A great shop, with a good reputation. With several vehicles of different mileage, the news is not always good, but the advice is practical and pricing is fair. Good communication from drop off, through the work, and after completion. They've earned my trust.

Premier Auto was awesome! The customer service was stellar and everyone was friendly. I went in to have someone look at my brakes, which had just been replaced elsewhere but I d noticed some scraping/grinding noises after the fact. A gentleman took a look at it and let me know the issue, which was a quick 10-minute fix. He even filled up my tires with air. No charge for anything. I am so grateful to them for their straightforwardness and generosity in not charging for their service.

My car was completely immobile and unresponsive so I was really appreciative of their great communication and quick work. I was pleased to find out I got a discount through AAA and that their work comes with a warranty. If anything else comes up, I ll be back here. Thanks Premier!

I was looking for an independent auto shop, and Premier came recommended from 2 friends. What a great experience! Knowledgeable, caring service and a shop that I will depend on. Very clear communication re: any issues, good explanation of any work that is recommended. I'm so pleased to find a dependable group. Chad and his crew are top notch.

Good place by and large. Fairy pricey but all repair shops are now. Did take my car in for an oil change and they acted like it was a major repair, and would take all day. Other than that they have been fine. They do get the job done.

My new go-to mechanic! It's hard to find a mechanic service that doesn't make you feel taken advantage of these days, but not with Premier. They were super nice, didn't try to upsell me on anything and their prices were extremely reasonable especially being they back their work. Additionally, the availability of a loaner car was icing on the cake as I only own this one vehicle and I live 35 miles away (I work in the area). Thank you again for your top-notch service and you now have a customer for life!

This was hands down the easiest most convenient car repair I ve ever had. Great service, very nice system for making an appointment and communication. Upfront on what needed to be repaired, fair price, and done in a very timely manner. This will be my auto repair shop from now on.

After numerous negative interactions with dealerships I was looking for a smaller shop that took a more customer centered approach as well as quality work.Chad went above and beyond my expectations and I can t recommend premier automotive enough.I am grateful to have found a shop that treats people like they are important and not just a dollar sign.I wont be taking my vehicle s any where else for service or work from now on.Thank you premier automotiveBill Henss

Third different car I brought here and a little disappointed this time. The ambient temperature sensor wire was stripped and supposed to be completely fixed, it was cut and spliced together, engine light was not cleared and the mechanic okayed the cabin filter, it was filthy

Chad and his staff continue to do fantastic work on my late model vehicles, offering advice on maintenance I can do, as well as options for repair. One of the parts they used turned out to be faulty, and they replaced it free of charge. An ethically run business that respects me, my tim, and my money - would highly recommend to anyone.

My second visit to Premier Auto Repair was as great as the first. I knew of some issues needing repaired to keep my Tahoe on the road. I'm extremely glad to have found this shop and will recommend them to anyone!!!First visit:I Had to change car repair shops. Something I rarely do unless I have to, as-in this case...I asked two specific people who they'd recommend. Without hesitation, Both said Premier Auto Repair.Premier caught a couple of issues, sent pictures to my phone with cost estimates & let me decide how to proceed. It needed to be done & I'm confident it's 100% quality work.This is my new home for my '05 Tahoe. The staff was able to work us in to the schedule for a really bad break situation. They are definitely the best in town at letting you know your options and the price associated with the choices. I ve used premiere for years, also turned my entire family on to premiere. Always a pleasant and extremely helpful experience. The service is above all. Highly recommend premier to everyone. This is my new go to for any car repairs they cover. Very fair and upfront pricing, excellent customer service, didn t try to up sell or perform unnecessary work. Love that the work is covered for 36 months. I like how they have loaner cars. I was told that my car was unfixable unless I got a new engine for 10,000 I took it to another shop who solved the actual problem for 250$.

We have a 2005 Chevy Suburban that we use for two grandsons that travel for hockey and, generally speaking, for any family related travel or local use that needs a big vehicle. Of course, we bought it used thinking it still had a lot of life. We heard an odd noise coming from under the hood. Unfortunately, it was a major engine issue. The cam shaft and valve lifter had to be replaced. We had already put some money into the Suburban so we could keep it long term. We decided to repair the vehicle by doing a partial engine overhaul instead of a full engine replacement. Premiere has a great crew and they got this big job done as quickly as they could. Thanks for getting us back on the road. We appreciate your knowledge, experience and honesty.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

The mechanics at Premier Automotive were fantastic. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. They were thorough and explained everything to me.
