I have been a customer now for several years, and I know there are those who can spend way more than I can, but they treat everyone well, the service department is awesome!

The service department went above and beyond my expectations today getting my car fixed when I had no appointment! I had no worries about the car being fixed but if it wasn t fixed my son was going to have to drive a hundred miles round trip in the coming storm and I can t thank Jeremy enough for taking care of me and relieving me of that stress Thanks again!!! I think his name is Jami not Jeremy, thanks again guys

Needed help with the tire pressure on my boat trailer. Knowing I was driving 8 hours home, the service department immediately took care of me and were professional in making me trust that I would be safe. Highly recommend for service and dependability!

We had a GREAT experience at D.P.F-L. Zac Gathman was the BEST salesman!!! Kind, helpful, and covered EVERY detail to help us with our new vehicle. He went ABOVE and BEYOND and he knew what he was doing. He answered our questions well and went the extra mile to be sure we were well taken care of. Zac gets 5 stars in our book! If you are ever needing someone to help you purchase a vehicle ask for this salesman! He truly is the BEST with great knowledge who truly cares about his customers! We will be back when we need another vehicle and work with Zac again! The gal that helped us as well was awesome too! She was quick and amazing and KNEW HER STUFF as well. They have a great team at this dealership! What a fabulous experience for us! Way to go Don Pierson Ford-Lincoln! We are happy!

Took my truck here to have it scanned as I was told it was a speed sensor. Well after they looked at it they told me that's what it was. Very good place they got me in the same week I called even.

Update: Owner came back and fixed the error, salesman has been great and responsive. Can't wait to see the new truck. Bait and Switch Price on a Ordered Truck, Ordered Truck several months ago with the dealer accepting order from ford with $0 over MSRP, Salesperson called today and told me now price is $5k over msrp. Talked to previous salesperson 3 times and agreed to msrp and accepted ford order without any changes, they waited until a month out for delivery to change price. Buyer beware, owner needs to honor contracts. The time for changes is before you agree to the deal.

Family member who was visiting from out of state needed some repairs done to his Ford F-250. During the process we needed specialty tool to complete the job. No one in town had what we needed and would have taken 3 days and $150 to get. Called their service manager and he said come on down and I will try and help. He not only loaned us the proper equipment but was gracious enough to help with critical data over the next two days that was key to getting the job completed. Customer service was best I've ever been treated. Five stars

This place was AWESOME. It was, literally, the best car shopping experience(and I have had many) that I have ever had. Brad was our salesman, and he was easy to deal with. He wasn't pushy, and he was quick to answer questions about vehicles we were looking at. We traded in a "wrecked" Ford Focus, and they gave us way more than I anticipated, which is always good. Also, I forgot a garage door opener in the loaner vehicle they gave us while ours was being detailed. I called them up, and they mailed it out the next day. I am definitely going car shopping there again in the future.

I had a great experience here and dealt with Marc!. I wasn't sure what type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. Marc was very knowledgable about the vehicles which was so helpful with the decision making process. I ended up with a certified Edge and couldn't be happier! Nancy, the F&I gal and Scott, the sales manager were also great to work with and ensured a smooth buying process. They truly live their ad, "small enough to know your name' and go the extra mile for their customers! Highly recommended!

We bought a pickup truck that came off a lease to a family member. We were treated like our purchase was not important and that they would rather have sold the truck outright. It has takes almost 2 months to get the title and the blame keeps getting put on the lease company when it is the dealership dragging its feet. They don t seem to care that they are providing less than good customer service. In the past when we have purchased a vehicle from a dealership we have been greatly like our business was appreciated but that certainly is not the case here!

My experience was two-fold. The personnel that I had contact with were courteous, professional and helpful. The issue with my vehicle was taken care of - for now, at least. I am concerned that I may have a design issue that may not be so easy to address at the dealer level.

Great experience with the body shop. We got in an accident and though it took awhile everything was taken care of. We didn't have to do a thing. I wasn't to surprised that it took longer then they thought there was alot of hidden damage. I couldn't be happier with them they were very helpful with all our questions and concerns. Thanks Justin (I hope that's the right guy?)

