I just worked with these guys today and had a great experience. The whole process was really easy and pretty quick. Really down to earth group here and super easy to chat with. Major eye for detail and walked me through their whole inspection process, showed me how the trailer functioned. Really great experience all around!

I highly recommend this place hands down to buy a trailer from. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Casey is such a blessing to help you through the process and treats you like family. They have an amazong inventory. I can't say enough good things about this place!!!

Tanner and Daniel were awesome to work with! They are very genuine people who care about there clients. I was very impressed with Daniel and how he went out of his way to make sure we were accommodated for. We are happy with our purchase, and will more then likely be back for another trailer!

UPDATE 3-17-2022: While I still did not purchase my trailer from Trailers Plus, I did receive a call from their Idaho office in response to my review below. I originally rated them a 2 based on the information below, but am upgrading to a 3 because of the call. The manager who called explained that they have changed their management at this location and offered his apologies for my experience. At no point did the manager try to sell me anything or make excuses for the experience. I appreciate the efforts by TrailersPlus to reach out to an unsatisfied customer (or rather, non customer in this case). I hope the experiences of others are better and expect they will be based on the call.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was in the market for a 16' dump trailer. Started my research early, not a cheap purchase. I stopped at this location and was disappointed on many fronts. First, the could not get the dump to work (simple fix, battery was dead). But before they could even try, they had to get the battery compartment open (that took 10 minutes to get the key to work). They boasted about the tires and how they were far superior to other manufacturers as well as the solar charging of the battery. The ramps would not come out, which they blamed on new paint. All in all, after reading reviews and seeing first hand the lack of preparation for my "appointment" to view the trailer, I decided to go elsewhere. I have not been disappointed with my decision to purchase elsewhere.

The experience of buying a trailer from them was great. The customer service, knowledge about the different trailers & price was fantastic. Daniel went over the trailer with great detail when I picked it up. Excellent job

Daniel spent time making sure everything was good to go and while doing so discovered that my lights were not working correctly. I went and got another vehicle to pull the trailer. Excellent service.

The 2 guys at the counter did everything to help me through the purchase of the trailer. I would ask the accounting team to have the correct paperwprk ready for the scheduled appointment. My wait was longer than i wanted.

Very friendly staff, I recommend making an appt. I showed up unannounced, they had cones blocking the entryway so I called and they had a guy come out to help. Ill be back in about a month to buy a trailer, I was getting a look around and getting some numbers to crunch this time.

Bad customer experience, purchased elsewhere that same day. I would encourage you to purchase from I-80 Trailers instead.
