AM help went out of her way to hand make us a breakfast pizza as we where leaving early. Before the breakfast started. Thank you

Air conditioner extremely noisy in our room. My spouse couldn't tolerate enough to sleep. Couldn't shut off because room would have been hot & stuffy without it..... told front desk upon checkout. Unsure if it will be tended too.
