We mistakenly bought a 2000 Lexus thinking it was a great car. After having it for approximately 4 months and put $4000+ into it the Lexus sits in our garage never used. We now know they fixed it just good enough to get it off the lot. Never will buy from them again!

Bought a used car. The salesperson was extremely polite and helpful.They were very honest about what services the car received and what minor flaws it still had. Overall my best experience ever buying a car.

I just purchased a vehicle from Deanda Auto Sales a few days ago, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I drove from out of state to get the truck, drove it home, and it was having a couple minor issues with it the next time I started it up. It's an older vehicle, so these things can happen, but Edgar Deanda took care of the repairs and made it right. That's just good business, and I would purchase a car from them again.

Just want to put a good word out there for De Anda Auto Sales Inc in Storm Lake, IA. When looking for a vehicle, their sales personnel weren't pushy but were always there to answer any questions I had. They were down to earth and easy to work with.When an issue came up with the vehicle I purchase, I contacted them about it. They wanted a satisfied customer. We worked on a solution that was agreeable. The stood by their word, I feel that they were honest. At the end of the day, I came out with more than I had expected due to being out of state and 3 hours away. I would highly recommend anyone to check them out!

My Family And I recently purchased 3 different vehicles. One for my oldest Son, My wife and Myself. The salesman was great to work with. The Manager was really helpful. After about a week my trucks AC went out and when I contacted the dealership. They went above and beyond to fix my truck. No hassle at all they were just an amazing dealership to do business with. They have earned my loyalty.

Total hacks. Bondo and newspaper over rust holes. Make it look good enough to get it sold and down the road awhile. Didn't even treat the rust to kill it.Supposedly don't do rust repair.....just so happens that the newspaper i pulled from the hole is local to their dealership. 1+1=.......? If you didn't do it, you hired someone to "do it cheap".

Great no-nonsense car buying experience, highly reasonable prices. They answered my questions straightforwardly, didn t try to upsell me, and their car fresheners are the only actually good-smelling ones I ve ever smelled. I haven t done a full inspection of it yet, but a couple months in, my Impala seems to be running perfect. I recommend Deanda highly if you re looking for an affordable car in SL [and possibly a high-end car, I just wouldn t know :p ].

We purchased a vehicle and Junior was an excellent person to work with!! Very kind and honest about the vehicle. We did have an issue a week after purchase, and Junior and Edgar did what they needed to resolve the issue and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Would recommend working with Junior!!!!!! I drove 5.5 hrs from WI to check out a Ford F150 they said had no mechanical issues. Test drove it and it had a noticeable shake to it above 55mph. Then tested the 4x4 and it didnt work. The salesman tries to tell me thats normal. So I ask him to drive it and when he put it into 4x4 the differential almost exploded. Pretty funny in the moment, but extremely frustrating I wasted 11 hours of my time. They need a little better diligence on their vehicles.

Bad Experience. I used their online email form and didn't receive a reply. When I called they said they guy thats checks the email has been pretty busy out buying cars and no one else has access.Before the person I spoke to let me explain why I was calling I said I sent in a form and he cut me off and said 'where are you from?' I replied Omaha and he said 'you wont be approved, we only work with local people and those take a long time.' I asked him what he was talking about. Apparently you can also submit a loan request on their site. Amazing they clearly don't want business for a loan unless it's local.Long story short, I have a bad experience with email not being replied and then with a follow up call, that's enough. I'll buy my car elsewhere.

They picky on whether they will or won't take trades in..in a pandemic when I've been questioned many by other dealerships to sell my vehicle numerous times. I won't buy a car here, beware all, Deanda auto sale, stay classy in IOWA

Edgar was wonderful. There was an issue with the car and he had me bring it back the next day to get it fixed. The vehicle I bought is great!!! Edgar gave me a great deal!!! Will definitely be back! Highly recommend Deanda Sales!!!

Sold me a lemon and said they couldn t go lower because of how nice the car was... intercooler blew with normal use the next day after 250 miles (mostly the drive home).

Extremely rude test drove a car and a bad sound from the front left tire. Asked him About and he said nothings wrong. And the car was being sold 5 grand over what blue book said he bought it for.
