Great people.$200 Used commercial tire plus m&B for my 18 wheeler. Big pull through bays.They got me in and out in about a hour.Thanks Jake.

Had flat while traveling on I80 and got pulled of to a gas station. Got my tire pulled off and took it to Pomp's. They got it repaired immediately for the best price a guy can get! Thank you so much!

Customer service above and beyond our expectations! My husband arrived 15 minutes prior to closing hours due to finding a nail in his semi tire. They removed the tire, pulled out the nail (which hadn't punctured through) , and remounted the tire at no charge. All while staying after closing! Thank you!

Would like to start by saying you have an amazing employee by the name of Uriel !!!! I started my morning from Chicago to Des Moines driving a semi my 2 back tires on my chassis went bad Uriel should very professional and helpful after inspecting my tires advised me I had other mechanical issues with my axels besides to flat tires do would require a tow he completed his part of the job still advised my dispatch of the situation to make sure they were informed before he left I mentioned I was starving lol and if he new any good places he replied if you still here in an hour I got you with some food hour passed I I thought it wa so just fun talk this man went out his way to drop off some food hope I don t get him in trouble but really helped me out I can wait another 4 hrs here for my tow now lol thx Uriel !!!!!

Super expensive. Definitely wouldn't use these guys again. Was supposed to have a 1500 hold to put two tires on it came out to be almost $2000. Guy destroyed my hubcap with a grinder. Not good! Don't recommend.

They were very efficient, the price was reasonable, and Matt's patient answer. At that time, the mechanic who came to change my tires was also very careful! I came an hour after I confirmed the location with Matt (about 40 miles away from me), thank you for everything you have done!

Went their to get a tire and it s was done quickly as possible! Service crew was very friendly and knowledgeable, probably the best tire shop in the state of Iowa!, will be back to get more tire needs!

First class, Top Notch. After waiting 6 hours for a corporate brand we won't mention! Pomp's went out of their way to get to us as fast as they could! You'll be our first call if there is a next time!

The company in Iowa was horrible they over charged me. They told it will be 250 just to take off a tire and replace it with my spare which I was ok with. Then they charged me 350 for whatever reason I m not sure and when the tech came out he had no invoice for me to sign at all. So that gave them the leverage to charge me what ever they wanted to I guess. I will never deal with this company again and for future reference make sure they give you an invoice to sign. Poor service in Iowa does monies

We had a school Bus full of students visiting the state capital and had a bus tire blow out on I235. We called Pomp's and they responded to our bus in less than 40 minutes. The new tire was put on and we were on the road again in less than 30 minutes. I can't say enough good about the service they provided. Would highly recommend them.

I got my truck done in no time. Kudos to those supervisors that they roll their sleeves and work in a shop. They truly take care of the customers. Five star boys. Keep up the amazing work

I called in distress at 5pm (they close at 5:30). Told them what was going on, they assured me that they could get me 2 new tires to replace my now no good ones. Within 20 minutes the gentleman arrived with 2 new tires and went right to work. By 5:50 he was finished removing two ruined tires, putting new tires back on my wheels, and putting them back on the car. This was the first time I have ever needed roadside assistance, and they put all my worries to ease!

8 drive tires on my KW T680...in and out ONE hour 10m. Excellent. Pricing thru Landstar national account so can't attest to that, but servicewise 5 Stars!!

This is the only place I let work on my truck and trailer tires. Reasonable prices, knowledgeable staff, fast turnaround, not really a reason to take your commercial tire business anywhere else.

Just stopped here on my way with my family on the way from Wisconsin to Texas. I called first as they were closing at the time I would get to them from the gas station where my husband noticed we had a low tire. The service manager (Mike) was so accommodating and told me they would be there to check the tire. They removed it, and went over it with a fine-tooth comb to check for a leak. Luckily it looked like it was just low from the cold weather, but he gave us his after hours number and told us to call if there was any other problem and they would send their roadside to take care of us. Such a wonderful example of true service. I wish they were in Texas!

Went there for valve stems for rear tractor tires. Was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. I will go back for other tire needs and I have a lot of tires

800 miles after having $5800 worth of work done to our 2016 Great Dane trailer. (tires, brakes, drums and bearings) an entire wheel assembly came sliding right off the spinal and rolled across the medium, through on-coming traffic, crashed through a fence and stopped half a mile from freeway. Amazingly no one was killed or injured. The Technician who did the work didn't install the bearings lock correctly on one of the wheel assembys. The final outcome is still in the courts. Just wanted everyone to know the kind of place this is and the poor workmanship they are capable of. BUYER BEWARE

Had 4 tires put on my semi and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
