Highly recommended Automotive repair shop. Ryan and Ben were great. Creative, honest and fair. They fixed our transmission fluid leak issue quickly and efficiently. Like it says on their wall: Happiness is a choice .

There are no words to express my appreciation for the folks here. My alternator died during my cross country trip. It was my good fortune that it happened only a few miles from Gus Automotive. Great service, but beyond that, all the staff were so amazing as I navigated through being broke down with a dog in the middle of Iowa. Five stars all around. Thank you again to Ryan and all the staff, I will be forever grateful.

Ryan and his team really helped me out when my Ford Explorer blew up on a cross country road trip. He ended up diagnosing fatal flaw in a former auto shops work which resulted me recuperating $3600 towards the engine replacement for a brand new engine. I try not to be a high maintenance person and Ryan was incredibly helpful in walking me through the process of ordering a brand new engine and replacing it at his shop. I never doubted Ryan's expertise and he kept me in the loop every step in the process.Service: Engine repair

We were driving across the country and had car trouble. It turned out to be a simple fix, a battery post connector. They got us right in and we were back on the road quickly! Highly recommend! Honest and fair prices!

Had to be towed here when our Prius wheel started coming loose on the highway on our drive back to Maine. I saw a ton of good reviews for this place and decided this was our best bet. Ryan was super nice and he got us back on the road within an hour.

So fast, so fair, and so sweet! Gus's Auto was actually recommended by the dealership nearby. I'd had the A/C die and the service light come on in an unfamiliar car in July on I80. The mechanic (no idea if it was actually Gus) read the code and let me know that when I'd had the oil changed back in Ohio, they simply hadn't reset the oil indicator thing (my PhD is not in modern automotive technology). The A/C needed more Freon. We were there about thirty minutes and the cost was completely reasonable.

Come here before you go anywhere else!!! Do not go to Karl Chevrolet. Ryan did not even want to entertain the thought of working on my vehicle, by the discription I gave him. He did follow back up with me. Not to just leave me stranded 531 miles from home.I needed a new distributor and valves adjusted. Karl Chevrolet made my truck worse. I ended up adjusting my valves myself, after Karl's poor attempt as GM service center. $600 plus dollars later!!!

These guys took great care of Dora the Explorer! Lug BOLTS sheared off when we were out of town. WHAT?!?! Incedibly affordable. Even jumped started the vehicle at the end of their busy day!

I broke a gas tank strap traveling I80 at 4:45 pm on a Friday last spring. The shop got the car on a lift, improvised a satisfactory repair and got me on the road in short order. Thanks!!!

Had a check engine light come on. Stayed in a local hotel and stopped in in the morning to get it checked. They told me to go down the street (which I did, to an autoparts store where they did it for free) or if I wanted them to do it it would cost me $50)
