Awesome service as usual for a Discount Tire! Made an appointment and arrived early, and they had no problem getting me in early. Tires were rotated and balanced ans I was out in a jiffy! Great experience!

Edit 4/8/2024No point in making an appointment.The last two time I've been there, it's been an incredible wait. First time was a little over 3 hours for a tire swap, this time they put a truck on their "only alignment rack" when I got there for my scheduled aligment.I ended up being told they couldn't do the alignment after I waited 2 hours. I was told the centric bolts were maxed. I took it to Firestone in the state I was heading to, and they had no issue doing the alignment.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEST PRICEI started shopping for tires by calling around and getting prices, when I called Discount Tire I spoke with Max, he was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable... something I had not experienced when calling other tire shops... After dealing with Max over the phone I decided to end my search and will be purchasing my tires from Discount Tire. I will be highly recommending Discount Tire to anyone I know that is in the market and appreciate Max for not forgetting what customer service is supposed to be.

When no one else i called could get me in for 2 new tires to be put on. Rich fit me in and it was fast! Rich was super friendly and knowable! I have literally never written a review but Discount Tire and Rich deserve some recognition!!! Thanks so much, i will definitely be back!!!!!

Max and Chad are absolutely amazing. I have worked with Max on a couple sets of tires and he is superb! The price and quality is one thing, but the staff at this location definitely set it apart!

They know how to treat their customers. They gave me free services when I hadn't bought anything from them. Which led me to eventually buy a set of tires from them. Have not been disappointed so far with service after the sale.

Excellent customer service. Thanks Max! The fellas were friendly, professional, and was done much sooner than I expected. We tried other locally owned tire shops first but this tire size had to be ordered in. Daughter was needing her car back so we opted to go with what "Discount Tire" had instock. They had 6 different brands and qualities (Good, Better, Best). We opted for the "better" 60,000 mile Arizonian's I believe for her little Nissan Sentra.The ease of scheduling, payment, reminder text, and a text when it was completed really made this purchase enjoyable. Pricing was more than fair as well. Thanks fellas! Keep up the great work...it doesn't go unnoticed.

I came here to get a FREE balance and rotation for my tires. Everything checked out and went through. When my vehicle was close to getting done. One of the employees comes up to me and shows me a lug nut and says I need to replace them because they have expanded and are now bad. I asked to see the lug and he shows me a totally ripped up one from the impact drill tearing it apart. They then made me pay for all new lugs because of the employees mistake. I then noticed how they jacked up my vehicle. It was sitting on padding but realized that my side skirts are now scratched. Personally take my advice and do not come here. They will cheat you out of something that is supposed to be free and they don t do their work professionally.

Leaving this specifically for Maximus and Chris at the front desk. They were very helpful. Came in for an appointment today, that I had scheduled last week to get 2 new tires on my SUV. They are tires that need to be ordered in, which can take a couple of days. Got there and whomever I spoke to the week before had put my SUV in as a rotation on tires instead of new tires and had never ordered the tires. This happens and people make mistakes. We are only human, as the saying goes.Maximus was very pleasant and apologetic, got my tires ordered. I couldn't make an appointment right away for the following week, as I needed to go back to work to figure out a good day to go. So Maximus ordered the tires and was looking forward to my call back for an appointment. Called after I got back to work and got the appointment scheduled.As far as Chris in this, when I first stopped in 2 weeks back to get estimates on my SUV and car tires, he was very helpful and patient as I listened and asked questions while he was explaining the different tires and prices. These 2 gentlemen are a definite asset to your store.

I went To get tires last year and the guy that sold me the tires I have on my truck said that they are winterized to find out that they are the worst tire for the winter. I got stuck 5 times yesterday I called down to discount tires, and a guy answered the phone said the man that sold me the tires is no longer there, but if I come down he can get themswitched out I said what do you mean switched out? I have to pay full price for new ones. He said yes absolutely not. I ll go somewhere else that will not lie to me This is not OK with me. I lost my money to have to go Buy tires not even a year later. If you go here know your tire because if one of there employees lie to you they will not make it right. Never again.

Great Customer Service! Had an unexpected flat that ruined my tire, with less than a hour before closing they had no problems helping me right away. The tire place down the road from them told me they couldn't help because they were closing in 20 minutes and shut their compressors off!

