Shannon and Ian were excellent to deal with during the repair of my extensive engine issues in my 2015 Ram. They were thorough in their diagnosis and were adamant about taking their time and ensuring everything was working properly before it was returned. They were prompt and courteous with their updates and information throughout the process. As a local, independent shop, their reputation is their livelihood. They don't have 30 technicians to blame mistakes and oversights on. The bull stops with them. For these reasons I hope you give them a chance when looking for a place to help with your vehicle needs!!Service: Engine repair

I had called another place in town and they took my information down but never called back. I called Petersen Automotive and they were able to book an appointment to replace a starter for my son's car within the week. Their customer service is both professional and caring! Shannon and Ian were very quick and efficient about completing the job. They sent me a text letting me know what the issue was 100%, a quote including parts & labor, and a time frame of when to expect the job completed. I am very happy with this business and will be returning for any automotive repairs in the future! Highly recommended!!

We have used several repair shops in the QC over the years but when we found Petersen Automotive, we found everything we were looking for. Ian and Shannon are honest, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, trust worthy, great mechanic that understands! Petersen Automotive is hands down the best. I could recount many stories to you of how they went above and beyond in excellence and service! They really helped me out. Had a check engine light for mass airflow sensor that stayed on after I d cleaned it. They squeezed me into the schedule, rechecked and cleared the codes. Light stayed off so they started and ran several times as well as a test drive. No light. They also didn t charge for anything. Great people and clearly the place I ll take my vehicles in the future.
