Recently had our car repaired and when it was "ready to go" the tire was flat and it was discovered that the work wasn't completed as parts were hanging. Then we got to wait longer and pay more. Nice...

First review I have ever left. That should say a lot. Can't say enough good things about S & T. I hit a deer at 2am about 30 minutes outside of Nashua in my Van driving from Kansas City to Minneapolis. S & T was there within 45 minutes of me calling and got me towed into their shop. They quoted me an extremely fair price and kept me up to date so I could plan my trip back up from KC to get the van. Even drove me into Cedar Falls so I could get a rental back home. When I came back to pick it up, the final cost was $100 under what they quoted. If you're in the area and need a tow or collision work, this is the place.Service: Special vehicle towing

It is hard to pick up your vehicle when the weather is bad, and they keep charging you for keeping your vehicle. There should be a courtesy. Also, when the weather patrol, people recommend you to stay off roads. I hope you think about this. A discount would be a nice jester, at least for the days they tell you to stay home....

I bought a car from them 4 1/2 years ago and still no issues. Hit a deer twice and both times they fixed it like new.

The only time I have made appts here is for oil changes, although I have stopped on numerous occasions. Being a woman ( I know, I know ladies keep it to yourself plz) . I'm old school and believe there's women's work and men's work. Car maintenance falls under man's work. Anyhoo when I have stopped, they have always gotten to me within a couple minutes. Great people. Respectful and courteous. I would highly recommend them. Oh and FYI they have a beautiful pup onsite so don't forget a treat

If I could give more stars, I would. My family and I are on a cross country road trip to Alaska & broke down on the side of 218. S & T arrived less than 30 min after we broke down. Not only did they tow us but also drove my family and two small children to the hotel next to our repair shop so we didn't have to walk the short distance in the cold. Tamy and steve were so sweet and kind, If I could I would ALWAYS call them for any towing needs.We can not thank you guys enough, god bless!
