If I could give 10 stars I would.I bought my Winnebago Revel 4x4 in September of 2023 from Lichtsinn Rv in Forrest City, Iowa.6 months and 13 thousand miles later, it is all that I could have wanted and more. As a noob to RVing, I began my search a few months earlier and did research on Class B RVs. I watched many YouTube videos presented by Ron from Lichtsinn RVs and knew Lichtsinn Rv was the one to go with. The extremely detailed information they provided through their videos convinced me they knew their products better than anyone else period. Thank you RON for those videos. The buying process was easy navigating through their website to place my order. If I had questions, Hannah was there to answer them. The entire team at Lichtsinn RV was outstanding, professional, and knowledgeable. I didn t mind one bit flying out to pick up my RV in Forest City Iowa. So many other dealerships were closer to me, but I wanted the best! Buying an RV at Lichtsinn RV was a great experience, a pleasure, enjoyable and stress free. I was picked up at the airport and stayed at the recommended hotel just 5 min walking distance to Lichtsinn RV. Even the hotel was great and the staff friendly and professional. The next morning Reed and his team greeted me and I did a complete walkthrough of my Winnebago Revel with Barry. After that, I signed and the keys were handed to me. It was quick and so painless. I was so happy, I even hugged them. The entire buying experience was excellent. Not rushed or pressured and with NO stress. I traveled from Long Island, New York to Forrest City Iowa because I knew I had to go with the best and most trusted Winnebago dealership. I am so glad I did. I still get emails from Reed asking to see if all is well and if I have questions. That is what I call great service for a new lifelong customer. As a New Yorker, you guys rock and have earned my respect and business for treating me like a valued customer.I want to personally thank Ron for all those great informative videos, the sales team Reed, Hannah, Barry, Brandon and everyone else that helped me purchase my Winiebago Revel.So Thank you Lichtsinn Rv for making my dreams come true.Gary "Goonies"

Going to keep this short and simple. There is a reason there are hundreds of 5 star reviews here. The folks at Lichtsinn RV are great to work. Is the Lichtsinn experience for everyone. No. But for say 98% of folks it's a great way to buy your RV. It seems the only poeple complaining here are those who just did'nt listen and/or pay attention to the details of the purchase.Pros:Wil save you money.Order your unit set up exactly like you want it.Great communication, training and orientation.Cons:Requires patients.Requires travel.Yes there is a bit of work involved but if you're not up for a little adventure you probably shouldn't be buying an RV.I would like to particularly recognize our sales consultant Renae Aukes who was just fantastic. However, literally everyone there was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend contacting Lichtsinn if you are planning to buy a new Winnebago.

Jordynn made the experience of buying our customized Winnebago Ekko, effortless. She truly welcomed us and treated us like family. It was worth driving to Iowa to get our rig from central Florida and we would purchase for Lichtsinn again if we were to change our rig. From Jordynn, Brandon, Jeremy and Ron our experience at the dealership was amazing.

Wow, an amazing showroom and huge lots of hundreds of models.The sales force was very helpful, friendly and professional. They took time to answer my questions and contacted their parts department for more information. They followed up with email.Comprehensive parts department. They have everything!Comfortable waiting area for those customers having service performed.I was able to personally look at different models and see what is available and make decisions about what would meet my needs .They have basic models, and a wide variety of configurations an options. The quality is amazing!Highly recommended, well worth the trip and time spent.

Great customer service through and after the sale. Took a while to get our Ekkocello; but well worth the wait! Mike had our Ekko plugged in and heated when we went to pick it up so we could spend the night in it (and since they are closed on Sunday). Highly recommend!

My husband and I LOVE our new 2024 Winnebago EKKO 22A and could not imagine buying from anywhere but Lichtsinn RV! Our sales consultant, Renae Aukes, was warm, personable, and professional and made the entire experience fun and easy. We took advantage of camping in their lot the first night and they took care of our short list of minor issues quickly the following morning. The level of service we received from her, the service team, and everyone we interacted with made us customers for life!

After months of going back and forth with local dealers we decided to go with Reed and Lichtsinn Rv in Iowa. Reed and Kevin were so easy to work with. They answered every question and helped us build out our perfect Revel. They made planning to get there easy with a driver to pick us up in Minneapolis. There was a perfect little hotel next door we stayed the night before and they even let us use the car overnight to run around in and eat dinner at a local diner or pick up some supplies so we didn t have to pack as much. Picking up you factory fresh RV at Lichtsinn RV in Forest City Iowa is perfect place to start your first vacation in your new RV. Thanks for our new Revel!

Winnebago Industries holds a special place in my heart, leading us to choose Lichtsinn RV for trading in our 2013 View. For nearly a year, Mike H. persevered in helping us find the perfect fit, ending with a deal for a new View, not just another used RV. Kevin B. was instrumental in obtaining the best financing, fighting for the bank I wanted.Bottom line, the folks at Lichtsinn are persistent in their efforts to find what their customer wants. We are happy we followed our instinct to trade up with them!

