I cannot think of a time I had such an easy experience with a car dealer. Vance was excellent, easy to work with, no hassles, and a blast to sit and talk to the entire time which compared to past experiences where it took hours wasn't very long at all. He called me and asked what I was looking for, suggested the perfect truck, we drove up to Dubuque and I left with a great vehicle in no time at all. I will definitely be purchasing any future vehicles from Vance and Ez Auto Finance. Thank you so much!

Mitch at EZ Auto was absolutely amazing with us! He worked with our low credit scores and finance options and got us into a new vehicle on a great deal with low payments. Most places want an arm and a leg and your first born child for the down payment but Mitch worked out our contract with exactly what we could afford for down payment. No pressure and A+ customer service. Highly recommend!

I was going to buy a vehicle here. Went there and worked out a deal. Was told to bring some paperwork back and we would finish up. One employee took their vape pen when they went to move the vehicle. Then more things were getting added that I never asked for. Wanted more money for a down payment after I came back. Terrible experience. I walked and went somewhere else.

This business is amazing they helped me right away and got me into a very beautiful vehicle by the end of the day. They went out of their way to get me what I needed and were very friendly. Tim went above and beyond to work with the creditor for me. I am so thankful for this company! If you are looking for a car and don t want to be yoinked around go to these guys they will have you driving in no time!

I needed to rent a vehicle at the last minute and EZ Auto was the only business willing to work with me. They were fast and efficient but most of all they were the nicest people to work with. I will definitely be back!

If I could give zero stars, I would, Sold me a car that is now broke down had 4 months. I just can t believe they would sell someone a car like that so many things wrong with it gullible I guess, I think everyone is good. Now stuck with a car payment and no car. They didn t even fix what they said they would on it, I m a single mom, working two jobs. I needed this car for work.

Took my car in for a problem. They checked it out, ordered the part needed, scheduled apt to get it fixed, got me in and out quickly, and was very reasonably charged. Very nice and knowledgeable people to work with. Thank you Zach, Vance ,and Jess!!

I want to first off and say I apologize to everyone who works at EZ Auto. I completely understand that things will happen. All they are trying to do is make sure we all have a ride and are in good hands when we walk through those doors. Out of complete frustration I lashed out in anger towards these beautiful Men and Women. I give my up most respect to them all. We all have a job to do in this world and it was not right of me to speak down on them, when I know they will do everything in their power to get me back running when I have had a problem with my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a ride and can t afford them high end car lots. They work with you and make sure you are comfortable there and your new car. I apologize and they will always have my business. Love them all.

Sold us a car that needs over $7,000 in repairs. After just two day in owning it was acting up. Took it for a 7 point inspection at a authorized dealer, found out that the transmission & front axel are bad and not to drive it. Now we are stuck with car payment and vehicle we can t drive. We were definitely got conned and will not return calls or emails. They also do not inspect the vehicles that is how they get away with sold as is! Plus, Most of the vehicles are repos or auction vehicles. Just stay away from this place no matter how bad you need car.

I bought a car here almost 8 months ago took it back after I got an oil change and they told me was leaking oil took it to Curtis (who no longer works there ) told me there was no oil leaking.. come to find out previous owner installed head gasket wrong wasn't sealed correctly... so even though I brought it to thier attention they said there was nothing wrong it or no work orders then got speed sensor ontop ofhead gasket I'd assume u buy a car you do an inspection my sensor ha. Been Jerry rigged so you have certified mechanic approve to sell car! I've put almost 5 grand into a car I've had 8 months from ez auto I have work orders proof and pictures! eyour desperate and want a car to be ripped off go there! Never will go back!

Great place to work with!! Curtis is the man he was extremely helpful and amazing to work with I recommend asking for him when you go. I hate car shopping and he made my whole experience a breeze thank you again to Curtis and the EZ auto team I absolutely love my new suv!!

I just bought a 2007 Honda Accord. Very clean with low miles. My dealer made it very fast & painless. Most car dealers used & new I've experienced have been dishonest by raking one over the coals. Not these guys & I say that with all sincerity. Thanks Mitch & the team @ EZ Auto. In would recommend them to anyone. If the car has problems after you purchase it, they make it right.

Amazing people, honest, trustworthy and caring. The sells department is on point. They know there stuff, and are willing to help in anyway they can. They have a 5 star shop on site. Everyone at EZ really cares about there customers. I feel like family every time I walk in and know I am in good hands. So if your looking for a good deal on a vehicle, from people who will be honest, up front and truly cares about you and your family, check out EZ.

