did a fast job at getting the rear window replaced in my 2010 dodge ram But with in 6 months it started falling Due to poor workmanship the nuts were not put on and the urethane did not hold still waiting to here back from someone for a fix have contacted them three time over three weeks with out a call back for their (LIFE TIME WARRANTY ) which is a joke as they do nto stand behind thereUpdate 9/20/23work telling someone to contact your place that has been doing that for three weeks with any kind of help is just a slap in the face have tried by email phone with no help even call the spencer location with no answer of any kind and no way to leave a message worse place to get help from unless it's new install which i will never do again such poor workmanship.

Christopher replaced my windshield both times and he did an awesome job. He replaced it in under a half hour. I would highly recommend him to anyone. 10 out of 10

When I got there thet had me drive right in. The paperwork was quick and painless...insurance paid.....the guys were nice and professional. Anthe chip in my windshield disappeared. Very satisfied.

If there was zero stars I would rate it that. Next to impossible to get ahold of a live representative. Robert came to change the windshield in my semi at the repair shop and he was rude to the owner and mechanics upon arrival. He must have proceeded to the kick the windshield in towards to cab to remove it instead of kicking out and I ended up with shards of glass all over the inside of my truck. Down the defroster, on the top and down the front of the dash, on the floor and even on the seat!!! Never vacuumed anything up. Also notice there's suppose to be a "tape/glue sealer" between the window seal and the frame which he failed to install and then on the inside of the window seal it is ripped and or cut multiple times along the bottom. Like I said, the phone systems are all automated and virtually impossible to discuss with live representative. Nowhere near professional. Would never recommend to anyone. Stay away from Safelite!

Edit: 2 encounters1st encounter: Great customer service, the whole process was quick, windshield still holding up and has no leaks, had some loose plastic unfortunately.2nd encounter: Long story short they botched my 2017 Nissan Sentra's windshield. The mechanic had me drive an hour to his shop (they broke my windshield while putting my dash back in???) instead of having Safelite just do it at my house because he said they would do their best work at his shop and they messed it up and he let it leave his shop like that. Nielsens auto in spirit lake is mechanic. Look for my review soon on his page with my terrible experience with them. Hoping that I can finally get my car fixed and back to normal but I have no faith in Safelite.

Great service, not so great prices. I had a privateer fix a rock chip for me last year (also came on site at the feed mill) for $75. I had Safelite fix a rock chip this year (in my nice heated shop thinking I was being nice because my semi won't fit in their shop in Spencer and a blizzard just happened the day before) for $150. A new windshield for my truck is $300.

I put the claim in online, they came to me, and did all the work at my home. They handled insurance, and the technicians were polite and competent. Couldn't ask for a better company.

I had my windshield replaced by Safelite for a rock chip that spread into a crack a few weeks ago. 2018 Mazda3. They did an Oem replacement and boasted over how easy it was and the more I've looked over my car I have noticed several issues that I intend to bring to their attention and ask them about. There is a giant flat spot dent in my hood directly underneath the lower driver's side corner of the windshield as if someone was leaning on the car heavily while installing the windshield and another large flat spot dent such as from a suction cup or arm or elbow above the passenger side top corner of the windshield in the roof. Also my sunroof is no longer aligned correctly which I did not notice until most recently when I was washing the car in a manual wash bay of a touchless auto wash. The water pools up in the corner of the sunroof and it is sunken in about half an inch. No other company has worked on my car and the rest of it is flawless except all around the windshield area in the spots mentioned. Will not be returning to safelite
