Went to get my ID and it was so refreshing to walk in there and not have to wait, greeted by a very pleasant young woman. She was so nice and helpful and I was in and out in less than 20 min . I will def use them again for future services.

Benton County Treasurer and Driver s License has been two incredibly positive experiences. So fast in and out, with very pleasant interactions even with the security guard!

Great experience and very helpful staff. I went there since I recently moved to the state. Changed my DL and registration on my vehicle. I like making an appointment to come in. It sure beats standing line for hours. Neat old courthouse too. Oh and entry is on the west side of the building.

Really good staff and also I am 16 and got my permit on June 9th 2022 am I able to get my intermediate license now at 17

Great place friendly people. Still have to wait on license but dmv pop in and out in no time. Was 3pm and 4 people. Was good service.

Very friendly staff. Went for address change on license in and out 20 minutes. Plus stop at the county auditor.

Because of small town drama/ favoritism it depends on who servers you on that particular day. Some nicer than others.
