Garret worked for days trying to find me the truck I was wanting. I was pretty picky. He found exactly what I wanted and more at another Gregg Young location and had it brought in for me. Very clear and accurate information throughout the sale. Extremely helpful going through all the features of my new truck. Couldn t be more happy with the experience.

Danny and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. I went in there not feeling very hopeful due to my situation and they really took the time to get the best vehicle, deal and rate for me. I am completely grateful! Danny Spooner was the best salesman that I have ever worked with, completely changed my thoughts on dealerships!!

I just bought my first real car today!! My big girl purchase all by myself!! I had a great service team, my sales guy Jake was awesome!! Gave me all the details on my test drive, listed all my options and I was happy!! So thankful for this dealership for making a stressful and overwhelming process easy!!

We had the best experience with Tavian Hughes! He made the smoothest process while purchasing our new van! He was very funny and made us feel so comfortable. You can tell he definitely cares! The whole experience was 10/10! They have our business forever!

My vehicle was hit and totaled, and after a seven month battle with insurance, today I'm FINALLY buying a new one. Garret in sales and Johnny in financing are truly the best! I will definitely be back for future purchases. They went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible in a less than ideal situation. I am VERY happy with the vehicle I found and it's so much better than the one I lost in the accident! Thank you Gregg Young Chevrolet, Garret, and Johnny for making this as painless as possible!

Do not get your car repaired here! They will heavily overcharge you, especially if you are a single woman!! They will keep adding things to your bill. Specifically, associate Tyler does not talk to women they way he talks to men. Do not come here find a more respectful shop. Respectfully, you have lost my service.

Wow, what a great experience working with this team!! From Andrew S who is such a friendly and knowledgeable salesman to Johnny who ensures the process is seamless to Andrew D who made financing a breeze. It was.such a stress free, no pressure buying experience. Great team and highly recommend checking them out the next time you're looking for a car.

Service was very quick and they were very kind. Only problem was not all of my lug-nuts were tightened. One was so loose my toddler knocked it off. So we had to tighten it ourselves ( an inconvenience when you are out running errands).Other wise everything was great.

I have purchased several vehicles at Gregg Young. However; their service department NEEDS improvement.... brand new truck.... I quit using their service department because the turn around takes too long and they always miss something. Example--- I took my truck for a simple warranty repair, the truck was there for 5 days.... the issue was NOT resolved as expected..: so now, I have to take it back again for a few days.Sales department is Great... service not..

Very polite knowledgeable dealer ship! Brett our salesperson was very good at communicating, we were a couple hundred miles away! He answered our questions and provided information on the vehicle we were looking at. After seeing the vehicle in person more questions were answered and a purchase was made! Thanks! GreggYoung

I was very happy with the '21 Escape that I bought here today! Garret was the one who showed it to me, and he couldn't have been better about showing me the vehicle's features and guiding me through the process. While the hard sell on the featured products was a bit of a grind, the staff were responsive to my concerns and worked with me far more than I expected to get the numbers where I needed them. Hope to not be in the market again for a while - but if I am, I know where my first stop's gonna be.

Mark Adams was outstanding to work with. I purchased a vehicle while living 4 hours away. I was able to do so because Mark was upfront, honest and trustworthy. He even sent us a personalized video for our inspection. After the purchase he took 15 min to make sure my wife felt comfortable with all the new vehicle features.

Daniel and Johnny helped me get approved for a 2020 car with no down payment with a trade in. We completed the sign in process and a day later I had buyers remorse and decided I wanted a car with lower miles. Typically once you signed the contract you re stuck with what you purchased, a purchase you choose at your own discretion. They were able to still take care of me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Not only that but gave me the best possible options, even gave me more for my trade in to help keep my monthly payment as close as they can to my first contract. They were able to help get me a 2021 car, a year newer with a lot lower miles. Everyone at the dealer was very friendly and professional. Service was exceptional!

Two out of the three times I ve been to Greg Young of Norwalk. We re not good experiences. One of which was I scheduled an oil change went in for my oil change just to be rescheduled for another week out and the second of which I had an appointment for a certain day took it in a day early four days later I called for diagnostic results. They still have not touched my truck, so I told him never mind I ll be there to pick it up. Call me back hour later, stating that he had it diagnosed. Daylight and a dollar short
