Absolutely love this place!!! I've had this insurance company for years, but never had to use it until a few weeks ago. Called this office and was treated like a priority. Monica and her team helped me understand what was going on and what I should do. I highly recommend this place!!!

My family and I have actually been with State Farm insurance for many years. We have been very satisfied with service and loved our original agent. He decided to retire and we knew our new agent would have some big shoes to fill. We selected Monica and her team and we are so happy with our decision. We have experienced great customer support, prompt service and exceptional communication.

My Agent Kasey Lange and this office are extremely professional and very helpful with all my questions regarding bundles and saving me money where they could. The quotes are on point and quick to respond when I had to change my policy information. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend working with Kasey and this office.

When we called Monica about changing insurance we were looking to consolidate our plans to one company. She gave us excellent quotes and asked us to come in to discuss. Knowing SF we didn't expect high pressure but didn't really understand the need to come in. Monica really surprised us with her knowledge and got to know our products providing us customized insurance that is WAY BETTER and still cheaper than the previous companies we had. This office is top shelf! Kasey Lange is so knowledgeable and explains policy and protocol on a level that everyone can understand because let s be honest, insurance can be complicated and confusing. Having someone with the knowledge of and patience to help and explain details is vital at least it is to me and Kasey is the perfect Go To!

Great Value - after over 30 years with another insurance company, I was convinced State Farm couldn't beat their price.Boy, was I wrong. Not only beat their price, but with better coverage, saved me over 35%. Since then, nothing but great customer service. Two claims: one was car accident. The claim process was smooth and easy - even the body shop said my insurance company was great to work with. Also had a claim for towing - agent worked directly with towing company and filed claim - all I did was cash the reimbursement check.
