They don't know what they're doing here. They get frustrated and take it out on customers. I called 2 days before to schedule and I told them exactly what I needed, then on the day of the appointment they tried to back out of rotating my tires because they didn't have enough people. If that's the case you should have said "no, Monday morning isn't doable." Scheduled for an oil change and a rotation. Told them my tires have to be 65 psi in the front and 80 psi in the back. When I left one of my front tires was 90 and the others were all well above 80 as well. They spent the whole day trying to drill out a stuck lug nut. I took it to another location which was able to remove it quickly without drilling.

Unfortunately I had a pretty negative experience with this location. I noticed my vehicle was leaking coolant, so I took it in to have the leak fixed. After a couple of hours and an absurd labor fee, I left, disappointed with the cost but relieved that it was (supposedly) fixed. About a week later however, my engine began to actually overheat for the first time. I took it back in and they assured me that it was only an air bubble in the system, and that it would be good to go. Trusting this, I drove it on a trip out of town, and a couple of days following my trip, the overheating light turned on for the second time. Took it back in and they said it was still leaking and would need to be repaired, with the same excruciatingly high price tag as the first time. This leaves me wondering what they even did the first time around, when I came in with a leak and apparently left with a leak. And how they didn't notice it was still leaking when they took it back in for another inspection. I wouldn't suggest you take your vehicle here for repairs - the staff is kind, but just don't seem to know their stuff very well. Stick to oil changes and tires here to be safe.

Stopped in last week. Had a signal light out. And wanted to see if they could put air in a tire. Also priced a set of tires.Was told the signal light would be $92. Air, $19.95. Because they had to check the tread.Well I may be an old lady but I'm not stupid. Took it to Tandem on Harrison St. Where I usually go. But I thought I could get in faster at Firestone. Tandem replaced 2 lights for $48.88. And I ended up buying a set of tires at Tandem.But I must say it wasn't a bad price on the tires at Firestone. Just felt I couldn't trust them.

I went in for an oil change and a wheel alignment, and added it on tire, rotation. but once the car was hoisted up, they found it bigger problem, which caused for me not being able to get the wheel alignment and the tires rotated. They informed me of this and even allowed me to come back and take a look and take pictures of it and explained everything to me in a way that I understood and I appreciate that. Even though I did not get the wheel alignment and tires rotated, they did a good job and I will keep coming back.

I had a great experience, Alex was very professional and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable. They re the only tire shop open on Sundays which is amazing. Overall 10/10, if I could give more stars I definitely would!

I was told that my bearings were beginning to crack and that they needed to be changed within the next few months. I had a second inspection done by a Chevrolet Certified mechanic, who I did not tell that there were any issues. They checked everything and said there were no issues with my bearings and that there should be no issues with them for a long time. I'm angry that I was made to feel like this was an imminent issue and that it could be dangerous for me. This is why people don't trust mechanics. This is why I requested a second opinion, because I know mechanics and every single one of them told me that this was more than likely not the case, that my vehicle was not old enough and I do not do driving that would damage those quickly. If I had been someone who had not insisted upon getting a second opinion this would have cost me over $1,000 to fix according to Firestone. I will never go to another Firestone again.

It was easy to book my appointment online. When I arrived I was early and they got me right in. The team member checking me in was courteous and professional. My only complaint was that they did not reset my oil change maintenance mileage counter in my car. I had to do that myself.

This place is a scam I took my car there to get it fixed and they did not fix it they made it worse. I spent almost 1000 for the labor in taxes. When I took my car to them it was drivable, not even 2 minutes after I left from them fixing what they supposed to fix.my car shut down in the turning lane.i called in let them know what had just happened to me right after i left.the lady that work there told me I don t know what to tell you. You re going to have to get it towed or something.she is very rude I do not recommend going here.

I have been shopping for tires for two weeks. So much confusion out there on the internet and websites. Get this but not this. Oh. You have to order those tire and bring them in. Oh sorry we can get you in next week and so on.I decided to stop in here since o had Firestone tires in it from the factory. Boy was I glad I did.I met Austin and was greeted with a smile and willing to help me get the tires I wanted.He asked a few questions and pulled out three samples of tires I could get and what it one offered.Then three choices of pricing and advantages of all three.I asked a few questions and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about tires. He made me feel important with my choice and was happy to help.I thought they would not have in stock or take a week to get in.WRONG! He said I have them in stock and is tomorrow soon enough? Holy enchilada!!!!I said really???? He said yes.Would noon be ok? I said heck yeah. He printed me a copy of the invoice and pricing to take home and review. Talk about service!!!I came back today(Sunday) and came in to drop it off at 11:00 am.He welcomed me and said it would be about one hour. Would I like to wait I said no. I will be back later. He told me he would take care of me and technician Cole would be installing my new tires.One and half hours I got a call from Austin that my truck was ready. I went over to pick it up and Austin explained everything and ask me to bring it back with in 50-100 miles of driving so they can check their work.No who does that?I highly recommend this place and Austin/Cole.Thank you gentlemen and soon heading out west for a long trip!J.RangelDBQ.

