I went inside to ask what I needed to do to actually use my Hy-Vee Fuel Saver rewards and the clerk was very snotty and said " This is Casey's. We don't take Hy-Vee Fuel rewards"... When I stated there is signage on the pumps stating they do, I was told I was wrong. I took the posted photos as I was getting back in my vehicle and Not making a purchase at Casey's.

This place does what it needs to..... BUT the atmosphere has tanked completely. It used to have a good one and people smiled. Now they act like they hate their jobs and it shows ! Been on hold for over 10 minutes now just trying to tell them to please add chips to our taco pizza.... because you have to request them for some reason and pay extra......and no answer

Everytime you order from this Casey's the order is one of 3 things. Wings are hard. They say the order never came through. You order a small you get a medium. Plus some of the employees are RUDE. Some people should not work for the public. Casey's on Milwaukee Avenue is 100% friendly. Clean . Orders are right every time

Normally this Casey's has great pizza and service but last night it was terrible. Ordered online and went to pickup 30 min later. Pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. Came back 15 minutes later and had to wait there longer. Then I open the box and the pizza is all sliced up (see photo). There wasn't any marinara sauce with the cheese sticks either.

If I could give this place a negative 5 star I would. Manager is A$* both store side and pizza. Soda machine are nasty along with the coffee. I once bought a product from there that has been expired since last year of 2021 and 2020. The staff are lazy especially the old bats that work there

Some Casey's are lot nicer than others. Larger towns get nice remodeling updates but Casey's does nothing for smaller locations and these stores are not that nice or clean..

It s Casey s for sure, but it s one of the ones with limited gas selections and I hate that. At least the low octane was ethanol free. I hope. Nice beer cave.

Pulled in and gas said 3.84 on the sign. I prepared then found out it was actually 3.99 at the pump. They suckZ