Mistakes can happen anywhere, anytime, but the company that gets my business is the one that makes things right when something goes wrong. Discount Tire goes WAY above and WAY beyond to make sure the customer gets what they need.I ordered some trailer wheels in a somewhat odd configuration. I saw these wheels on the Discount Tire website, but because of the unique wheel, I opted to place my order in person. Turns out they only had two of those wheels company-wide, at a location in Texas. The rep called that store to ask if they could ship them here, and they did. Wheels arrived, tires mounted, and I took them home. In trying to install, I discovered my -15 offset (the unique part) was 0 (which is standard). That wouldn t fit for my application, and wasn t what I ordered. Went to check the other wheel, and it not only wasn t the correct offset, it wasn t even the correct width doubly wrong.I went back to see what they would do to make it right. Turns out the wheel I needed was on an up to six week back order from the manufacturer (reality probably would have been even more). To be clear, they did not intentionally make an incorrect substitution. Some mix up just happened either in Texas or between there and here. I was a little chuffed they didn t notice when mounting the tires, but, again, mistakes happen.Everyone was completely apologetic and the manager vowed to make it right. I made no demands. This was all voluntary on the part of the manager. They ended up getting me another wheel that had the specs that would work for me. It just so happened that it ended up being a much more expensive wheel. That wheel ended up needing different lug nuts as well. They got me going with all the gear I needed for the price I originally paid for the first package.When I took the first wheels back, I expected them to cancel my order and refund what I had paid, not being able to help with a compatible wheel, and that might have been an appropriate outcome. Maybe I would have returned in the future, maybe not.Discount Tire knows that if you keep your customers happy, they ll keep coming back to spend more money. That s the way it should be. No illusions here that they did this to be nice. This is how every business should be run. Taking small losses occasionally, when necessary, along with their other loss leaders such as flat repairs and tire pressure checks, ensure happy, repeat customers, like me.

Made appointment for winter tire rotation an hour ahead. Waited 2+ hours to be finished. Did not gauge tires, 36,32,34,31. Made it half way home and realized my all season tires were not put back in my car.

Rich made sure that my repair was handled quickly and effectively. I appreciated the vehicle tracker available to see where my car was in the process. They were able to patch my tire (something they offer for free!) and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. Will be returning to Discount Tire, no questions asked.

Just had tires put on my vehicle, and wanted to keep the old set. They were taken away to be destroyed without any permission from me when they could have asked before discarding of the tires and charging me for the disposal fee. The place is a joke. Won t be taking anything back there. Jared needs to learn how to be professional too

Called around for new tires for my car today, Discount Tire was the only one who could get me in today. I explained I had suspension parts replaced, and would require an alignment, sales guy told me they would do a free alignment check , and would do an alignment if required.They got my car in, my car was fine in about an hour. I asked how the alignment was, service guy told me they did not do an alignment check, and they only do that on Fridays. I was a little upset, now driving on new tires without an alignment; had I know it wasn t going to be aligned I would have waited. Unsatisfactory!

I was told when I came in it'll be 45 minute wait and after 45 minutes I was told another 45 minutes after that another 45 minutes. So after about an hour was finally able to get a tire

I placed an order for tires with Carter. He called to let me know when they were in. He scheduled an appointment around my schedule the same day I called. Mike personally helped swap all 6 tires because he knew I needed to get in and out. While the other tire stores are listening to themselves on the radio, Mike and Carter are getting it done!

Experience started off good, tires are great, service was good, but went downhill when I had to use the road hazard coverage I purchased.Got a flat in an unrepairable area, so they said they would replace my tire. My car is AWD and I have put 19,000 miles on the tires, I was concerned about only replacing one tire, but was assured it was fine, even though it isn't.But the kicker, they don't make my tire anymore that I bought 8 months ago. So, they want to replace it with a different brand of tire. The person behind the counter assured me it was fine because he "Has four different tires on his AWD car and it drives fine."I spent $1200 on 4 tires, and 8 months later they want to replace one tire with a mismatched brand. No offer of discount if I buy 3 new ones to match or shaving down the new tire to match the tread. No real solutions except a "Trust Me Bro" attitude." It was really disappointing, and I won't be buying tires here again.If you do buy tires here don't buy the road hazard coverage, what a complete waste of my money.

Update: needed air in tires, sat as the only one in line for over 20 minutes and was ignored by all employees. Very disappointing.Always quick and friendly. Purchasing the certificates for new tires was totally worth it. 2 different blow outs (nails, etc) and they honor them without question. If they don't have the tire you want/need, they can get it in for you fast. Also, when my husband went for his last new set they brought up that his tires should still be under warrenty, they were, and they saved us a few hundred dollars!