Once again, lowsy service. Called to make an oil change appointment, they dont answer so it goes on to a scheduling agency, Booked an oil change for 2pm.. got there at 1:45 and was told there was going to be a wait, because I should not book appointments online? WTH? The woman always has an attitude. Maybe when she was younger and attractive she could get away with it, but now that she uses her employment as a daycare for her kids she should re-evaluate how she treats customers.I wish lest than 1 star was an option!

Prompt and knowledgeable service from Melissa even thought she had a cold. I really like the almost instantaneous email telling me what my work order was. Timing was prompt for the appointment and price was fair. I was very satisfied with this experience.

The repair they conducted did not work and I had to pay another to re due the install after being told by multiple firestones they could not warranty the work for a week which in my opinion is horrible service. I was sent home with a still broken truck after paying 550 dollars for the repair and told to basically f off until the following week even after explaining I do not live in dubuque or by the nearest firestone in Moline or davenport since I was back in the quad cities for a funeral. In all honesty I would like a refund for the "work" and "customer service" I paid for in full. Please respond

Came in with a problem and code for a check engine light and got my service done within an exceptional amount of time. Little did I know that I was going to be up charged $121 after I was given a price. Never going here again.Update: problem has been with my car for over 3 weeks (still not fixed fyi). I was put 3/4ths up the chain of command ladder for someone to take my complaint, that took over a week of calling to finally get ahold of me. Came up with a solution which resulted in the management telling me they would be fixing the problem. Tried calling again to get an appointment from the store, now they are telling me I have to wait ANOTHER WEEK to hear if they will even do the work on my car. BIGGEST SCAM IN DUBUQUE!!!! There are many other auto repair places in Dubuque; avoid this one as the customer service is one of the worst I have seen in my entire life. Learned a lesson from this experience; never go here again with my car.

Not a fan of this store. Came in for a screw in my tire. It took 1.5 hours to do the job. I noticed the tire pressure was 34psi, they said it will update. Got hone and still read 34psi so I checked, the tire pressure was 34, I had to fill it myself to 60psi. Poor service.

I just wanted a headlight to be changed and they told me it was going to take at least an hour and that they had to remove the entire front bumper....(I WAS QUOTED AT 155 DOLLARS) i opened my hood took the light out and replaced it for 26 dollars from going to the auto parts store right down the street. Didn t even look at my car, told me they couldn t re-tap the threads on a bolt and said they had to replace the whole part instead. Costing $1400 & 3 days. Big A did it for $120 in 2 hours. Scott was also a jerk

I had a uber passenger take his car here for a simple repair. Left Firestone 2 minutes later it died. Called Firestone the sevice advisor hung up on him. Stay away from this place. Not the best mechanics in town that's for sure. Poor guy is out 900 dollars.

I have had my oil changed here multiple times and have had them put new tires on. I started taking my car to more local mechanics, in fact, two different ones and have not received the service I get with Firestone. I was in there today for an alignment .. was running on a tight schedule .. they didn t even have the car on the lift for more than 15-20 min and I said I only wanted the front checked and aligned . Well I got the car back and was charged almost 140$.. and drove it 2 blocks and the steering wheel was to the right so I had to bring it back and had to wait for another car to get off the lift till they could get to mine again.. and when the lady told the employee about the alignment being incorrect he looked at me and scoffed and shook his head.. so overall not very pleased with this place and didn t offer me a discount for the inconvenience of the half a** work the employee did ..did not feel like a valued customer.. mind u I ve been here a few times for an alignment .. but idk if I ll be coming back

Austin was fantastic. Had a flat tire and he stayed open late on a Friday night to wait on the tow truck, changed my tire and got me back on the road. He was very polite and helpful and was much appreciated. Great customer service!Service: TiresService: Tires

Service was courteous and polite. Had an oil change which was more than reasonably priced. I have used their service a few times I have purchased tires for two vehicles there in the last couple years and I did price around and they were actually cheaper than the discount tire place appreciate their service. I will definitely be back.

Quoted a certain price upon checking in, only to find a different price when checking out for a simple oil change/ bulb replacement! I do not recomend this place for auto work, unless you can be certain they will not change the price! Also, took one and a half hours for a oil change and headlight bulb replacement. I feel taken advantage of, and will not return!

Do not go to this place. Yes their staff is nice but I walked in the door to get my tires rotated and I left my vehicle there for three hours. They claim that they tried to call me. I did not receive any phone call until 15 minutes before I told them that I would be there to pick it up to which they informed me that they were not able to rotate my tires due to the lack of tread which I kind of understand but then they turn around and try to sell me brand new tires for the whole thing for $700 I would not suggest going there unless you are very desperateService: Tires

Booked a 10am appointment for 10-27-2023 and appointment was confirmed and told me it would be an hour wait and then they took someone else s car back for service before mine despite them not having an appointment and arriving nearly 20 minutes after I did will not be returning to this location ever again for service on my car as this is unacceptable service

Over priced oil change. Grumpy employee. I came to try something different because I had a coupon. Even with the 10 dollars off. It was still 20 dollars more than a regular 5000 mile oil change. I ll stick with TandemService: Oil changeService: Oil change
