I bent a wheel and went to the other company, who told me it was fine, then charged me to look. These guys checked it for free, confirmed it was indeed bent, and let me know it couldn't go back to 100%, then gave me the option of repai as best possible. Very nice, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

We were a loyal customer of Alloy wheel repair for both of our dealerships. We had them fix a set for $440 and now they look worse than before the repair. The tech told us that is the best they will get. We had another company(Wheel Doctor) fix them now they are perfect. Alloy Wheel Repair refuses to refund our money. They do not care about our business. Will not ever hire them again! They are willing to lose two dealerships business and thousands of dollars over a simple $440 refund. Great business strategy. I have my 4 wheels custom machined, something that never came from the factory, and the quality is outstanding! The ladies that helped placing my order were more than helpful. I highly recommend them for any wheel service you may need. You won't be disappointed!

Very poor service I had my wheels painted in February when I put them on my car three weeks later I noticed they missed parts of the wheel when they painted them. I contact them they told me just to stop by so I drive the hour to their office just to schedule appointment. The day of my appointment I show up early and wait because it s a hour drive for then at my time of my appointment they sent me a text say your third in line go run some errands if you want. I Didn t have time to wait around half a day for them to fix what they missed so now I ve driven four hours for absolutely nothing and my wheels are still messed up would not recommend this company

The team at Alloy Wheel was great to deal with. My Mercedes had two bent rims and the dealership told me I had to buy a new set of rims. For a fraction of the cost they repaired the wheels, fixed a cosmetic blemish, then mounted and balanced 4 new tires. I was in and out ahead of schedule with no issues months later.

These people are pure gold!! We were traveling from Montana to West Virginia and discovered we had a cracked wheel. I was told Alloy could help us, so I gave them a call. Shelby was so kind and helpful, and made sure we were taken care of ASAP. Gage did an amazing job repairing the crack and got us back on the road in no time. They fit us in their busy schedule on a Friday afternoon...and to top it all off, Shelby texted me Monday to make sure we made it to West Virginia safely. I haven't had customer service like this in as long as I can remember. My family and I are so grateful for these two. I highly recommend them, and we appreciate their services more than they could ever know!

Terrible, picked up my car at the dealership and over spray all over the rim, sent another guy back out to fix and he buffed the clear coat off the rim and did not put the clear coat back on. Made three appointments with this company to fix again and each time a no show. Absolutely terrible! Stay away from this company. I wish they had negative star review and don't believe Alloy Wheel saying they did everything to fix the problem. I would not waste my time writing this if it was not true.

I was a little hesitant based on past reviews, but after my experience I d recommend Alloy to all my friends and family. I am seriously impressed with the customer service I received from both the gal in the office and Anthony who did the repair. Anthony made my Tesla rim look brand new in an hour (other auto body shops wouldn t even touch it because it s a Tesla) and spent time showing me what he did. Saved me a little cash, too, by skipping one unnecessary repair. Highly recommend!!!

This place was very helpful in getting my rims redone after they were scratched from getting the tires changed. Gage did a great job on the repair and the two employees in the front office helped with recommendations to keep the rims in good condition for a longer period of time.

They were great! I was on vacation visiting my sister from Georgia and somewhere along the way I cracked my rim and the very cold temps cracked it to where it caused my tire to go flat. They stayed open so I could bring them my rim and he stayed late to fix it so I could get it early the next morning to take it to the tire shoo to have my tire mounted and I can get back home. They didn't charge extra for this.

I have been using them for a couple of years with very good results. A couple of days ago a wheel of one of our cars, an Infiniti Q70 got damaged, curb rash. The wheels are hyper silver painted, a paint almost impossible to match, called the company and they scheduled me the next dat with Todd Fandel, one of their technicians. He explained to me the problem and I decided to refinish all 4 wheels. Todd did a fantastic job, even with a magnifier you could not see that the wells were refinished, I m extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend Todd if somebody needs their services, I m not saying the other technicians are not at that level but my recent experience with him was stellar.Thanks !

I was informed I had a bent Alloy rim when having my tires rotated. Upon recommendation I made an appointment with Alloy Wheel Repair Specialist and they straightened and balanced my Wheel in less than an hour while I waited for a cost of about half what a new wheel would cost. My tire place verified the wheel was balanced perfectly. This is a nice option for bent alloy wheels.

I would highly recommend for any high-end alloy wheel that may be damaged and in need of repair! They did an excellent repair on a rim and literally saved me hundreds of dollars in lieu of replacing the entire rIm. It s good to know that the work has a lifetime warranty as well! In speaking with the owner Rodney, I understand that if the rim would have needed replacement, they offer the most competitive prices available on OEM rims! I have purchased rims online through eBay and other sources and have ended up with poor quality knock offs. Either way they have me covered!

I had an aftermarket rim that had a few minor bends on the backside of the rim causing the bead not to seal all the way. I took it in and they did some repairs. When I got the tire back on the rim it still leaked air so I took it back. They said there was a chance of cracking the rim if they tried to straighten it more but I had them do it anyways. Tire is on and holding air very well. Thank you!

After making appt, the tech was unaware I was meeting him. I waited for almost an hr for him to arrive. I sent an email regarding my frustration and received no response. When I went to pick up my product, it was not repaired as it should have been and there are bubbles all over my rim on the black paint. I paid full price for a shotty job only because I needed my rim back asap. Very dissapointed and will not use this company again.

I had my 2014, Audi A6 wheels painted a gloss black and they look amazing! It was half the price of purchasing new wheels. It only took one day. I would definitely recommend them.

Garrett did an awesome job cleaning up some curb rash on a wheel of my 4 month old car. Looks brand new again. Next day service, reasonable rates. I would definitely go back to Eastern Iowa Alloys Wheel Repair Specialists.

Called on a friday they said they were booked for 2 weeks but could fit me in within 1 week. They dont schedule appointments by a time just tell you when they open. Since I needed my bent rim fixed I was there when they opened at 8am. I found out the only person there who does repairs was out delivering wheels. So there were 2 people in the office but they were of no use to actually fixing anything. After waiting 45 minutes found out repair man would be gone for another 3 hours. Even though that was very very inconvienent because I needed to leave Iowa asap to help my mother move and being a third thifter time is very precious to me during day light hours. I got back there at 11:15am and they still werent able to help me. After another hour of waiting i realized my plans for the weekend to help my mom for late mothers day gift were ruined. I left in tears because they ignored me after they knew they couldnt help me. They should have sent someone else to go deliver tires. But no. After 5 hours i decided to go buy a new rim. Never waisting my time there again. Good luck if you wish to.

This company is a joke! I wanted my wheels spruced up to match the color of my ride. We agreed on this color of chip that the technician had in hand. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I found that one wheel was clearly a different color and had gobs of what I am guessing is clear coat in the pockets of my wheels. When I confronted the technician he went and got the owner Rodney. He told me I get what I paid for. I was livid! If you value your money, time and the word you were given to don't go here! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone PERIOD!!

I had them black out my wife s rims and bow tie on steering wheel on both hers and my truck. They even helped me get my vehicle to their shop from another shop! They did a great job! Turned out great! Thank you guys!

Amazing experience start to finish. Alissa dealing with me on phones to Frank working much later than he had to. Can't say thank you enough. Not to mention Alissa coordinated everything from 150 miles away and dealt with a 3rd party, that to put kindly had a collective knowledge of a 3rd grader.Thank you again!

Rude staff, Poor Communication not a good business practice to make your paying customers feel as if they re a burden when they bring you work. I ll take my business somewhere else from now on.
