We traded our 2016 Ford Explorer for a new 2024 Ford Explorer. We had a very good experience with our sales person, Kim. And we also received a good price. The entire time at Jensen Motors in LeMars was very satisfying.

I had the best experience at jensen ford. I originally bought a car from jensen in siiux city and that was the worst experience ever. I was referred to go speak with Tim at jensen lemars and i am so happy i did. The whole team in lemars went above and beyond to help get me the car i wanted !!! Thank you so much to Tim and all the staff that helped me today !!! Definitely will make all my purchases at jensen ford in the future

Kim made the purchase of our new vehicle very easy.She took care of everything and was very professional, but still down to earth and very friendly.She was very helpful in finding just the vehicle we were looking for. She did a super job showing us the features on the car before we left the dealership. She respected me as a woman doing the purchase because my husband was busy with harvest. We got along very well, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Reputations are earned and this dealership/mechanic team has earned their bad rep.Additionally I had a very different experience there several times as a woman vs when a man came with me. Broke my heart.

Got myself a new set of tires for my pickup from this dealership.Had an issue with one tire a week later. Went to get it looked at. They wanted to make an appointment for two days later for something that would ve taken 15 minutes. They clearly weren t busy since one of their maintenance personnel was just hanging out with nothing to do and listening while I was explaining the problem that I had.I suppose the next time I need new tires and/or it s time to get my pickup serviced I ll have to go elsewhere.

Over the summer, we were on a road trip and our car died. Unfortunately we were all the way in Texas, and had to settle on purchasing a new vehicle that really didn't work for our family. We got a hold of Dan Leake and discussed with him our wants and needs both over the phone and via text message. Amazingly, he was able to get us into a vehicle that greatly exceeded our expectations more than we could have ever asked for! The whole process of getting ahold of the team, including Lance who helped us with financing, was the most comfortable and easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Lance and Dan were able to get us into a better vehicle at a better interest rate, which is simply unheard of in this market. I cannot speak enough how much Jensen in Lemars has earned not only our business, but also our trust. There's a reason that my wife's family, and now my family, choose Jensen. Thank you so much!

From the moment I walked into the showroom and upto now, 3 weeks after the sale, I have been treated like my satisfaction was the primary goal of the Jensen Ford staff.I walked into the showroom in LeMars and was immediately welcomed and introduced to salesperson Kim Lewandowski. I clearly explained that my only objective was to get comparable pricing on a 2013 Ford F-150 that I was considering purchasing from a private seller. Knowing that I had no intention to buy, Kim still took the time and made the effort to make me feel like a valued customer.As we were walking toward the group of 2013 F-150s, I passed a 2016 that caught my eye. It was newer, better equipped, had lower miles, and best of all nearly $3000 less that the private sale I was looking at. I now own that truck and I could not be more pleased.There were a couple of outstanding minor recalls on the truck that were taken care of by the service department on a schedule that was geared toward my convenience. EVERYONE, from Billy in the financial department to Michelle in the parts and service department were the most pleasant and professional people I could every hope to work with.I would HIGHLY recommend Jensen Ford in LeMars to anyone thinking of purchasing a new or used vehicle.Update:I have now owned my F150 for over 4 years. Still very happy with the purchase. Kim continues to send me emails to remind me of service schedules, etc. I also really like the FordPass reward point and the ease of redemption for parts and services.

Can't say enjoy good things about my experience. It can be nerve raking being 3.5 hrs away and trusting the truck will be in the condition you have been told it's in. Dylan was very up front and was spot on about everything. They had everything ready to go when i arrived and couldn't be happier with the 2014 ford raptor I picked up from them. Thanks again!

I highly recommend Tim P. for all your sales needs. We ve purchased two vehicles from Tim at Jensen Ford in the last two years. We recommend him to everyone we know. worst service ever!! I told Tyler I was on my way to pick up my truck.He wasn't there when I got there, when I asked about him,The sales guy said"Well how long do you want him to stay? 10:00 he starts at 7? I said I don't care what time he starts,I told him I was on my way to get my truck,I expected him to be there or at least let someone know that I was on my way,so they could answer some questions I had. the back seat was was all tore up(not put back together) didn't even ask about loaner car I brought back. We have done business with Jensen's LeMars Ford for over 20 years,no more.

