Bought 5 pair of jeans for $24, Orscheln's has been bought out by Tractor Supply so most left over stock is 80% off.

Too expensive, just left after attempting to purchase sleeping bags that were placed under a $12.99 and up (small print) no price anywhere else listed for the $29.99 sleeping bags so we of course assumed they were $12.99, we did not purchase their sleeping bags, currently we are at Walmart.

Everyone at the store is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Lynn in firearms is amazing. She gives top notch customer service, is very knowledgeable, and has a high attention to detail. Overall Shenandoah has the best Orschelns and the best employees.

Don't buy the rabbits. My husband and I bought one, got to love it for 5 days and we woke up this morning to find it dead. I called the store to see if there was any way we could get a refund and the manager I spoke to, Franny I believe her name was, laughed at me. Didn't laugh over the refund, no she laughed because I'd called her and told her my pet died. I have never gotten customer service like that. I got the refund at least, but my pet is dead and the manager laughed about it. That's beyond cruel. Don't waste your time here.

This store is now owned by Tractor Supply and has tarnished the Orschleins good name they are not the family friendly store they want you to believe they are and they do not treat their employees with respect such a shame to see they choose to go that route rrally did love Orschleins and the local managers who are only as good as the company they represent seems lile when they get a good manager in their they cant keep them

Dog friendly, super nice staff. I love how they call check-out help when there's more than one customer waiting in line. If only Walmart across the street understood this! Fantastic horse supply section too. We very much appreciate this store and its staff.

I have lived at two different locations in this town and for some reason Google has had both of their addresses wrong I used to live on argyle Street and Google maps would not change it on here it said it was 1709 and we are 1701 so hopefully that fixes it thank you very much and you have a great day

I usually go here for hardware, fasteners, plumbing, electrical ECT. Usually they don't have what I need. There will be a place on the shelf for what I need but it won't be there. Sold out never restocked probably never have it again. It's been like this for years. It was better after they moved to the new location but after the original stock was sold not so much.

Orscheln farm and homes is a wonderful place to shop I almost find everything that I'm always looking for great staff friendly smile highly recommend to anybody and everybody

Very friendly and helpful. The store carries almost, if not all, of what I would need. It's a great farm store! I'm moving back to Shenandoah and the people working made me feel like I've lived there forever. My kind of place. Scores a ten.

Yesterday I called orschelns to see if they had something in stock I waited on hold for ten minutes for them to transfer my call to the right department only to the same person pick up the phone to make me wait another ten minutes, then finally I was talking to the right person. They told me they had the item I was looking for in stock. Then this morning i called to see what the price was i spent my entire work break on hold but then i had to go back to work. Then i called on my lunch break to be put on hold for another ten minutes just to find out the item i was looking for wasnt actually in stock. Is this what you people call customer service?

I walked into this place here in shenandoah, Iowa to see if I could resurrect my welding days and do some repair work on my farm. I'm asking about the welder in the back and the attention I got was second to none. They were attentive knowledgeable and fully tooled up to answer every question and show me the demonstrations on this excellent piece of equipment.I now walk out of orscheln hardware with a skip in my step because I've just had great conversation with those that ignited my want to weld again. I give a shout out to the associates of this store for being more than helpful but gosh darn down home friendly. So the next time you're in Shenandoah Iowa and you need something for your home farm or garden stop in at orscheln's you will not be disappointed.So folks until next time this is Joe Nader signing off wishing you a good and blessed day.

Always able to find associates and lots of choices but their prices are way higher than up in city. I get it that it is a smaller store than say Menards but I only shop here if something is on sale or if in a pinch.

Large selection to choose from. Bigger than any Orschelns I've been in before. Competitive prices. Perfect for farm or hunting purchases.

A employee by the name of Tyler I believe said some very rude and out of pocket things around me and my MOTHER he used the F word alot we will not be shopping here any more and how they put up with this sort of behavior is beyond me

Clean store and friendly staff. Needed help but clerks were hard to find. Stores in area only recommending mask and this store is forcing the wear.

Been a NWMC customer for close to 10 years or more and I wouldn't want service through anyone else. Anytime I've needed them, for whatever reason, they've been willing to help.

Orschlens is a very inexpensive place to go get home materials building materials farming materials Etc very reasonable prices convenient locations in Red Oak and Shenandoah Iowa I highly recommend if people need things in the surrounding areas to go there
