Dishonest and overpriced. Our company vehicle needed a complete alignment which was quoted $320. We hired them for the repair but the alignment was not complete and was told we needed a new gearbox which was another $1,000. One wheel would turn sharper than the other wheel. We had another repair shop install a new gearbox and that ended up not fixing the steering problem. We brought it back a second time and they adjusted the center link and that fixed this steering issue which was supposed to be done during the first visit and would of completely avoided the need for a gearbox. I was also charged AGAIN for the center link adjustment which is supposed to be included in the first alignment. Sad we have local companies that lie and cheat to line their own pockets. STAY AWAY

Lee has done an excellent job. Straight up honest with our older vehicle. When they couldn t do the body work he recommended two good places in town.He even followed a couple weeks later to see how the car was running.

I drive a 25 year old car and recently had a strut assembly failure due to rust. Alignment Specialists got me in and quickly located salvage parts due to new parts no longer being available. Had me back on the road in no time. Very reasonable labor also. Thanks so much for getting this old car back on the road for hopefully a couple more years.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Rick and his mechanics have always done an excellent job for us, we've owned many vehicles over the last 15 years, and they have just given us first class service. They've worked hard to get us in when possible and they have been very competitive on Cooper tires. I never have to worry about them doing a job halfway or not knowing what they're doing. They have always been very competent and professional. I had been hearing this knocking noise that was not very consistent, but I could never pin point it to an exact location. I set up an appointment at the dealership in town and spent 5 hours of them "looking for the noise" and $300 later for them to say "we cant figure it out". I was referred to Rick and his team. We will just say to bad I didn't get referred to them sooner than I did (would have been cheaper).I called and set up an appointment, which was going to be on the day before I left for vacation. I informed Rick that I would be leaving the next day and he moved some stuff around to fit me in sooner. Once they looked at the car, they called and had me come down to make sure that we were chasing the same noise. I had the mechanic (Rob) listen to the noise and he pulled it back up on the lift. He showed me a few things that needed to have attention and explained in detail on what it was/what it did.After an hour of leaving, Rob called back and had the noise figured out (mind you the dealership took 5 hours and couldn't figure it out). The car had several missing/broken bolts under the car and every time I was turning it was moving that part. Rob ordered the bolts and replaced them today. Rob also took the time to make sure to inspect the rest of the vehicle to ensure that the vehicle was safe to drive the family on a 1,200 mile road trip.There are several places to go in town, but 99% of them are just wanting your money. Rick and his team went above and beyond what I was expecting to ensure that my family was safe while driving. I can not thank them enough for the time and help that they provided. I will definitely not be going anywhere else anymore.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

Overpriced,tryjng to charge me $150 for front and back alignment.When to another alignment shop by dace street they charge me $85 plus taxes for front and back.I recommend going to dace street alignment shop for affordable and excellent job.

Took my daughters car down there after she slid into a curb, thing was in bad shape. They got it done in 4 hours and it has never driven as good as it does now. Very impressive

Just had both of our vehicles worked on. Quick service and trustworthy. Estimate accurate. No hidden add on charges or surprises and actually was LESS than estimate. Problems fixed FINALLY. Wish I would have brought it here months ago!! Felt like just describing problem and they knew what it was!! Both vehicles driving smoothly and like new!! Will not go anywhere else from now on!! I m not sure why got bad review but found workers to speak respectfully to each other and to me. Not sure who was cussing but I sure didnt hear any when I was there.

I would have to say that Rick and his staff are nothing short of amazing. Anytime I need something, they fit me in. They are thorough on telling me what is wrong and how to fix it. Rick has always been a kind soul and always makes sure his customers are taken care of. I would recommend going to Alignment before I go anywhere else.Thank you Rick and staff for being so amazing!

Fast and friendly. My truck was neglected and needed quite a bit of work. Alignment Specialist were able to handle all the suspension issues without referring to other shops and rescheduling. Truck rides like a Cadillac now!!

Rick and his crew are amazing! They diagnose issues quickly. They don't come up with things that are magically wrong. I bring my vehicles there for regular maintenance and any odd issues. I trust them completely.

Rick and his crew are top notch, and courteous too. An old school wrench head with a lifetime of experience to manage it, with several younger mechanic to get the job done right. Their garage speaks for itself as they have 2 vehicle lifts, 2 more vehicle pits, digital alignment systems, and a solid line up of tools. Highly recommend.

Just spent 2300 in repairs I told them I want a wheel alignment and nothing else. They call me trying to get 500 in repairs. I said no bc I wanted to take it back to the shop and they charge an inspection charge since they wernt doing the work. The part was only 160. Very reasonable prices and won't sell you what you don't need. I have shopped around in the past to try to beat Rick's prices only to be hit with additional fees that were not included in the other guys' estimate that would have made alignment specialists the better deal.

Our new favorite place! They took time to explain what else might need to be looked at/fixed in the future without being pushing with sales. Felt that they were honest about the work done, and future work combined with reasonable prices.

Best Alignment service in town. Fair pricing (meaning that is is competitively priced), and top notch workmanship.They require an appointment to be set, and I suggest trying to get as early as possible.

Called for an alignment and they told me to "bring it in next monday whenever i get here at 7:30 am and took my name" called that morning and they say they only take appointments. Argued with the dude and he told me i was lying absolutely terrible service just wasted a week of my time waiting.

Bad very very bad that is all I have to say about that old man he is very dude I think he is racist towards ppl of color i will never go back or tell anybody to go there I should have just waited to go to t and w tires on court st but they was to busy so I thought I would give them a try one of the worst days of my life you want good friendly service where they will not rip you off go to berry t and w tires on court st avoid alignment specialist
