apu definetly worth the money. should be around 8 grand I think but still not bad. And customer service here is great.

I asked for an appointment. And had to cancel the 1st one, because of the holiday. On my 2nd appointment, only 1/3 of the employees were there. But they got me in and really took care of my APU. When you buy used equipment and have to keep your things running. And kudos to the employee who helped me. I was just joking about your hands. Couldn't find you afterwards.

Had a starter go out on reefer. On-call guy came in on a Sunday. From the time I called to the time I left with the trailer running again, was 1� hours. Great worker here!!

Hasd to go to them due to a faulty reefer. We had a frozen load and reefer was not keeping upto required temperature.They wasted our precious time of over 3 hours and couldn't figure out the actual problem. Looks like technician under training working without a supervisor.We had to rush to a different Carrier location and they fixed it in an hour.Service: Air conditioning

Had to go in due to a reefer issue and they got us in a bay within minutes of showing and then got reefer unit repaired extremely quickly. Everyone we talked to was very friendly. Will definitely use this place again if need be.

Had a massive air leak. Called ahead the office staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Matt the Tech had me in and out in less then an hour. 10/10 would recommend.

In the past 30 days two of my units have been to the shop. The first with an electrical issue at the starter. The second and AC issue. On the first truck they couldn't find anything wrong. Even though the driver explained to him it had to be a wire. We paid the bill left and the following week we had to go into Indianapolis to the carrier and it took them all of 20 minutes to fix the problem. The second issue was the driver did not have AC working on his carrier. He showed up sometime after 5:00 p.m. and just after 11:00 p.m. he was told to work was completed. The bill was paid to the tune of just over $2,300 and when the driver turned on the APU there was no AC. He went in and spoke with the mechanic the mechanic then looked at the unit then called his boss and stated we can continue working on this unit but now we're going to have to charge you after hours charges. I believe quality is in the name only here.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

These guys are great. My reefer gave out on a very hot day which also happened to be the 4th of July. They were able to get it running almost as soon as I pulled into their shop. They found the problem and fixed it quickly. They even allowed me to park in their lot for a 10 hour break and have a car for drivers to use to go grab a bite to eat while they do repairs. I'm thankful these guys were here working on a holiday.

These guys saved us today! I had a frozen load and the alternator went out, reefer quit by the time I got here, but they had it fixed before my load got out of temp. Thank you so very much!!!

They definitely know thier business. I brought my reefer unit to them with a not keeping the temperature problem and an tops I was back on the road. And thier prices as are not bad at all. Will DEFINITELY be back.

Mechanic came in on-call (Sunday) and was able to fix Reefer thermostat problem from the outside (he had to use a shortcut since it was sealed and loaded). I was out and rolling within a couple hours.

Shop is attentive and knowledgeable with extended hours. Sales/customer service is great. One of the best business decisions I have made was to make QSC an integral part of our operation.

Hello drivers I just wana share whith you what they did to me quality cervis crop I wend there I needed starter for carrier unit they tald me they don t have time for that I ask them just I need the starter the come outside check which starter do I need and they give me wrong one I had problems for starter ather carrier told me you have wrong starter I call them they ask me to send it that invoice saying wrong starter I send I wait 1 week no call. I call them the manager say that we can t do nothing for you the question is.Is that aprofessional way to answer we can do nothink?

The mechanic in Marshalltown Iowa T j knowledgeable and Cares about fixing it correctly and not selling you a bunch of stuff you don't need Which is extremely Comforting when you own a small fleet in live so far away To know you're going to be treated fair
