Amazing owner and staff working at this place! Came in on 2/9/24 @ 2:30PM for an appointment. They got me in very quickly. Could have been in sooner but couldn't on my end. Very great schedule took them 25 minutes to put in my new windshield. Did an amazing job at re-mounting the ACS and Rear-View Mirror. Got in and couldn't tell there was glass in the window. Did an amazing job at installing no marks, fingerprints, or scratches. Clear as day! Very great business. Owner is a very kind man thanked me personally for choosing him to do the replacement. Best rates in siouxland. $350 for a total windshield replacement everywhere else around is 420+ for a 4 Door Sedan. I will be back and I encourage you to choose them. Midwest is best!

I had a large crack in my windshield from driver to passenger side. I made a few phone calls to some local glass replace/repair companies in town and had stumbled upon Midwest Mobile Glass. I wasn't really sure what to expect had I never use them before but after reading a considerable amount of the reviews and getting a quote in person I had decided to go ahead and pull the trigger and in my opinion they did a phenomenal job. These reviews were spot on and I am greatly appreciative of the work these folks do My window looks amazing and they were extremely easy to work with. The fact that the pups were in the office with them just makes it even better. Thank you so much Midwest Mobile Glass I greatly appreciate it!!! They will definitely be getting my future business from here out and I highly recommend!!!

Windshield repairThis place is run right and should be supported. I was denied a repair by another glass repair company in town with them wanting to replace my entire windshield. Went here and fixed professionally within minutes. Great guys and absolutely trustworthy. Put a smile on my face while being incredibly affordable. Kryger Glass could take a queue from these guys. Thank you gents!

Got my car windows tinted here. The prices are very reasonable. The lady at the front desk was friendly, and they called to inform me of price change before doing anything to make sure it was OK with it. Great business. Second time I've been here. I recommend!

These guys are awesome! Got 2 chips yesterday on the highway, called from my car and they got me right in. They had it fixed within an hour. They're kind, courteous and great customer service! I'll never go anywhere else for windshield repair!

I called 5 other businesses and these guys are the only ones to answer the phone. Very professional and great customer service. Brandon did an amazing job and made things very easy to get my windshield replaced. Price wasn't bad either. I will definitely use them again. They beat Safelite by $100 on their estimate and like $200 after tax (including wipers and Midwest offers free mobile service). I called Thursday morning and they came to my work Friday morning and replaced it in less than an hour. I'm so happy to have a clear view again! The service was awesome too from the person on the phone to the one who replaced my windshield.

Noticed a rock chip was "running" on my way to work this morning. I made my decision of who to call based on other reviews and I was NOT disappointed!!!! Called right away and Brandon arrived a couple of hours later and did an expert job at fixing the crack. I can barely see where it was! Very personable, very professional work, and extremely reasonable cost. They will be my "go to" team again! Please consider them the next time you have a windshield issue.

Review after owner response to 1 star rating with no review..I do pull trailers of all kinds and one late night in a dark lot I turned to sharp to the right, the corner of the trailer made contact with the passenger side of the cab and rear window cracking the glass. It wasn't a "jackknife" and yes it was my fault. That being said. I had submitted a quote request to a large nationwide glass company and was quoted $678, I then looked for a local company and was directed to this business. On April 4th I contacted them, via Google messenger and requested a quote for my glass, I was detailed as to year, make and model as well as the fact that it was heated and with a power slider. On April 5th they responded with a quote of $385.48. I then asked how soon they could get the glass. I was informed the next day. I was asked to provide 1/2 upfront inorder to order the glass. As I was on the way to Ohio, I had no way to do so and informed them of this. They agreed to order it any and then we agreed that I would call Thursday to confirm a appointment time for Friday. When I called Thursday they "lost" the email conversation and were unable to order the glass. Understandable, things happen. No big deal, we then discussed again my glass. And I was assured they would order it and have it on hand by Monday for the next available opportunity for me to get thru town to install it. I called a week later to check if they did get it on hand and was assured that it was. We then made an appointment for the following Thursday. I went several hundred miles out of my way in order to get to the appointment. When I arrived Thursday I was informed that the glass they ordered was specifically for the slider and nothing else. And that the whole window cost was almost double of the initial quote. I was very disappointed as I had been clear multiple times that it was the whole window that needed replacing. I was asked if I still wanted them to order the correct glass and I politely declined. I was not insulting in any way. Just disappointed. I am sorry the owner was upset by a simple 1 star rating and no comment. I had hoped to support a local business rather than a national company but I will be giving the other company a call.

They are amazing people. They are super helpful, knowledgeable and do a great job of getting you in and back on the road as quickly as possible. If you need glass work done then these are the people to go and see, you will not be disappointed.

My windshield on my RV separated from the gasket. I called them to re-install the gasket and they told me that they would only do it if they replace the windshield. The windshield would take 3 to 4 weeks to get.I used Northside Glass Service and they came out right away and repaired it.

Called for an estimate on a side window, was booked within 3 days and the job was complete in 30 minutes or less couldn t ask for better service will be returning for more window and windshield work!, really friendly staff , found this business randomly by going to a gas station across the street and what do you know they have awesome customer service and service workers thanks guys!!!

Rear window crumbled for unknown reason. Drove in subzero temps with no window for 2 weeks because nobody seemed to be able to find a replacement.Midwest found one, came to my place of work, picked up the car and took it back to the shop to fix because it was too cold outside. Had it back shortly, cleaned up and ready to go. Thanks guys!!!Service: Auto rear window replacement
