Nice people; however, I have waited for half a month >>> Update - It will be 6 weeks this next Monday << for them to complete a single repair on just half a parking brake line. I was given a quote that is about $100 higher than Woodhouse. Current score 1 out of 10 [People have been nice, but I've waisted far too much of my time for a repair that should've taken an hour or two]

I got there early, and I wasn't there long when I was greeted by a very kind, professional gentleman. I didn't know who I was meeting with. The long short of it was that this was the 2nd Chevrolet dealership that showed class and knew how to treat their customers with respect and kindness. Well done!

Someone named Nick Hill gave me a dirty look and called my car trash. When I talked to the manager he said he will take care of it. I said great but I also want to call corporate as well because that's not good enough. I'll be spreading the word about this young man talking smack.

Took my vehicle here to get a another diagnosis already knowing the issue and having paperwork from another gm dealership five months prior. Needed a recent diagnosis to fight with gm warranty. Even having the old diagnosis was still charged the 110 for service fee. Other dealership charged 65 and already did the work for them. There was no reasoning with the service member I spoke with stating that all I needed was a current statement of the issue.So I won't be having it fixed here. No consideration issued and when I pick up my truck open the door to find grease all over the seat and steering wheel, guess their service charge was to leave my truck filthy. And on top of those things door dings in the paint from being parked outside that weren't there before. Which turns my stomach the most. Just added to my reasoning to be going somewhere else. No respect for the consumer. Thank you for over charging for a diagnosis that was already completed by Granite GMC, for half the price and for making the interior of my truck greasy. I'll never bring my business here again. Now I know why all these years I've purchased used vehicles with no warranties to not have to deal with dealerships who don't care about you as a person.