The entire Lichtsinn staff, especially Mike Haugan and Jeremy Gilbertson, did an excellent job educating us before our 1900-mile trip back to Oregon. Both were pleasant and their technical expertise superb. Unfortunately, the distance to Forest City from our home may limit our visit back to Lichtsinn. Thank you all !!

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Litchsinn RV. Renae Aukes was our Sales Consultant and remained involved throughout the entire process. Kevin Breister, the Business Manager and Jeremy in Service also went above and beyond to work with us. There is a real trust and confidence that we felt dealing with Lichtsinn. I live in San Diego, CA but flew across the country to buy my Winnebago from Lichtsinn RV. From price, to service, to knowledge of the product, the staff at Lichtsinn RV blew away any other experience I've had with any other dealership. Gary picked us up from the airport and drove us to our hotel and left us with a company car. The next morning, Jeremy gave us a thorough walk-through of the RV, and Brandon helped us with all the paperwork. Reed oversaw the entire purchase back when we ordered all the way to delivery, keeping us updated along the way.I love the fact that we were the first to use our RV and were able to break in the engine ourselves during our drive home. They had the RV prepped in their garage and I was very impressed with their attention to detail.No matter where you live in the country, I highly recommend Lichtsinn RV for your next Winnebago.

We can not say enough about how welcoming, educational and stress free our experiences with ALL the staff we engaged with during the entire process of purchasing, attending a thorough orientation and professional delivery of our new to us RV. We live 6 states away, and would return to Forest City in a heartbeat for another RV should we wear this one out. With Lichsinn, you join a team for you rv experience. I am from NYC and had ordered an Ekko from Lichtsinn close to two years ago. I had many concerns, not the least of which were the distance and the open ended wait time for the delivery. I had Adam Brinkman as my sales consultant and he was simply terrific. He was very responsive and addressed many of my questions. Fast forward to about a week ago when I arrived at Forest City. A driver had brought me from Minneapolis airport and a loaner car was provided for me while staying close to the dealership. The orientation was quite informative and the few minor issues picked up during inspection were addressed expeditiously. Overall I am very impressed with the operation at Lichtsinn and hats off to the whole staff. I would certainly look to them for any future RV needs.

My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing our EKKO from Lichtsinn Motors. Reed Burkholder gave us plenty of space to explore the EKKO possibilities and at the same time was responsive to our many questions. Kevin Meister in the Business office was equally helpful with our closing. Jeremy was terrific with the orientation session. All of this contrasts with our purchase of our previous RV. This purchase is expensive and somewhat intimidating. We were comfortable every step of the way.

Nice dealership. Cody our sales guy was great. Ask on the used unit we went to look at was fair. We didn't end up buying from them, because the unit just wasn't right for us, but we wished we could have. Best experience we had while RV shopping. Ask for Cody. Seriously.

If you re serious about an RV, there are really only two options: Winnebago, the highest quality, most innovative RV on the market and Lichtsinn RV in Forest City, the world s premier Winnebago dealer. It s not difficult to find almost every RV for sale on a number of websites. And that led me to Lichtsinn. Emailing with questions. Visiting to test drive and learn more about models and used options. And the purchasing process are all smooth and filled with friendly and helpful people. I live in the Twin Cities, but will be coming to Lichtsinn for all my RV needs. Top quality people. Amazing service. And the best variety of Winnebagos in the country. Highly recommend!

What a great experience purchasing our 2011 Winnebago Tour. Reed was great at contacting us and giving us time to make this big decision! Justin was great to answer questions and get us accessories ordered for our new coach. Logan gave us a great orientation. We stayed over night onsight and Reed again stopped by and asked if we had questions and he answered the ones we had. Lichtsinn is a fully staffed dealer. There are a lot of knowledgeable staff. Lichtsinn is expanding and that is a good sign for the future and I see why they have high ratings. We also toured the Winnebago factory while we were there and highly recommend it.

We had a hassle-free experience with Lichtsinn and they were very knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions as novice RVers. The only negative experience was when we had to use the roadside assistance plan that we purchased as an add-on and were told that they didn't have someone to come out to help with our flat tire (ran over a nail in a parking lot). In hindsight, I should have done more research on RV roadside assistance plans beforehand.

I trust Lichtsinn. They are the top dealer of RVs in my opinion because they stand by their products, provide excellent service and correct something that they may not have initially been aware of at no cost to me. Grateful for this company and it's values.

I would not suggest working with Lichtsinn RV. Almost every other RV dealer has a refundable deposit policy except Lichtsinn and its $5k. So even if your RV takes over a year to receive and they put a 20% price increase you will be out $5k. There are much better companies to work with. Don't let their early lowball offer entice you.

