Awesome job. Ted went above and beyond what he needed to do after I called about fitting me in on a tight timeline. Wheels and tires came in when he said. The guys in the shop did a great job. Definitely coming back!

I was very satisfied with my upfront experience. However, after the sale was made, service was terrible. When they installed the topper, there was a sizeable chip in the right glass. I called the morning after install and was told that they would get it handled. I never got a call back. I called multiple times over the next several months, including when the light quit working less than 3 months after install, and just got the same story, waiting on the company. They promised to take care of it and fix the light, still to this today I've never even received a phone call back. I would not recommend this company based on my experiences.

Very appreciative of the guys at total truck. Helped me out in a pinch when they didn t have to. Hopefully I get the chance to repay them even if it s just sending people their way. Thank you guys for being good people!

Stop by randomly and was immediately greeted and all my questions answered and setup appointment made right there. Will for sure be doing more business with these guys.

The guys at Total Truck really helped me out and gave me confidence that my truck would be in good hands to get the parts I had installed done right. It was like the confidence you get when you take a Viagra and are ready for the gates of hell! I would definitely recommend them for any and all truck aftermarket parts.

Have had Total Truck do alot of work on my truck and have always been beyond satisfied! Mostly have dealt with Ted and he's great! Goes out of his way to make sure everything is just how you wanted. I have called many times to get an estimate on what I wanted done and after work is completed the amount was exactly as quoted. Definitely my go to place for truck upgrades.

Dont stand behind their products! Have to look at reciept but the revolver topper i bought broke right away wldnt stand behind it! The nerf bars i bought rusted the first time it rained! If they wldnt stand behind the cover i knew they wldnt stand behind them so i didnt even say anything! Id never buy anything from this place again

Excellent experience with Total Truck. I had called around to my tire shop and to my regular mechanic and neither would do a custom exhaust install. I am so satisfied with the results and nononsense experience. Looks great and sounds even better. Thanks for doing a great job. I'll be sure to recommend y'all to all my friends. Look forward to doing more business with your team. You have been most helpful.

They did a good job on the spray in liner. They asked if I wanted the plastic drop in liner back and I said no, please dispose of it. I pick up my truck and the plastic drop in liner is put back in, so now it's in my garage to be taken to the dump at a later time.

They are awesome! Found out my truck had spacers stack on top of my lift and got them removed! Truck drives like brand new! Looks great and at a great price! Don't go anywhere else!

I was impressed with the Salesman that helped me. He had just walked past me as I pulled in. When I asked about a tonneau cover he already knew what I was driving. Observant. The cover installation was quick, the install job has a couple spots that bother me. I will stop in and see if they can fix for the 5th star.

So here is my experience with total truck. I called and made an appointment to get an air lift system installed. At that time I explained that I did not want a wireless system installed on this company truck. At that time he quoted me a price of $1250. So I dropped of the truck in Thursday afternoon for a Friday appointment. I showed up shortly before their closing time to pick up the truck. I looked in the can before going in and did not see the analog gauge I asked for. So when I go in they come up with it's $1250 plus tax. That was not mentioned before. Yeah they installed a wireless compressor. I left with the truck at that point and drive Springfield Illinois. At that point the compressor starts kicking on every couple minutes. Yes an air leak. So the price quoted to me wasn't correct. The air compressor was the wrong one and it leaked. So when I went back on that Monday I wanted to speak to the owner/manger who really didn't want to have anything to do with me. He explained to me the the guys behind the counter could handle this for me. I don't believe this was their problem. Then he explains too me that were all human and stuff happens. At that time we went to the counter and he made the appointment for me to take the five hours off of work to bring the truck back to install the correct air compressor and fix the leak. I brought the truck in for the appointment when I guess it's to difficult to even say hello/good morning to someone standing in front of you. So the only person that showed any kind of respect was the Hawaiian looking gentleman that works behind the counter, sorry I don't remember his name. I was looking at doing this air lift system on 4 different truck with this shop but not anymore. If you decide to use this shop I hope you have a lot better experience then I did.

We've brought our last 5 pickups here for boards, rails, bed covers, leveling kits, etc, once for a bed cap. They're always friendly and helpful and everything has been done professionally and as promised at a fair price.

Ordered a Soft top for our Jeep and Total Truck received the top and installed it in 2 days from the time I ordered it (It would have taken me two days to just install it right!) Efficient, knowledgeable, professional, great service at a fair price!!

New truck with a cover that was not installed properly. Took it to total truck. They took truck in and made the necessary adjustments and totally made it 100% functional. When they brought it out and gave me keys the mentioned this is a cover they didn't install but fixed for me anyhow. Wowser what great customer service. All my needed purchases moving forward will be purchased at this location. Thanks guys. Have shared this experience many times.

Needed to upgrade my Trax II to Trax III (75 Gallon In-Bed Auxiliary Fuel Tank System). Total Truck was recommended to me and I am glad they were. The folks there are very helpful and the technician (Dan) did a great job with my upgrade. I would highly recommend Total Truck for all your after market upgrades/installations.

When there is any warranty to be handled from any lift kit or anything else , These guys are awsome ! i even had a lift kit installed in 2015 , and still stood behind it! One of the guys there named ted did awsome job for me getting my knuckle handled for me . alot of work! Gave him and hand shake ! Thanks again guys! Next truck i buy , believe it im coming back! thanks again ! tim

Had a pedaliner bed liner installed the cut outs for the hooks and lights was excellent. I will recommend this shop to everyone.

I had a subwoofer box sprayed with bedliner by whoever they send their stuff to and it came back with runs on every edge. They offered to spray it again, but after the first job they did? Nah, i think i'll take it somewhere else.

The worst service ever!! Told them what i wanted done to my truck and they said they would call back with a quote ( that was 4 weeks ago)! Obviously they didnt want my money!! Take your truck to earl's whitewall if you want it done by professionals!!

I left this review almost a year ago my truck caught fire the insurance fire investigator determined that they had pinched a wiring harness when they lifted my truck, I lost almost 25,000 because of their incompetence, You can pay for the parts we're not going to install them we're not going to tell you we didn't install them said it'd be a day and a half it was three days when I took it back they had to change a bunch of stuff because they did it wrong Venture at your own risk their real nice people though