Very disappointed. I've had my edge serviced here for about 2 years. I recently had my routine oil change and tire rotation on 4/26. When I dropped it off I complained of a grinding that came periodically from the back right end as I drove it. When the oil change was completed they told me they didn't have time to investigate the gringing but told me they would look further into it when my tie rod part came in that was ordered. To my understanding they are supposed to do a complete checkup such as brakes, fluids, etc. To which they told me my brakes were at 50% so the grinding couldn't possibly be the brakes. Tell me why when I had my car serviced again on 5/1 at another shop because of the grinding my brake pad was completely gone and had been gone for awhile? HOW COULD YOU MISS THAT WHEN YOU HAD MY TIRES OFF FOR A TIRE ROTATION?! It was right in front of your face! Truly upset with this experience.

We were waiting for a vehicle to come in and when it did the salesman called us right away. We then made arrangements to come and get the vehicle. The financing was fast and easy. All employees were very knowledge and answered all our questions.

Erika was our salesperson. I had talked to her over the phone through calls and texts the month prior. Well life happened for a month or so, I ghosted her for a bit because of it. So when we finally went to the dealership, I asked for her. She was extremely friendly and I really liked her from the get go. I gave her a budget of what I was comfortable with and what I could go up to without feeling we'd drown in payments. She never judged or seemed pushy for a bigger sale. I have bought 2 previous vehicles from Jensens and I will continue to go to them after my 3rd experience with them. I bought a 2018 Ford Escape Titanium and I'm absolutely in love with it. It checked off all my boxes of wants and needs. This time I financed through the dealership and the finance guy was amazing also. (I can't remember his name, sorry) but he was knowledgeable and funny. I would 10/10 recommend Jensens. Just as I have since I bought my last car from there with Robert in 2015.

I walked out of Hy- Vee tonight and get in my car and it won t start! Dead battery at 5 minutes to 5. Called 2 other businesses and no they were closed and couldn t help. Called Jensen and 2 guys walked over to jump my car, then were gracious enough to say they would put in a battery. They didn t have the battery on hand but got one within 15 minutes and had me out before 6. Great service and so thankful for the tech that stayed to put in my car battery! Much appreciated!

They refused to replace the recalled TCM part. Said it wasn't covered by the recall that the FORD COMPANY had sent me in a letter. Not sure but it seems fraudulent to me. Just saying.

Excellent vehicle at a great price. Would have been five stars if not for the in house financing part of the deal. I was charged way higher rate than I should have been and will not fall for that again. The fine print said I could try to negotiate the rate so it's on me for not reading the complete agreement but it's too bad that they take advantage of people in the heat of the moment. My salesman was awesome and I would certainly buy from him again. Overall a good experience but now I have the hassle of refinancing my loan right away.

Bought our truck from here Saturday Kim was Fantastic to work with. The service shop on the other hand hasn't been great. Truck been in the lot since Thursday and my appointment was Monday @9:30 & they didn't even get it in the shop until 6:30pm and still isn't looked at or fix! So hopefully will have it soon to actually enjoy it...

I had my rear brakes, water pump, and serpentine belt replaced on my 2008 F-450. I was out of town and really needing help. They got me in fast and I had a water pump replacement while here since my old one was leaking and I had noticed a slow leak of coolant so they were honest in the assessment. The service rep at the counter was friendly and kept me informed through text messages of repair status as I had to stay in a motel while work was being done on the truck. They were quick with the work. One day only. The mechanic worked late to finish it and get me back on the road. The counter service person was a driving force in conveying how badly i needed it done quickly. And the cost was well within normal and actually less than I thought it would be since i had carried it to a dealer I expected it to be more expensive. Great service. Great work great price.
