They are awesome! They were closing, and I called to see if they could fix my cars rear view mirror because it fell down, and I was unable to get it back up myself, and they put it back up within 15 minutes, and NO CHARGE.

Highly recommend Scott's Auto Glass. Called Friday afternoon around 4pm about needing to fix a window on a semi. Was able to get an appointment Tuesday morning to get it fixed. Could have had 1st thing Tuesday morning if I wanted that appointment. Everywhere else I called it was going to be the end of the week. We also had the convivence to drop it off Monday night and pick it up Tuesday also. They also were able to come to us clear down in southwest Iowa for like $175 fee (would be cheaper if they had other places to go around my area) if we could not get semi to Des Moines. The price was very very very reasonable. Every where else I called it would be around $400 to get this window fixed. Here it was $275 and after tax and credit card machine fee it was $304. Very please with the company and very easy to work with. Morgan even sent me a picture where to park the semi outside since we were leaving it overnight. Will recommend this company to everyone, and will use in future if needed.

Scotts auto glass is a least 100 dollar cheaper than any other auto glass shop. Morgan was so friendly and professional. I had my windshield replaced and I'm very pleased with the work they did. Thank you Scotts auto glass. I would definitely recommend them for sure

Exceptional Service!! Rear Window was replaced in under an hour! Called and requested quote which was $100 cheaper than "SL". I will be taking my business to Scott's Auto Glass and highly recommend them for all Auto Glass repairs.

EXCEPTIONAL. If you are a trucker in the Des Moines metro area and need glass, go to Scott's. Got me in real quick and replaced my 2015 Cascadia windshield in less than an hour for an outstanding price. Cannot recommend highly enough! THANK YOU Scott's Auto Glass!

Needed a car windshield completely replaced, called was told they would call back with a quote. Same afternoon got a call and made an appointment. Work was done timely and professionally. Had a follow-up question which was answered and taken care of. Overall good.

Called needing my windshield replaced in my GMC. Morgan scheduled me for the next day. Service was professional and prompt. The tech looks like he did a stand up job on the installation. Thanks Morgan for being very helpful, I'm definitely following the directions you told me for the care of the windshield. If you need a new windshield or any other glass services. Great Quality work always at Scott s. Morgan was such a pleasure to work with over the phone on getting everything set up and ran through my insurance. Once everything was complete the gentleman I dealt with when picking up the car was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Scott's Auto Glass did a great job!They replaced my windshield the next morning after I called. They were done in a little over a half hour. The price was about $100 cheaper than the big name competitor. I did have to return because the mirror had a mounting issue, but they quickly (5-10 minutes) resolved the issue. The noise while driving has been greatly reduced. Also, several days later, I had to drive for about a half hour in heavy rain with NO LEAKS.Service: Auto windshield replacement

It had the best price I could find and the windshield installation took an hour, as far as I can tell a typical amount of time. The windshield shadiness near the top makes it seem different from stock, but it's getting the job done.

They need someone who could attract customers rather than dragging the bussines down.I called them to say that I could be there between 3:45-4pm as I needed to drop my trailer off and go there.Woman on the phone said if I get there by 4pm then I will have to pay extra on top of $400 towards their workers as they finish work 5pm. I was sure that to replace a windshield on semi truck would take 30-40minBut the woman sarcastically asked me if I knew their job better than them.Likely I found R&B Auto Glass, they replaced the windshield in 25-30min for $300Man on the phone was polite and professional.

I was driving on the interstate on my way to work, when my rear view window shattered. I called Scott s Auto Glass early in the morning and was able to schedule an appointment on the same day. While at his shop, I was desperately searching for a cab to get to work, and Scott graciously offered me a ride to work. He also stayed late to wait for me to pick up my car. I am so grateful and appreciative! Price was affordable, service great, all the work was done within an hour. Scott is a professional and a kind person, very satisfied with his service! Definitely recommend to everyone!!!

I web searched for auto glass replacement in Des Moines Area. I needed replacement windshield for my Jeep Wrangler. Found four places that allowed me to get a quote via their website(s). Of the four, two contacted me immediately with quotes. One was the "national brand' that runs all the commercials, the other, Scott's. The other's first "opening" at their shop was in two weeks, with an "onsite" option (for doing it at my home) even longer than that. Scott's quote not only was lowest, they said they could come to my home and replace my windshield THAT VERY DAY. Showed up when they said, fixed my windshield (out of doors) and as I said earlier, for about half the cost of the other quote. I'm not sure how they could have done a BETTER job, than what they did for me. Great outfit. Will be my first call if I need any auto glass work in the future.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Needed a windshield and quick. They got me in next day, it only took a little over an hour, and the guys I dealt with were very polite and knowledgeable. Definitely will go back for any auto glass or mirror repair!

I had a cracked windshield that Scott's Auto Glass remotely came out to replace. I had a couple issues and they came out to my work and fixed those issues. Excellent customer service!Two weeks later, I had a rock chip in the same windshield. I took it to their business to repair it. They were friendly, efficient, and cost friendly.I will definitely recommend Scott's Auto Glass to anyone I know that needs windshield replacement and/or repair.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had the windshield replaced on my 2001 Land Cruiser and saved over $100 vs a very well-known company. I saved $50 by driving the vehicle to their location but I'd recommend leaving it for a few hours, not waiting for it on-site. Great service great price.I got my windshield put in on a Friday. It cracked all by itself the following Monday. I called them thinking I was going to be told "pound sand". Scott was VERY helpful and said it must have been a manufacturing defect, he replaced it right away with no more questions. Thanks guys I WILL be back

Great service and great price. Mercedes E63 wagon- $1200 less than the next best quote I got. Car was spotless when I picked it up, excellent workmanship.
