I purchased a new Kia Telluride at Finnin Kia 2/27/24. Jared Williams was my sales person. I love my car and I love the treatment and service I received at Finnin. Jared was very helpful. When I picked up my car everything was ready and went so smoothly. I am not familiar with car dealerships, but have heard many stories, and I as far as my experience with Finnin it was nothing like the horror stories I have heard. I was so worried, but Jared and the crew put me at ease.. They were great. When it was time for me to drive away, Jared went over every detail imanginable. I can tell he really likes what he does. Thank you all... I will be back soon and not just for maintenance. Pam

Finnin Kia was THE BEST!!!! I recommend anybody who wants a Kia to get it at Finnin! Cathy and Steve were so helpful and I really enjoyed their help! Thank you guys so much for my 2024 Kia K5 GT-Line!!!!

While we ultimately did not end up buying from Kia, it was a great experience, and I would consider it in the future. Everyone in the office was helpful and made sure you had the information you need prior to setting up a test drive. They definitely work as a Team!I worked with Adam, and I highly recommend him!

Recently I had the pleasure of working with Keri Ginter at Finnin Kia! She was fantastic and the experience from start to finish absolutely exceeded my expectations! From the minute I made contact with my questions, she was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating! She was willing to meet me on her day off! She took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, then guided me to the perfect fit! Her understanding of the various features was outstanding and her follow up customer service very refreshing! I highly recommend consulting with Keri as you won t be disappointed! Finding Kia and our salesperson Tony were amazing to deal with. We had two different Kias we were interested in and Finnin had both on the lot with all extra features and trim levels we wanted. Tony had us drive both models, answered all our questions, and was so friendly and professional. We made our choice and Finnin was completely fair on our trade-in and the cost of the new Kia right from the get go. No back and forth and agonizing dealing on a car. We are thrilled with our new Kia and with the wonderful people at Finnin! We will gladly drive an hour and a half to have our Kia serviced here at Finnin and all our future Kias will be purchased at Finnin.

I was super nervous coming in since dealerships often get a bad rep but I had the most wonderful experience working with Tony Fassbinder! He really had my wants and needs at his best interest. It was a super personable experience and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received! I can t recommend Finnin Kia enough :)

Best Experience Ever buying a new car. From the point of contacting Michael Gabriel with New Digital Inventory, next to Cathy Bormann, Team Manager and on to Lucas Herber, my personal sales assistant. The Telluride we were looking for arrived that day Thursday. I drove to the dealership Friday morning, there at opening, met with Cathy, introduced to Lucas had an agreement to purchase that morning. Left Dealership that afternoon feeling like a Cheshire Cat (Big Smile). Returned to Finnin Kia on Wednesday, finished up paper work that morning.Before leaving Finnin Kia we had met several Team members.I refer to all the folks there as Team Members because I have never felt more welcome or more important at any dealership.Never did I hear, see, feel anything but respect, what an awesome experience. They should bottle it.

We recently purchased a 2024 Kia on behalf of our daughter currently serving in the military. Keri Clemens was recommended to us, and we couldn t have been happier. Keri and the Kia team made the process smooth and seamless. She not only explained features and functions of the vehicle, but also emailed helpful videos to reference in the future. My husband and I just bought our 2nd Kia. Tony Fassbinder is the salesman to see!! He made our buying experience amazing! Tony is the reason we went back to Finnin Kia, he is very knowledgeable and will explain everything we need to know. I feel very comfortable asking him for help with any of my new car needs! I m excited to learn about and drive my 2024 Kia Sportage X Line Premium!

I just had an amazing experience leasing my first car with Keri Clemens! She got me all set up in a 2024 Kia Seltos and I could not be happier! 2 years later (3/2024) and I still can not say enough amazing things about Tony & the team at Finnin Kia. My trade in process couldn t have gone easier. While I was in signing papers with Steve he even transferred all my belongings over to my new car as he knew I was in a time crunch so when I walked out of Steve s office my car was running and ready for me to drive off the lot. Thank you Tony, Cathy, and Steve for another easy and smooth process!Original post (03/2022): I can not say enough amazing things about Tony & the team at Finnin Kia. Tony has now sold to 6 out of 7 of my immediate family members and it s only matter of time before he gets the 7th one when he s ready to upgrade. Tony is such a genuine, nice guy! I told Tony exactly what body style, price, mileage I was needing and he sold me my first Kia (2022 Seltos) that met all my needs. Buying a car(s) can be stressful and a headache of pressure by sales members but I experienced ZERO pressure or stress. The purchase and process couldn t haven t have gone any smoother.

Came in with a friends vehicle that I was borrowing & out of state as well. He place a car to service dept. & they was able to get the car in right away for oil change & service. Wasn t long wait & had refreshments to offer & nice comfortable lounge. Almost forgot I was at dealership & felt more like at a friends house. Very please & my friend was able to pay over the phone. 5 out of 5 stars!! Thanks for the great service!!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Telluride at the Finnin Kia dealership, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Cathy, Lucas, and Steve made it an incredibly smooth and efficient process. This was well worth the drive from Milwaukee, WI.The staff at the dealership were friendly and knowledgeable, and they helped me find the perfect car for my needs. Adam Pergande gave great service when I bought my Kia Sorento. He was very thorough in figuring out what I wanted/needed, asking me about my location, driving, etc. I had wanted a Sorento, and he confirmed that was the best vehicle for my lifestyle and needs, but he was even better when he suggested the upgrade to all-weather floor mats because he knew how weather was like in my locale. That was the best upgrade I ever got because it saved the interior of my car from all the snow, slush and mud I have to deal with!Thank you Adam!Bob A

Just wanted to say a little about the least stressful car buying experience I have had last month. First, I wanted to test drive a Stinger GT, but in Madison area there were none and I would have had to travel to test drive anyway. So I called Finnin Kia and talked with Lucas Herber, the sales representative, I asked if they still had the Stingers that were online and if so I would like to come by on Saturday to test drive it. No problem he said. I showed up after 12 and Lucas was more than pleasant. We talked about what I wanted and which other cars I was looking at, I asked if I could test drive, and he already had the keys in his pocket and was ready to go, I am now even in a better mood. After a few test drives, Lucas and I talked. I had a car to trade in so Lucas was able to take care of it all. I purchased a new 2023 Stinger GT2, the price was thousands less than asking prices in Wisconsin. I was never rushed or pushed, I knew what rate I qualified for and they matched it. Lucas made sure I knew everything I could possibly know in one afternoon about the car and it's infotainment system. Everyone at Finnin Kia was a joy to deal with, let's put it this way, in 2.5 hours on a Saturday I was rolling home in my GT2.Thank you Lucas and Finnin Kia.Nick

My husband and I stopped in to Finnin Kia in Dubuque and met with Keri. We hadn t been anywhere else and hadn t been in a Kia prior to our visit. After meeting Keri and having her guide us through our visit and test drive, we knew this was the only stop we needed to make! She was amazing to work with, answered any and all questions we had and continues to be available for us!! We highly suggest Keri and her team if you re looking for a new vehicle!!! I bought a new K5 a couple weeks ago from Finnin and it went very well. Keri was very helpful, answered all of my questions, sent me extra information and even came in earlier than normal to meet me at the dealership and go on a test drive. She helped me through the process and stayed in touch to make sure there were no problems with the new car. It was a great experience and I'd recommend Keri & Finnin to others looking for a car.
