This was the best vehicle-buying experience I have every had. Marty took the time to really get to know me, was super fantastic to deal with, and was very nice and extremely personable. I was just amazed that the owner of the dealership took so much time to make sure that I was happy and very satisfied with my new truck

We bought a used van from Rouse and right from the start my wife and I were impressed. They told us to take it for a test drive and just to bring it back in the afternoon, and so we did. This was the longest test drive we have ever had a vehicle for, about two hours. When we got back to the dealership and showed Marty what we didn't like about the van he said he would take care of that and we agreed on a price and that was it. FINALLY we found a dealer without all the normal stress they seem to put us though. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful. THANK YOU ROUSE MOTORS! I highly recommend checking this small town dealership out when you're looking to purchase your next vehicle.

They are awesome!!!! I'll never take my vehicles any other place to have worked on. They put an Alarm module in my truck and had no problems doing so, they knew exactly what to do, how to get it done in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable price, unlike Dale Howard in Iowa Falls, that wanted to charge me 115$ for an unprogramed key fob, and lied over and over saying they couldn't find any alarm modules on even Ebay, as I was staring at the pages of listed modules on Ebay. ROUSE IS AWESOME!!!!

I've never bought a vehicle here but I use their dealer service department for a couple of Dodge/Chrysler products I own. They always get the job done.

Got an oil change and my tire repaired do to a nail ... but the nail is still in my tire and wasnt fix
