Great service and the part is as advertised. We are in Canada, and the part shipped without any issue.The customer service was great and the agent that helped us was very determined to solve our issue of finding the exact part we required.

First time here. Greeted upon entering sales area, told the I was here to pick up a yard truck for a customer. After looking at my step deck trailer with ramps a tech came out with a loader to lift up the back of the truck while pushing it on because if the angle between the deck & ramps as to not damage the yard truck. Greatly appreciated all their teamwork & effort to get me loaded. A BIG thanks

Buyers be ware. The parts I selected from the site were not the parts that I was shown when I went to pick up. They tried to sell me total junk and said that it was probably a old picture. Scam artists. If you buy here don t pay until you see the parts you ordered and check them out or you could be getting total junk and wasting 1 to 2 weeks of your time. I will never use this company again for any of my trucks.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought a turbo for my semi. My mechanic put it in. He said he couldn t even keep the truck running. So I called vander haag they told me to send it back. What they did not tell me before I bought it about there inspection policy. They told me that it would be 60 to 90 days before I get my money back. Like other ppl said beware. Before buying from this place. Oooh and I called a number of times with very little answers

My husband could not find a part that he needed for his equipment, but when he called Vander Haag's the gentleman answered all the necessary questions and they had exactly what my husband needed. Thank you for being kind and knowledgeable and delivering in a timely manner.

Awful and wasted 2 weeks of my time, costing me money and never even got refund for my wire transfer fee. They take your money quick though, but returning it takes time... Buyer Beware, company has a process where they sell engines before they are even taken off the truck and properly inspected but they will give you unrealistic timeline that they won't be able to fulfill. In trucking industry times is money, we have lost thousands of dollars waiting on the engine which in the end we never got because none of the two engines passed inspection. Those engines btw are still posted on sale on the marketplace websites, so that doesn't make sense to sell something that you don't have and ask people to pay for it.Getting hold of someone can be also very challenging

Truckers - Enter at the south end of the property. The sign for Shipping/Receiving was blocked when I pulled in, but it is in the first building on the right. Someone helped me quickly, and they unloaded me promptly. I was dry van so I had to drive arpund, all through their scrap yard to back up to an outdoor dock. But there was plenty of room to meneuver. Lots of sharp metal to avoid. You may get something in your tire.

They don t care about customers and if you need a refund they make you wait forever to get your money back. It s been over a week and still no check in the mail. I payed cash when getting the parts and when I returned them because they where the wrong parts. They told me that I d have to wait to get my money back because they don t have that much cash and I d have to wait for the main office to send me a check really for $1000 you can t give me my money back same day or even the next day stay away for these scam artists. They will just lie to you face.. no stars

I was looking for an A/C hose for a client and it was not available in Canada. Found Vander Haag's online. I have received an amazing service by Mat Donald. He was in touch with me all 3 days that my client was deciding to order through me or not. All my calls were returned in a few hours max. I had the part in 5 days (across the border), perfectly packed. It is becoming a fact that what was considered a good customer service in the past, today is becoming an extra ordinary customer service because of incompetence of the employees of many other companies. Vander Haag's is one of companies that has competent personnel and works hard to keep the high standard of customer service.

I called looking for a body control module and Tim found one right away. I then asked if it was possible to get it shipped overnight. It was 4:30pm and he made it happen!What a professional in a time when customer service is a thing of the past! Thanks Tim!

They were great with working with me to get my fuel tank from Des Moines to Columbus to make shorter drive to pick up so I didn't have to pay for shipping which was more than the tank to have delivered to NY. So I drove to their Columbus location to save me the money. Their staff seemed pretty knowledgeable and professional yet could get down on a personal basis. They helped me load it even.. They saved me a couple hundred bucks I appreciate greatly! Will def be back!

Good place to work with. Workmanship was very good when they extended the frame on my Chevy 5500. They did gouge my front bumper but made it right and swapped it out for a new one when I brought it to their attention.

Please please stay away from this place. I bought a reefer unit from those guy for 35 plus toudands dollars. One day after the unit leaking oil. I called Brent . He told me it id what it is. 30 days leter i had to go replace to whole unit. These are awful, rude, scammers and liars. Please please do not do business with them be auze they are liar.
