I ve had to use Scotty s a few times due to accidents. They have been fantastic both times. They work with my insurance to get a quote, complete the work wonderfully in a timely manner and take care of the rental car. It was just so nice to have my car taken care of and I had to do almost nothing. All the staff seem polite and are very responsive. Can t wait to get into another accident so they can help me again!

Scotty's did an Amazing job on my 2018 Accord. Robert was extremely professional and gave me a heck of a deal. I'll take anything I need done there only from now on. Excellent service and great work.

Everyone at Scotty's Body Shop have provided the greatest customer service! I had been in a car accident and they did an amazing job advocating for me when dealing with insurances. Always kept me in the loop regarding updates of my car and overall demonstrated great quality of work. I highly recommend services!

Great experience. Was underquoted for the work done and they honored the lower price I was initially told. Went in to get rust spots on my new ish car fixed. Did a fabulous job and had no issue answering additional questions I had. Very professional

I want to start off by saying that I had a flawless experience with Scotty's on University. I had damage done to my front end bumper that was still lingering from the Derecho storm and from a family member accidentally side swiping me.When I dropped off my car Scotty's had my rental car and everything ready for a smooth transition. Then the work was done extremely quickly and I was back into my car in under a week.Lastly, the car was detailed inside and out. I mean look at how good my car looks! You can see your own reflection!! Ask for Rob and he will take care of you from beginning to end.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just want to thank scottys body shop for going above and beyond. They not only provided exceptional customer service, kept me informed during the repair process, and treated me like family. Shoutout to Kim & Robert for bringing me a Christmas blessing by getting my car completed in under estimated timing. I would recommend them any day. They made the process so smooth and made me feel like I was in good hands. Merry Christmas and happy holidays I am beyond grateful for yall. If you want a business who cares about your peace of mind and wonderful results this is your place!

I was extremely happy with these guys! Mr. Scotty and his team are like a family-owned business, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. My car was in an accident, but the experience afterwards was very rewarding and they took very good care of my vehicle :) It was so well-done that it didn't even look like it was in an accident at all! The wait was very worth it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business to anyone needing specialized care of their vehicle's collision repairs and I would defintely return here.Thank you to Scotty and his team!!

We took our 2012 ram truck to Scotty's to have repairs done do to somebody stealing our vehicle. Kim Dave and all others from Scotty's have been awesome. The body guys there are second to none thank you so much for the great work and QuickTime.

Place is awesome, top tear customer service, very friendly and got the job done in less than an hour. All other places told me the closest I can come in was Monday and I had to drive back home for Thanksgiving, Scotty s was the only body shop that told me to come in. Definitely recommend and we ll be my spot from now on.

Everyone else has praised the quality of the work and service here so I ll add something new. This is a really small action that I think speaks volumes to the quality of service. I had my car repaired here and before they returned it, they detailed in (no small feat for this mom car ). Not only that, but when they were detailing my car, they must have found my missing air pod AND they put it back in the case for me. They could have just thrown it in the bag of stuff they found in my car but instead took the time to put it back in the case. It s the little things for me!Service: Body & Trim

Let me just say, this was my first time experience getting my car fixed for any reason. Due to the recent storm, my car got hail damage and needed to get fixed ASAP. I was intimidated by the turn around time and the whole process that goes into it. When I first called Scotty's to set up my appointment, they were able to squeeze me in at the earliest slot which made me feel better I didn't need to wait it out further. They told me it would take a week for the repair to be done. I asked myself like, "Really? Is that even possible?" Sure enough, they made it happen. The whole experience was nothing but a breeze! I was VERY impressed by their professionalism, timely service, and empathy to my needs. My car looks brand new and like nothing happened to it. On top of that, they detailed my car and told me I can drop off my rental car and they will handle the rest. Honestly, what more can you ask for? I will NOT choose another repair shop as they have exceeded all my expectations. This is how you do business.Thank you to the whole team at Scotty's for everything you do! You have left a positive impact to my experience.

Scotty s did a great job on my car replacing two door and taking care of a broken windshield.Very knowledgeable and fast. They ll try to get you the best price possible too.Courtesy shuttle was great when I needed to get back to my office after dropping off my car.

Wonderful experience with Scotty's. They know how to take care of their customers through the entire process. I felt really good after just talking to them when I took my car to their repair shop on University Ave. It just took off the stress and confusion of the insurance, repair, rental replacement and all that. I liked their confidence and knowledge and felt like I was leaving my car in the right hands. They also did a great job of the repair and returned my car in a new-like condition. Definitely recommend this place.

Scotty s was great. I was able to get my truck in right away after a hail storm and they fixed it in 2 weeks. There were sections of the truck I didn t think were fixable and it came out amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Im 21 and my first car I bought myself was in a hit and run and they got my estimate done same day and a month later my car was in the shop. Only took them 2 weeks to fix my entire front end and they even cleaned my car out and aired up my tires. Super happy with my experience here. My car was hit and damaged and Scotty's made the process of fixing it completely pain free. I drove in the parking lot and was barely out of my car before I was able to leave with an estimate. They dealt with updating my insurance company of the costs and they told me to come back Monday and they'd fix it. Only took a few days (multiple things needed replaced). They were very clear and up front about what to expect and the timing and the delivered just as they said, plus some. I got my car back clean and I swear it runs better haha. The team is very professional and very efficient. I had a dent and a scratch on the side of my car, right in the middle, between the front and the back door. They were able to fix it and make it look brand new in just 3 days! They even washed my car after they completed the repair. Amazing service!! What a great experience I had with Scotty's I had some damage to my car that make it undrivable they were friendly and fast. Took my car to Scotty's to have them look at some rust damage. They gave me an estimate and had the work completed in less than 2 days. It looks brand new. The price was fair and exactly what they quoted me, and they also washed/cleaned my car. I'll definitely go to Scotty's again, highly recommended!

Scotty's Body Shop did an amazing job fixing my Nissan Kicks! The workmanship was superb! The staff were helpful, kind, excellent to work with. Honestly I cannot imagine my experience any better. Very friendly staff, excellent work, and they even detailed my car! Was looking at 6k in body work and they delivered amazing work! Won't go anywhere else. My Subaru was done three days early too! Thanks again!

Took my car in on very short notice and repaired the damage as quickly as I think is humanly possible. They were efficient but thorough, and the only reason I can tell there were repairs done is because the replaced parts are missing some hail damage that the rest of my car has (I opted not to fix that).Friendly, communicative, open late enough to be able to get there after work, and professional. Glad Scotty's is around even if I wasn't glad to have to go in the first place.

I am not from the state of Iowa and so when I needed a mirror replaced on my car I was not hesitant to go to Scotty's Body Shop. Not only is this business professional and flexible , but they also care about the customers! When I picked up my car from Scotty's I was amazed at the work they did! Incredible job on the exterior or the car as well as the interior! My daughter and a deer collided while she was driving and some extensive damage was done to the car. I called Scottys after someone referred me and they were fantastic. Told me not to worry they would take care of everything. They communicated with my insurance company and offered to set up a rental car. The car was completely fixed and shiny. The inside vacuumed and cleaned too! Thank you! I won t go anywhere else!! Kim I can t thank you enough for the clear and solid communication. Your team did great work!
