My experience here was excellent, brought some tires to be put on my truck and had a blow out on the way, hwy 7 didn't hesitate to help me out. Excellent service and very respectful people. I would recommend it to my mother if she lived in the are but anyone in the area I do HIGHLY! And I also thought it was pretty cool that the guy remembered my name and even recognize me after I shaved my beard with only being in there maybe twice witch was close to a month prior.

Brett and his staff are always quick and efficient with their service and super friendly. They are great about explaining what they recommend and why and always help with coming up with a plan for service or maintenance if you can't afford to do everything right now. We've have had Hwy 7 work on 3 vehicles now and all great experiences!

I am thankful to have a local, family owned service center to take our vehicles too. Brett goes above and beyond with everything from routine oil changes to major engine problems. Vehicles are expensive and carry very special people and I trust them completely with all our repairs and maintenance. A quick phone call with car troubles and Brett was outside waiting for me, brought a courtesy vehicle around and installed all my car seats. Again, above and beyond. If you are looking for an honest, thorough,and trustworthy service center, you have found it with HWY Service 7.

Great service, never a problem. Always willing to work with you and your budget. Breaks down what needs to be done and what can wait. Great customer service and will fit you in whenever you need, and always with a smile. Like the care they take for your car no matter if it's the roughest looking car or the most expensive one it's all treated the same and so are the customers that go with it. It's great to have a local shop that you can trust and does great work

We knew there were a few things wrong with our pickup called for an appointment & got in the next day. A couple hours later we received a call & a text showing the things that were recommended to have fixed right away and there were a few things that could wait until later. We were so impressed by Brett and all the mechanics there all the work was done and at a reasonable price. The shop is clean, everyone is friendly & courteous we will definitely be back.

Brett, Shane and the crew do great work for a fair price, with a smile and lots of sincere pleasant feelings for their customers! We are treated with respect and have everything fully explained to us before any work is completed! We LOVE that! They are quick to give us options, if needed; and their advise, if we ask for it! They get the vehicle in and out as quick as they can and try to fit the appointment into OUR schedule! We Love this place and these guys! We love it that they chose NEWELL!

I have had nothing but good things happen with the service I have received from Hwy 7 Service Center. I never feel any pressure to get work done on my car if it is not needed right away. They never fix anything without asking me first. I think the staff really enjoys working here because of how polite and respectful they all are. I am very happy with my choice to start taking my car here.

When I moved back to my home town and needed work on my vehicle my parents told me about Brett at Hwy 7. I have to say I am very happy and pleased my cars are talken care of in such a great manner! I couldn't asked for a more friendly atmosphere when I come in to the business. And great email reminders to tell me when I'm due for an oil change. I recommend any one in the area needs work does to take their vehicle there!

I got lucky since they service all kinds of cars. saved me a 3 hour trip. Brett was great and very helpful! They are knowledgeable and tried to get me the best option. I will be using them for all my car servicing. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Just had a regular routine oil change with Hwy 7 Service Center. All the information I received on my vehicle was explained so well. They really checked out my entire vehicle and gave me advice on other areas that should be maintained in the near future. AMAZING customer service and very helpful around my schedule!

Just had this shop do an alignment for me. Brett the owner answered the phone with a great attitude and a good sense of humor (when I asked him how much he jokingly promised me it would be no less than $75). They had the vehicle in the next morning and done before noon. When I was dropped off to pick up my vehicle he told me they have courtesy vehicles I could have borrowed. Brett was there when I picked up the trailblazer and was not only willing to give me info on things to look out for on our vehicle but also was a just a pleasant guy to be around and converse with.My local mechanic has recently transitioned to a different career, I am glad he referred me to this shop as I don't think I will be taking it anywhere else.

Brett and his staff are great! They are such a great family and know their stuff! We have been doing business with them for a few years now and they have always taken the time to fix what needs fixed and make things right! I love the service inside and out. The employee's always greet you with a smile and help you in any way they can. Customer service is super, and they always explain in depth detail on what's going on!!! I will be taking my vehicles back on a regular basis. Looking to buy a new car and will be taking it here to have my one and only mechanical place to check it out to make sure its right for me. I recommend you try their service, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I love bringing my car here! I came to Brett after an awful experience with a ford dealership and decided to stay! Hwy 7 service center thoroughly looks at every aspect of my car and makes recommendations that will help my car last that much longer. I will never go anywhere else!!

