Place shouldn t even be open!! They never answer!! Over charge!! Hang up on you! Just all of the above!! Hands down worst tire shop in Des Moines!! Do not go here!!

THIS PLACE IS SHADY!!! My fianc� and I had two tires on the trailer blow out. We called this place to see if they had the tires we needed. They did and said it was $300 for both tires. Typically we pay $135 each tire but decided it would be alright. We get there and they change the price saying it s $500 all of a sudden. We explain there is some confusion because on the phone we were told $300. On the phone someone that spoke Spanish answered then handed it to the English speaker. There was only two of them on the phone and in person there is two of them. The English speaker says you must have spoke to someone else which is a lie and super shady. He was then just disrespectful saying they were the only ones open at 7:30 so that was the price. This is price gauging and disrespectful. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! We live an hour away and we re in need during the later hour and they tried taking advantage of the situation.I hope they shut down. Never again will I go here and I will be telling everyone I know.

On GPS takes me to a closed building.Called at 2:55pm Saturday and said he was going to have breakfast.Until he gets done he will call back.We asked what time because were not from here and he hung up on us.

I recommend you guys to please don t use this place this is one of the shady place ever I been! The Mexican guy told me to change the tire for $80. When he removed my tire he said $120 then when he put his tire he told $280 and I was confused I told him you said $80 at the beginning he was arguing and told me I m the business owner and I don t sell it to you the. The other guy came I told him can I have my Owen tire he said get out of the store and the other guy was about to punch me. This is the second time this happened to me at this place!

If you go to this place make sure you have extra cash becuse the price will go up.My experience is not about the amount of money is about the shady practices, I went to this place to have a tire swap from one wheel to another the wheel was off the vehicle and I ask him how much? he said $20 wich is the standard price I have done this several times at Gomez Tires but they were closed (Gomez is a nice shop ) and I thought to give this shop a chance we agreed on the price.He started to install the tire but he didn't install the air presure sensor, I ask him what about the sensor? And he said Ohh thanks for reminding me but there is a charges for that it will be $30 I thought he was kidding because that's part of the job it only takes about 1 minute, when he was done he said your total is $50 I ask him why? $20 for the tire and $30 for the sensor.To put it in a different perspective is like you are driving around and see an advertising saying $40 oil change you go inside and they take the oil out but they don't add new oil in it, you ask what about the oil? Ohh thanks for reminding me but that's extra! will be $60 and you think what a scam $20 extra for the oil but when they are done your final bill is $100 you ask why? $40 to take the old out and $60 for new oil this is B.S

Called just trying to get a quote, could not understand what the person had said, I was really understanding, he hung up on me. I called back 3 different times and was hung up on each time. I've heard they're great, but definitely off to a bad start!!

We needed a repair on a Saturday evening before vacation the next day. They fixed our tire quickly and kindly. So thankful for the service.

Awesome customer service got me back on the road in no time at 9 pm quick service too and a great price. I would go there again if I was in the area and needed a tire.

Glad they were open till 10. We was 2 hours from home and had to have our tire patched cause it was leaking

They are scam don't go there, they give you a price and once they are working on your car the price just double for no reason beware!!
