Huge shout out to Trista & Napa of Dubuque. While working on the road my less than a year old Napa battery went out at the hotel. Coodinating with her manager Trista Brought me a new battery to swap out in her peraonal vehicle. Thanks Trista and Napa Dubuque for keeping me running ! Napa customer for Life

Called to inquire about batteries for my mobility scooter. Very helpful young lady answered the phone. Described what I needed and she said if I brought in the batteries she could possibly order them and have them in by Tuesday. Thanked her and decided to keep searching.

Gave me the wrong part, then she told me that I should pay a mechanic to do it because I don't know what I'm doing and that she is positive it is the right part. I called a different Napa store to confirm and they told me that she had gave me the wrong part. Stick with Advanced Auto

Napa came under new ownership within the last year or two and have improved drastically. Much more pleasant to deal with.