Just got back from a long drive back to California from Iowa picked up our new Revel from Lichtsinn RV dealership. The best long drive we have completed and the Revel did what it s supposed to do, home on wheels. Staffs at Lichtsinn RV were all happy to see us and very professional, made the pick up, orientation to the new RV very simple but informative. Paperwork were ready to be sign by us which made all the sales very quick and more time to enjoy the new Revel. Meet Ron the owner, Reed, Jeremy and Brian. The key point here is that all staffs were all ready to help and made this painless. Hi highly recommend Lichtsinn dealership for your next RV purchase, our experience with them is very positive, all smiles specifically when trying to learn and remember all the Revel s functions. Me and my wife purchased the Revel this way because we wanted to travel and make it worth the use of the Revel. Work for us and maybe for you too

Just bought a Class B RV from Lichtsinn RV. We had a great experience. Renae Aukes was our saleswoman, and she was fantastic. She took care of us and made sure that we got everything we needed, including the training we needed as first time RV owners. If I want a bigger rig, I m calling her first. The dealership was great and treated us very well. We flew into the Minneapolis airport, and Lichtsinn drove us to the dealership. John we was our driver, and he was a exceptional host on our trip to Iowa. I highly recommend this dealership.

During these difficult COVID-19 times, Lichtsinn did there very best to assist me in the purchase of my new RV. The video orientation training was excellent, sent in advance so I could become familiar with the Winnebago View 24 D. In addition, I did receive a walk around and hands on setup of the RV for about 2 hours with Jeremy. We kept within social distance guidelines. I stayed over one night and notice a small leak under the couch to the Murphy bed. It was the filter to the water pump was leaking and/or small crack in the housing. They replaced the entire filter assembly. All of the sale persons were highly professional and helpful. I did have a small issue with the financing after I returned home, but after discussion with the GM it was resolved to my satisfaction. Nicole Lovik-Blaser was very helpful during the entire visit. In addition, I was assigned a service consultant, Anders Bartleson. I had to call him once on the way home due to the brake assist feature in the Mercedes malfunctioning. But it clear up a few hours later. Could have been the high winds that day.

Buyer be aware with this place! Recently purchased a used class A RV from this dealership a few months back started out as a positive experience but quickly turned into a very unpleasant experience. The day we looked at this RV we were told that it was a one owner, local trade and overall looked like everything that we wanted and needed and what we were looking for. We were told that this RV would go through a 170 point checklist before it goes to the new owner and we purchased this RV the day we looked at it. Now we are not local to this dealership so we had to set up another time to pick up and do an orientation which was fine. So we take this RV on a trip not even a week after we picked it up and the find a whole bunch of issues with it and keep in mind this was not a "as is" purchase. The windshield wipers start to malfunction, the windshield started to leak around the top of the window, we could never get the TV to work. Keep in mind this was suppose to have all gone through a checklist, a week after the trip we went to try to start this vehicle and the house batterys were bone dry and not soon after the chassis batterys went bad. Now these batterys weren't new but we were told we would get another 3 to 4 years out of them which we took there word for it. We reached out to this dealer after finding all of these issues let's just they didn't stick by there RV basically had to hound these people to find answers to these issues that they did not want to address. We finally set up a date to have these issues looked at and they had a enough nerve to charge us for those things that were listed. They ended up charging us to have them look at the things that should have been addressed when they did there 170 point inspection, what an absolute joke! Come to find out we reach out to the previous owner of this RV and he tells us that it wasn't a one owner which we were told it was and he was not local to that area. I would say the sales people don't have a clue at this place they are just there to make the sale I would say they need more knowledge of what they are selling before making all these promises to buyers. I know one thing is we won't be back to this place and every sticker or affiliation with this place I can assure you it has been removed! I can honestly tell you that these people can come back and say whatever they want but I can tell you that they won't say I'm wrong. I know of a few people looking to purchase an RV I'm definately telling them to stay away from this place! These guys claim to be the number one winnebago dealer in the country, well they acted like the worse in my experience! Definately don't trust these people.

Our experience, as new owners of an RV, has been very positive: the training session regarding use of our new RV was excellent, the staff has been positive in all aspects, and we have every confidence that any questions/concerns we have will be promptly answered. Renae has exceeded expectations!

Buying an RV from Lichtsinn RV was a wonderful experience. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and very helpful. Adam Brinkman was our sales rep he was very easy to talk to and helped us with all of our questions and there were many! Then came the orientation with Jeremy who was even more patient than Adam because I had many many questions and he answered them all to the best of his ability and to my satisfaction. The parts department was easy to work with too as I ordered some suspension upgrade parts. I would highly recommend Lichtsinn RV as we had a wonderful buying experience with them. Randy

If you are thinking of buying a new Winnebago there is simply no better dealer to buy from. Getting a rig a mile from where it was built is great- but the level of customer service is what really sets this dealer apart from the rest. Spending a couple nights at the dealership to make sure you fully understand the rig and deal with any issues that come up was great.My rig had a recall and we decided to drive from Tennessee back to Forest City to let Lichtsinn deal with it, also had some upgrades done at the same time. Their Service department is unlike 99% of the RV Dealer service departments- great communications, they do great work and the rates are reasonable. Anders was my service contact and was excellent- good guy and is a straight shooter.