Brett and his staff are true professionals. They inform you of the work they need to do as well look the vehicle over and tell you what repairs you may need in the future. Their work is timely and if needed provide you with a vehicle and it's not one pulled from the bone pile that barley runs and no gas in it. Keep up the good work guys I'll be back. Trust them fully.

Excellent service. Received a full inspection sent to my phone with pictures of everything they looked at so I could make decisions while I was not there. I will be taking my vehicle there for all future work. Brett is a great guy, I recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

Told me exactly what the issue was with my vehicle, including an extremely detailed inspection. Repaired my car quickly and worked around my schedule. Also couldn't ask for friendlier employees who make sure they are giving you the best service around!

I am a pilot car driver and my vehicle broke down while i was in the area. My motherboard and everything went out in my van and they took me in and got me fixed up. I gave 4 stars because they actually got the wrong part at first, and it took a little longer than expected, but very friendly staff, loved the fact the kept me updated on every step, and was able to not cost an arm and leg to get it running

Had my car serviced at hwy 7, they did a great job and went over the inspection they did with me. Not something you get everywhere you go. Was grateful they picked up and returned my vehicle to me in storm lake. Doug is the man!!

I came in last minute with a bad wheel bearing and Brett got me in and out the same day.Very impressed with the professional and prompt service. Not to mention he let me know of my future mechanical problems.Thanks Guys.

Heading to the Black Hills for a family vacation, our Yukon died on us shortly after we passed though Newell. It was close to closing time, but google sent us to Hwy7 and I am glad they did. Doug found a loaner that would seat a family of 6. We got the Yukon back to the shop, and Doug sent us on our way (we were supposed to meet a friend for dinner yet an hour away).The next day, after running all the diagnostics they could on the Yukon in the shop, and still not coming up with what caused it to die the day before, they took it out and drove it for almost an hour to see if they could get it to act up on the road. We were worried about issues showing up when we got into the steeper hills of SD. They found absolutely nothing wrong. So, after several hours in the shop, and the loaner vehicle which we drove quite a bit while waiting for the Yukon, the only charge Doug billed us for was $104 for a full diagnostic of the Yukon, plus topping off the gas in the loaner.When we got to Rapid City the next day, the same issue showed up. We had to tow the Yukon to a service shop in Rapid City. Doug (from Hwy 7) through text messages and calls, made sure that I should have the shop in Rapid City call him so he could fill them in on what all Hwy 7 had done.The problem turned out to be the fuel pump. It must have had a hiccup in Iowa, yet ran flawlessly later when Hwy 7 tried their best to pinpoint the problem. The fault was not with Hwy 7 in any way.Bottom line: Doug, & the whole Hwy 7 crew were very friendly, and accommodating to a stressed out family of 6. Doug followed up with frequent text messages to see how things were going. We felt like we got 5 star treatment for just travelers passing through. I would definitely use them again.Well done Doug crew! I hope we left you enough maple syrup d8- )

We always get great service at Hwy 7. They take the time to answer my questions and explain any issues in a way I can understand (I'm definitely NOT a car person!). We'll keep going back, for sure!

I have worked at a number of repair shops and none of them compare to the great service and quality work of Hwy 7 Service Center. I am now a auto appraiser and i travel all over Iowa and sometimes Minnesota, Nebraska and South Dakota. I have yet to find a shop as great as this one.

Having been in business most of my life, I am quick to look for these qualities in those I do business with. Courtesy, honesty, quick to see a need, and fairly provide products and service needed at a fair cost. I've found this to be present with the folks at Hiway 7 Service Center. Don Kier

My truck broke down and they were one of the closest shops. It turned out to be a good experience. I wish I lived closer, it's hard to find a good mechanic shop. I wouldn't hesitate to take my vechicle to them again.

Vacuumed vehicle, clean windows, free car pick up/drop off service, text message updates...this is what sets them apart from the rest and why I will definitely go back to Hwy. 7 Service for my vehicle needs!

Could not be happier with the service provided. Very courteous and efficient. Not everyone is willing to work on an English 1978 MGB , but Brett will gladly. He has solved every problem that has arisen.