Bought a 2018 f150 that appeared to be in good shape with warranty and I didn't even get 200 miles on it from buying it and the tail lights broke out from it and they said they couldn't do anything about it since it was already sold and I was stuck with a big bill to replace both tail lights out of pocket, Wouldnt recommend buying anything from them knowing they patched up lights just to get out of a bill for good customer service

The salesman "Bob" mislead me about the vehicles condition/issues and the details on Carfax report as I was informed by two different salesmen. He made the girl I was with uncomfortable as well, both in his remarks and when he touched her. Easily the most negative experience I have had with any salesperson (car or otherwise)

Fraud? Fraud by Silence? Negligent Misrepresentation? or just bad luck? You make the call. We re from Kansas City and found the vehicle at Don Pierson Ford-Lincoln in Iowa. I asked the salesman Michael Straw (Mick) if he was familiar with the vehicle because it was paramount that there were no mechanical issues with the motor or transmission. He affirmed he was very familiar with the truck and that it was very solid. Michael even provided the contact info to the previous owner who also indicated the engine and transmission were solid. The price was very good, almost too good to be true for the low mileage. Needless to say, I was excited for the find. Only now, as a Monday morning quarterback does the low price appear to make total sense. Did they know about the blown head gasket? If so, did they simply ignore or conceal it?The next day, we took it to our professional here in KC for inspection and computer analysis. To my dismay I was informed that there was a blown head gasket. Thank you for the $4,000 repair after spending $4,900 the previous day for a truck that was represented to have a solid engine. Was I lied to, deceived or did they not know? Either way, it s bad.Mick said the vehicle had been for sale for 5 weeks. Maybe the previous owner knew, maybe he didn t, it s not like he is the automobile business. But should the dealer have known?Mick claims they didn t evaluate the engine yet it was represented as solid , inferring a known quality standard. Could this be a form of misrepresentation? Bottom line, should Mick have represented the engine as having no issues if he had no actual knowledge? Maybe he should have said; I have no idea about the condition, maybe you should have our technicians run a diagnostic but he didn t suggest this option.I may be nave, but honor and integrity still mean a lot to me and that s why I ve been a Ford man for over 40 years. But in this case, I was an out of town buyer responding to an add on the internet. Was I the perfect patsy? I will be the first to admit. I m not a car guy I drive them and take it to the pro if something doesn t seem right. On the test drive around town, it seemed fine. However, after purchase, within a couple minutes on the highway I noticed very poor power going up hills. Figured it just needed a tune up and I d take care of it once home. Besides, I bought it AS IS Was Mick s representation a blatant lie designed to deceive? After 5 weeks on the lot with test drives, that issue may have been discussed and maybe even investigated by the dealership. Maybe it was just ignored and rather than repairing the issue they just pushed it off to an unsuspecting customer. Frankly, an honorable business would have offered some sort of resolution but they didn t.The professionals I deal with here in KC all said the dealership had to know about the lack of power and it would have been a big red flag. Maybe that explains why the price was so exceptionally low. Did the dealership conceal the flaw because they didn t want to take a huge loss on the repair?I called to speak with the sales manager Scott Balger and he didn t even have the professional courtesy to call me back. Mick was left to do the dirty work, nothing more than a call to say; It was fine when it left here, we will do nothing for you. Wow, that is the last response I expected from an Authorized FORD Dealer. Essentially, they just poked me in the eye. FYI Carvana offers a 7-day return policy.Aren t the actions of employees a direct extension of Don Pierson? While speaking to Joseph Shon, I requested that the owner be made aware of this situation. Nevertheless, I m shocked at the dealerships position. They re certainly within their right to do nothing, but when your customer shells out good money for a blown motor and the next day brings that to the attention of the dealer and the buyer gets blamed for the damage, that s unconscionable. What do you think?

Test drove a vehicle and wanted to purchase it. 2 days later find out they have no title. Sounds suspect to me. Don't want anything to do with them. Who gets a vehicle, no title and want the potential buyer to sign a POA for the title. Not right.

The place sucks,800.00 on brakes so far and still not fixed. Now they give me an est. Of 500.00 to 600.00 more what a joke. Will never go back not even for an oil change. Over rated that's for sure , someone else will get our future business...
