We are very pleased with State Farm insurance. We ve been insuring properties and vehicles with them for the last 3+ years. The staff is awesome and the prices are very compatible. The car we just insured was $100 less than the other company with more coverage. We recommend Craig Neiderheiser for all your insurance needs.

Customer service is always fantastic, never had any issues with my insurance bills or even doing it online works great too! They always work with us if we need to pay a few days later, very informative and helpful!

Staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Terry and Craig have helped me with home/ auto and life insurance for myself and my children. They helped me make an informed decision and explained my options. I was able to feel confident about making the best decision for my family on each visit

Best insurance company and staff I've ever had !!! No matter what happens or what's going on they have always been there for me and treated me like I'm part of their family. The rates are amazing and they do whatever they can to get you the best rates also! I've been with them for about 5 years now and I don't plan on going anywhere ! 10/10 recommend to everybody! Plus they always have the best chocolates when you stop in ;) thank you all for everything you do!

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We let Terry do a quote for us and found that our auto and boat insurance would be cheaper through State Farm. Found a few hiccups in our home insurance and got better coverage. Terry was kind and patient with all of our questions.

I have been with State Farm for a little over a year now, Craig State Farm is the absolute way to go. I try and recommend anyone I can. They are easy to work with and are patient to explain everything and try to get you the best price. I like that they are local and they can be personable, not act like we are just another customer. They really appreciate the business we give them. Highly recommend!

There is a reason this place has 5 stars. I called and spoke with DeAnna Markworth and let me tell you something. She got me a quote with amazing coverage and a great price in just 30 min. She took just a little of my info and was able to get me that. Not only this though, DeAnna actually would follow up with me multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly. That right there is amazing work from an amazing employee. If you need someone from here, go to her!

If you re having issues with your current insurance agency, check these guys out. Seriously, I have always been treated with respect, they are courteous, and have always been on top of their game. Willing to go that extra mile to ensure you're needs are met. I have recently moved away from Spencer, but still continue to utilize their services, even though there is an agent in my current town. Hands down, Craig's office is "THE BEST!"

Great insurance company. The staff goes out of their way to help. Baylee responded to an insurance request with a willing and kind effort. We really love this particular agent. They make you feel like you are part of their family. And you get help immediately. When our home flooded it was so easy with this agent and his staff! Made it easy during the stressful time of fixing and replacing.

My agent Terry, worked hard to get me better coverage at around the same cost that I had with my previous insurance company. He doubled my coverage for my autos and motorcycle, and he was able to bundle my home which gave me another discount on home and auto. Thank you Terry, Craig, and the team at State Farm for all the help

Been with them for almost a year, it's been great. We needed to get our shingles replaced and they actually gave us time to get it done, unlike other places. I love that I can text with any questions. Prices are awesome!

Been with them only about 6 months almost but have had no issues with payments or anything and have to say Craig Neiderheiser is a exceptional representative, who is very informative. Definitely deserves 5 stars

Terry at State Farm in Spencer took great care of our home and auto policy getting what suites us best he took care of every little thing from the coverage we need in case of any event we re covered and he helped us save hundreds a year. Life is hectic. You shuffle kids and rotate cars based on the needs of that day. Then, you get pulled over for the simple fact you didn't put your updated sticker on your plate which happens to not be in said vehicle. To add fuel to the fire, the new insurance cards are also not in the car. You know you don't have time for any of this. Well, just call your State Farmer Insurance agent. Him and his staff will text you a copy before you can even get a warning for it. *Story may or may not be based on actual events of today.* Haha. Thanks Craig and staff for today. :)
