One of the worst experience I ever had . Completely waste of time unprofessional. No good customer service. If you have a busy schedule don't even bother at Sam's club. You will have wait 16 DAYS for an order of tires that are paid in advance including labor. This will never happen at Costco

Order some tires at this Sam's club had appointment for 8 days later then come in for my appointment to be told that the tires were never ordered. They took my money and I paid for labor the same day . I wasted my time and gas since I live a hour away . What an awful experience

If I could pick ZERO stars, I would!!! By far the absolute worst group of people work here and are willing to do NOTHING to rectify any situation!!! I bought tires, paid for them, had my car towed in and they REFUSED service because they couldn't get a lug nut off!!! You're a shop!!! This isnt the first or last time this will happen!!! Gave me my money back but I get to pay for ANOTHER tow bill because the techs are completely incompetant!!!!

Never again. This one-star rating is actually a half-star for my June experience and a half-star for August. I don't have time to list all the details, but here's just one customer service tip: If you're going to take an hour to do a 15-minute job, use the extra 45 minutes to put my spare tire back where it belongs, NOT try to sell us on a new battery to replace the new battery I purchased just a few months ago.

I talked to a gentleman it was hard to understand him cuz he put me on speakerphone and I was told that they were supposed to be a lot of tires within my price range and I guess that's a lie I guess they basically have tires price for the neighborhood that surrounds the store upper-income upper-income upper-income bracket
