Save yourself a headache and buy from legitimate dealers. Rip off centers are bad for everyone

Here is the bottom line I paid $5,000 for a $1,500 van as it booked out on Kelley Blue Book. Have nothing but problems with the vehicle went through to Winters and Sub-Zero temperatures with no heat got excuse after excuse why they wouldn't fix it the other repairs that they did fix I had to pay for every dime of it plus expected to pay my entire vehicle off and after a the transmission basically went out I returned the van because I was tired of getting consistent repair bills on it and they turned around and came after me for the entire amount even if even though I have made payments on the past due amount and the amount that was owed on the van still even though I return the vehicle and now I'm being called on by a collection agency. Word of advice try and find a cheap vehicle something that may need a little TLC and own it outright it's a much wiser Choice cuz instead of being expected to pay your car payment plus the repair bills you can use the collateral of your vehicle that you own outright to pay for the repair bills

Understand that you are literally paying for convenience with this place.Financing is in house, mechanics are in house and with the vehicles they tack on warranties that essentially make the car nearly twice the price compared to other dealerships.If your credit isn't good they've got you. If you need you car fixed you bring it over and they can add that to your monthly payments and you get a loaner car till yours is fixed. And with the warranty some things are covered with that. If your vehicle is totaled there is little fus in that loan being nulled and starting over with the next.I have a friend you loves this place and is a return customer.As much as I understand the perks there is no way I'll pay 11k for a car I can get for 6k or so somewhere else.Friendly staff and all, just didn't like the comment of how people only have a vehicle for 3 years then trade it in, sorry all my vehicles I've had for twice my loan time before I'm done with them.

I don't know where to begin with Best Auto...let me just say, all the staff has inviting impeccable attitudes!! From the salesman to the beautiful Ladies (Rachel and Val) they have serviced me well!! I will whole - heartdly refer this business to anyone who's searching for a vehicle!!! You will not be disappointed!! Great job Best Auto!!!!!

I have to say the whole team/crew at Best Auto has made the experience of buying a car amazing!!! They have OUTSTANDING customer service, probably the best I've ever experience! It truly makes a difference when you treat your customers as well as they have us! And their warranty is also exceptional,and they stand by their word and honor this warranty.(speaking from experience!) And all the staff are very personable and willing to help you or work with you on anythong they possible can!!! Thank you again , to the whole best auto crew!!! You all rock! Thank you for such a great experience!!!!

Not a place I would buy from after going here. I've always driven decent vehicles, regardless of my credit history. They worked with me on finances, then with their "system" tried to sell me a 16 year old vehicle with 150,000+ miles and cosmetic defects for almost $12,000 on their payment plan ( like almost $500 a month for 3 years) The vehicle i own and was looking to replace was less than 10 years old, so I wasn't going to fall for this. Not saying dont buy from these guys, just know the value of what they're trying to see you first and then decide if you're getting screwed or not!

I ve had nothing but issues with me car since I got it but they are so willing to work with you. I called in and explained to them that I ve had issues, they said they would like to fix it one more time and if I m still having issues they will have me come in and we can figure out something. 10/10 recommend have had nothing but great experiences with the staff.

I went in needing a car ASAP, something that would be roomy enough for my growing family! Jesse got me approved and out in a nice Buick Enclave within an hour! Amazing group of people to work with. Will definitely be going back for my next purchase!

Cars are overpriced. The salesman who greeted my two friends came off so rude, saying they looked too young to be looking for a car, and rudely assumed any of their cars were not in their budget- asking personal questions about where they worked and how long. I truly feel that was discriminatory because I doubt they d say that to a white client. Never going to do business there.

Very reliable. Got my car from them and had a couple issues with my door speakers. They were replaced free of charge. I moved to Chicago and they were willing to find shops in my area for servicing. Go see Jesse!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, HAD CAR TOW THERE TO HAVE V-BELT REPLACETHEY SABOTAGE MY ENGINE, THE ENGINE WAS IN GREAT CONDITION UNTIL THEY PUT SOMETHING IN THE ENGINE TO CAUSED IT TO SEIZED UP. HAD OIL CHANGE THREE DAYS BEFORE BELT BROKE, BUT THE STUFF IN THE OIL PAN IS NOT THE OIL THAT WAS PLACED IN AT THE TIME OF MY OIL CHANGE. BEST AUTO THOUGHT I WOULD BUY A CAR FROM THEM SINCE THE ENGINE WAS SIZED UP.BUYER'S BEWARE BUYERS BEWAREOF BEST AUTO'S LEMONS. ....

Inflated prices. 19% Interest. Decent Warranty's. Great people to work with. Credit history doesn't matter. They don't report to the credit bureau to help build credit.

I went to Best auto to look at a Yukon and a suburban and when I got there a Silverado pickup was on the lot......I test drove it and bought it.....the place was packed with people so it took a bit to get my deal done...Ryan and Keith were super awesome they took care of me.....I will recommend them to anyone

I have had an amzing experience with best auto, all the staff are friendly and fun to work with. Im also very amazed with the benefits of this buy here pay here lot, no where else ive been offers warrenties and if its not covered they can fix it in house for payments! Never want to shop anywhere else!

Im not one to leave reviews but i had a great experience from them they sold me a Dodge Journey and I had so many issues with it and they let me trade the dodge that I was having a bunch of issues with they lowered the interest rate and kept there word when they said they treat customers like family so if you ever need a car call them and ask for Ryan there cars are little pricey but the have awesome warranty s on used cars
