I had requested a low level close to microwave on 1st floor and stairs. We were put on top floor furthest from stairs, was told we would get a good view, instead it was of a field. No light bulb in lamp. Otherwise all you can eat buffet was amazing!

Had a comped standard king room, the room was clean and bed comfortable. It was -29 with wind chill and I wanted to get away from Sioux falls for a night. Full table games were open and sports book was busy. The food at big drop was ok same for the buffet on Sunday. No luck gaming this time but that's gambling and I'll keep swinging away as my entertainment for the month

In my opinion, The rooms are just okay and for the price I would drive eight more miles and go to the Holiday Inn before I'd stay here again. The rooms do not have a microwave and the refrigerator that's in the room is subpar. It would barely keep anything cold. I also was given a gift card for Christmas and could not use it on the gaming floor which it does tell you that online but I'm not sure if the person who bought it for me knew exactly what they were getting. This is the second time I've been to this facility and I would not come back. It's extremely inconvenient for check-in which is at the front of the casino but yet the hotel is at the back of the casino so you have to walk all the way across the casino just to get to your motel room and for people who are elderly or have difficulty walking that could be a problem. Seems to me that the hotel desk should be by the hotel. The people were very nice but you could tell they were definitely understaffed and we were not able to eat there other than breakfast. And for the price it's just okay. So for these reasons, I would never come back or stay at this location again.

Have no idea what happened to this place used to get comped rooms. I live out of state last couple of stays staffing for table games has been very light. Both last 2 stays.I could not get on bj tables and craps tables. And now lost my comp rooms. Buffet is only open a couple days a week. Frustrating when you want to gamble and can t because of the staffing. Guess I ll have to gamble at Royal River where I can get on the tables. Disappointing but I guess they don t want my businesses.

My fianc�e and I tried to book a block of rooms from the venue and utilize their shuttle service to and from the wedding venue (10 minute drive) - even if that meant an additional charge for the service to do so... Originally the policy was to block a group of 10+ rooms for the wedding, and they would be released if not booked by 30 days out from the wedding. We replied that we would like to block the rooms and try to utilize their shuttle services. Following that was a reply that they "recently changed their policies to require a down-payment of 50% of the block room cost ($299 per room, 10 rooms minimum)" so an almost $1500+ cost up front on top of all other wedding costs would be required. This was emailed after we had discussed a room block and the typical terms of agreement. On top of that was a requirement of 85% of the rooms be booked to get the $1500+ deposit back (so 9 out of 10 rooms booked). It was sketchy, it felt like they were just trying to push us out, and if not, that's a terrible policy. We are very unsatisfied with their approach, and do not recommend them to anyone.

I couldn t tell you how many times I have visited this casino and always had a great time! Even expressed my experiences with my coworker, friends, and family. Well, after last night, I have something to new to talk about. We had our Christmas party there last night and while enjoying my cigar on the smoking side, im told I cannot smoke it because it produces too much smoke?? Again, let me emphasize, I was in the smoking section! On top of that, my beer gets confiscated and I couldn t even finish is because it was after 2. To say the least, I m highly disappointed.

I love stopping here any time I go by. Staff is amazingly nice. One of these days I will have to stay at the hotel portion and not just the casino and restaurants.Bathrooms are always spotless!Guest Services are so very helpful!Food is amazing, no matter which food option you go with!

This is what one of my favorite regional casinos. The facilities are amazing on par with Vegas or Reno. The weekend buffet is amazing. They ve upgraded the RV Park which is located near the driving range and golf course. This is a great place for a group outing or getaway weekend. The Sports book is a nice add-on with plenty of seating to watch games on the big screen. All that being said, an employee told us that you can t use the putting green or the driving range unless you also have a tee time. So, I ve downgraded this review back to a 3 star. With free driving range which is what we were told yesterday this was a 5 star.Nearby activities: ShoppingFood & drinks: Weekend buffets and several restaurants

Well I wanted play a little bit I went there with my fiancee, I haven't my I.D and they didn't let me in just bcz I look like a teen. So that was crazy puff. Well at least food was good

Terrific, newish hotel casino right off the border of Minnesota/Iowa. Good selection of games although a wee bit short on the Aristocrat slots which I prefer.Rooms: Very fancy. Comes with a mini fridge, tall closet and a great view!

Casino drawings seems to favor the same people who have previously won every drawing...today Amy fisher's name was called twice for the jackpot drawing, Aaron Sharp's name seems to be drawn every event. Rigged!

We were there labor weekend we usually go every weekend to enjoy because of the place and music. But yesterday was very very bad experience for us. This guy with jacket(Nick) tall white guy. Comes up to me and my husband question us to check out Id s which we respectfully showed even though we have to let the security scan before we come in however we still showed because he said we looked too young and he goes about asking my brother in law for id which I don t understand because he s way older then us. And he has been coming to this casino for the last 12 years. And goes on and screaming at us saying this is the law like we don t know the law that we need to be the 21 to come into the casino. We were no way near underage. He treated us so bad I don t know if it was because we are brown. Or what. He needs to be retrained and how to respect everyone equally. I do now appreciate how he treated us we will not be coming back again. DO BETTER!Noteworthy details: Disrespectful and disgusting!

Great rooms. I got mine free. Cuz I gamble a lot. It doesn't work well for disabled folks without a scooter. It's a long walk from check in with bags. To your room. It just isn't cohesive for that. They will push u to your room. And many staff offered. Unfortunately, I'm 380 lbs and I do not want help. I'm disabled. But, of course I'm not disabled by choice. Many wonderful workers. Top of the line. Made the stay a very good 1.

Great atmosphere and the staff is friendly. Would make a few minor changes, but overall 4 stars.Food & drinks: Pleasantly surprised by food. Much tastier than expected. Nice atmosphere with just a few things that could be better.

I am disappointed that when you cancel a room the staff doesn't follow thru.I tried to make a reservation and was told they couldn't because I owe for no show rooms.I have heard this from several people that it happened to them.I wanted to stay there for the cornhole classic I hope they move it somewhere else next year so I don't have to stay 30 minutes away.