They do not disclose issues with a vehicle before you purchase which is a law in Iowa. Had ours for 2 days and the transmission went out of it. No help from them, now I have a vehicle that doesn t run plus a payment to make on it. Buyer Beware and when test driving take the car to a mechanic for a free 4 point inspection before purchasing anything from them. Lesson learned the hard way.Edit: they will not return our calls and my husband went to the dmv to check on the plates and found out our vehicle was never registered.

Long story short, they ghosted me. I'm guessing because I wanted to pay cash and not finance through them.Went interested in a car, test drove it and decided I wanted it.The guys were nice that I talked to. Was planning on buying a car, they told me they could fix a part that was missing or take it off the price. (120 dollar part of the convertible top) They said they'd call after a day or two.After about a week I called and the lady said my guy was there. She transferred me to him, he ignored my call. I left a message asking about the car.I called again and he picked up. After telling him who i was, he said he would call me back later. never called me again.Used cars don't make much money, financing used cars is how they make money. Its literally in their name.

This is where I tell everyone to go to buy a car or to get your car serviced. Everyone in this office is SO NICE. We have bought three excellent cars from them and gotten a really great deal every time. I've bought from the big car dealers in town (terrible experience) and will never go back to them now that I know how awesome EZ Auto is.

I had such an amazing experience with this company! They helped me every step of the way. They basically did everything and it was super convenient. Great place to get a car, they work with you so you get the car of your dreams for a very affordable price! They went above and beyond what any other company I have ever used before. We were searching for a good used car and just happened to drive by EZ auto and decided to take a look! We looked at several cars on the lot, (lots to choose from, test drove a couple and decided on a Buick they had, this car is awesome! It exceeded my expectations, thanks to the salesman Mike with his patients and kindness and ease of this transaction we have a wonderful used car!!! I love them. Curtis, Jon and Vance are amazing. They have always kept their word and helped us in every way. When I was told a car I had purchased there less than a year earlier needed a new engine, I was upset but figured they could not have known and went there to buy another car. Not only did they offer to trade in a car that was undrivable, they actually looked out for me to make sure I got the best deal possible. They offered to look over my old car for free and see if they could get the engine replacement could be covered under my warranty. After looking at it, they decided it would be better for me to fix the old car. (There is no commission for a salesman for fixing a car. They were looking out for me and my family.) They looked it over and it did not need a new engine, just a few parts replaced. They went above and beyond and gave me a loaner while everything was being fixed and made sure my car was in perfect condition when I got it back. They have been a blessing to my family over and over again. (3 cars and all the help we needed) Thank you

We recently bought a Chevy Cruze from Curtis and Vance. The day after we purchased it we discovered that a leak in the transmission line had caused damage to the transmission. This leak was missed by both their mechanic and a mechanic that we took the car to prior to purchase.Vance agreed to get the transmission fixed or replaced if we would cover the first $600 of the repair. It turned out the entire transmission needed to be replaced and he covered the remaining costs. The car was bought as-is and they were under no obligation to help with the repair bill but they still did. They have been more than willing to help out and make us feel happy about our purchase. I would buy another car from them in the future and recommend them to others looking for a car.

The workers here are very friendly & outgoing. I liked that it wasn t like most dealers, where they chase you around the lot pushing for a sale. They worked with me one payment price that I wanted! Defiantly would got back in the future!

Myhhusband and I will never ever buy another vehicle from EZ Auto. We bought 2 vehicles from them. The HHR has spent more time being repaired than it has driven. The Equinox we bought had problems with oil consumption that we told them about numerous times and they kept pushing us off and telling us it's normal and to just keep an eye on it. This continued until we were over the mileage for the replacement engine cost to be covered by the recall. We had to get a loan to pay for the engine. Now after the engine has been replaced, the rear main seal goes out. That should have been replaced when the engine was replaced. We brought it to the attention of EZ Auto. And they said oh gee, we don't cover that. You'll have to pay for it. So once again, we're in the same boat as we were before with Easy Auto. I will never recommend anyone to get a vehicle from them after this and we will never purchase another from them. The saddest part is we bought a car for $275 and it's in better mechanical condition and drivability this entire time than the Equinox or the HHR put together.

Today I spent my eighth thousandth dollar on a Jeep I bought here only 9 months ago. No body work, only internal problems. Bad luck maybe but I d never go back there again.

I have bought 3 vehicles from EZ, I returned 3 times because of John. I did not get his last name, he was very personable, likeable, rememberable.This is the last vehicle I will purchase from this place. Without John you have the owner who is NOT A PEOPLE PERSON then to add insult to injury the REPLACEMENT is a drone. There is no friendly greetings, just two guys that look unpleasant.Last time we buy from them. Looking for John...where is John?
