Drove 2 hours to look at the truck and purchased. The customer service top notch. Called, text, and emailed questions so I wouldn't have to drive 2 hours one way to look. They answered each one and then some. Highly recommend the drive. Contact Megan in sales! She was awesome to work with.

The only place you should buy a car from. We are repeat buyers and we have several family members who bought cars from Van Horne Auto. They treat you so different than other car dealerships. Nick was great and helped us out with everything we needed to upgrade our vehicle for something bigger as our family has grown! They make buying a car so easy. Free oil change for life is an added bonus!

We had the greatest truck buying experience at Van Horn Auto last week! I highly recommend working with Megan for your vehicle needs. She walked us through the whole buying process and answered all of our questions. She was conscientious and took the time to get clarification from Shawn the manager on one of our requests. Everyone should look into the warranty that Van Horn Auto offers! Great protection and perks that make it worth the drive!

Megan was great to work with and made the buying process so easy! I knew what car I was looking for so I contacted them ahead of time and when I came in for my appointment, all I had to do was test drive and sign the papers. Megan even checked in a few days later to see how I was enjoying my new car. Would definitely work with her again!

We recently purchased a used truck from Van Horn in Newhall. The experience was great. We discussed our options over the phone and what we had in mind. I worked with Zach and Travis and they were very good to work with. I felt like I received a fair trade value and price on the used pickup. We will return to Van Horn when we look for another vehicle.

Rick was very friendly to work with. After a bad experience at a different dealership, he took really good care of us! And we didn t have to travel far at all. They were able to move a vehicle from a different location for us to look at and we ended up loving it!

I live in IL and came across the exact vehicle I was looking for at Van Horn Ford Chevrolet. I reached out to them the next morning and by the end of the day, I was the proud owner. Travis and Zach were instrumental and made the process seamless. They even offered to have the car delivered right to my driveway for no extra fee, which was a 5 hour drive. They worked with me to get the price where I needed it to be. Needless to say, they made this whole process easy and stress free. They were extremely responsive and answered all my millions of questions. I would recommend them over and over. I can t say enough good things.

I was pleasantly surprised upon walking into this dealership for my first time. I was waiting for my husband to arrive and greeted warmly by Rick Miller. A sweet lady nearby offered me a chair while I waited for my husband.We had already chosen the car we wanted to test drive. Rick took the time to share some great history about the Van Horn family.All of the team work well together.Price and customer service excels in this dealership!We live in Williamsburg and we will happily make the drive on our next purchase!

Van Horne had the vehicle we-ve been looking for at a great price and incentive bonus. Very nice, laid back atmosphere with no pressure on the sales process.Rick Miller was helpful and very knowledgeable on our Chevy Model choice. He made us comfortable during the final transactions and delivery process which always isn't so pleasant at times.I recommend giving this dealership a look which Sells new Fords also.

Process was pretty good, but they fed different misinformation and miscommunication throughout, warranty info being the biggest, 3 month vs. 12. On the plus side, their mess up on the extended warranty saved me an extra 500 off the price of the vehicle. They lied and blamed the receptionist for shredding a check and sent me a very random text asking for my credit card info. Their response will be typical, they tried reaching out different ways, to correct their mistake, but I assumed everything was wrapped up and wasn't looking for them to call anymore.

Never had such a great experience with a dealership before! Megan and Shawn are great. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Megan greeted us with a warm smile before we even went inside and willingness to help us find exactly what we were looking for. She listened and answered any questions we had. We never felt like we were being pushed to do anything. Her and Shawn exceeded our expectations with how well they took care of us! I was loyal to a local dealership in IC but now I can proudly say I ll make the drive to work with such great people and excellent service. My wife and I were looking for some time for a family vehicle that we could also use for house and future projects. We ve searched for a few months and saw a truck that had everything we were looking for nearby. We looked at it that day and were very satisfied with the truck itself and the tremendous help given to use by Zachary Larsen and also Rick Miller. They answered all our questions and also stayed over hours just to assist through completion of the whole process.
