Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find what you are looking for. I always buy my tubes and tobacco here! Also they have caramel black stag iced coffee which tastes WAY better that Starbucks brand!

Not sure where the good employees went, but I used to like coming to this place and seeing the familiar faces I have become accustomed to. The lady I had tonight was extremely rude. You need to lower your turnover rate and keep the good ones.

Good friendly and knowledgeable staff. Amazing cigar selection from their humidor, and they special order anything they don't have. Cigar smoker's dream.

Staff is professional and kind. Usually have brand of cigarettes my husband smokes. Which is a plus!

I would give 0 stars as they refused to sell me and my friends cigars for our graduation because our friend said hi to a minor and automatically assumed we were buying for minors

Management is a bunch of idiots who think they know what's best when in reality they prefer to harass not only employees with ridiculous policies but have no understanding of customer service.

Reasonable prices on tobacco and tubes. Had to drive further than i like to but saved enough money to make up for it.
