ABRA has worked on my car twice in the last two months (was hit AGAIN a week after I got my car back :( ) They are always friendly and had good communication through the whole process of both. Will definitely choose ABRA again!! It looks like a whole new car!! (Forgot to take a picture of new rear end and rim)

Great work and customer services. I m from out of state and had an accident in Cedar Rapids. Dalton kept me info my repair and had my car washed and waxed so beautiful .when I flew in. Communication with Geico was excellent.

After having a collision, ABRA was Very helpful. They had great attention to detail for the required body work and alignment repairs my vehicle needed. Their tests and calculation processes are reassuring to verify everything has been completed 100%. They even detailed my interior, which I felt was above and beyond my expectation. That was a wonderful surprise when I was able to get back in my own drivers seat. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

We were very pleased with the calls regarding updates when needed, and the condition of the car when we picked it up. The driver side view mirror was able to be replaced within a short time of the accident, making it possible to drive the car until the rest of the work could be done. So far, I have noticed no problems with anything so we are pleased. A thanks to Dalton who was very helpful.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I'm already not liking this, with the customer service, when you say we'll call you 2 different times I am expecting a call to see the progress of my truck whether it's done or not. I'm even terrified to to see my truck when it's done. This is my current abservation of what's been happening. I was told by the end of the week well call you, then no calls, i had to initiate a phone conversation proffesionally, then monday came , no calls, i had to call, then tuesday came and they are still putting it together. 5 o'clock we'll call you, well I had to call few min before 5, they were closed so I'm little worked up and i will definitely will write a complaint to my insurance company. I will write my final review when I see my truck maybe tomorrow or maybe after thanksgiving, I'm not certain I'll be seeing my truck till, after the holiday, I guess we'll be traveling for 8 hrs with 2 adult boys and a dog crammed in a tiny corolla tomorrow. That will be a very unpleasant trip.I i picked up my truck after the holiday these photoes i took confirmed what i was dreaded to find out. Misaligned pannels on one side under the headlight, the opposite side pannel came loose by the wind while driving and i found out that they put silicone in the cracked hole to hold the grommet which lockes the panel in place, smeared silicone all over the pane and never bother to clean it. So i definitely will leave one star as is. I surely will never recomand this shop to anyone, not even a friends or family for sure. So sad that ok job is becoming the norm, as long as they get your money seemed to be their goal, I'm beyond disappointed

Staff was nice. I received two personal calls updating my car's estimated completion date as well as several text updates which I appreciated. However, car was returned to me a week after they said it would be finished.The parking lot is extremely small and tight. I barely made it in without hitting another vehicle the first time and when returning I had to double park.The day before my appointment I called to confirm my own appointment and if there would be a rental for me as promised. The rental had not been set up at all prior to that call and I almost didn't get one because of the, "rental car shortage."Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was very happy with the work Abra did to my car. My car had a caustic substance that had dripped on it from a parking garage. This substance was over my entire car from front to back, getting in the hood, sunroof, and trunk. It literally took the finish off the car. Abra got me in within days for an estimate. They were booked for a few months but it was worth the wait. My car looks fantastic! The staff were great from the assessor, office staff, and technicians. They arranged for a car rental as well. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again if needed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were friendly and helpful with bumper replacement after someone ran into me. My Geico insurance company recommend them. Rich, my estimator did much to assist me through it. The pain. matches perfectly. The ladies in the office and my driver who took me home and picked me up were all friendly and answered my many questions. Had an insurance cr claim and ABRA was there when I needed them. They took the much needed time and outcome was amazing! Like I have a brand new car. They even took the extra care to clean and detail the whole entire inside of my car so it was squeaky clean! Very nice work and I would recommend their service to anyone.

ABRA Auto Body Hiawatha did a marvelous job repairing my Subaru Outback following a collision with a deer. I appreciated regularly being updated on the status of the estimated repair completion date. My technician and the office staff were friendly, helpful, and great to work with. ABRA Auto Body Hiawatha truly takes pride in their work.
