I ve had my 2020 STi tuned there twice and just got my dad s 2006 STi tuned there. Great staff and knowledgeable about Subarus!

After having my car tuned, I got it back with no traction control or corresponding systems functioning, tuning is all sorts of screwed up. With air conditioning on the car will Rev insanely high when I push the clutch in. Went back and forth on the traction control issues for about a month and then I was ghosted. Wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for a proper tune.

Great shop, great owners and all there staff! Help alot with questions and answers. Parker at the front is the guy for sure! Excellent customer service and super nice! Diffently recommended this performance shop 10 outta10

Dont do what i did and fall for these guys and others who recommend OTL. Their quality and customer service is very inconsistent. They will swindle you out of quality at the minimum. Their services and engine options are overpriced. Beware, they may lose your car parts for months on end and expect you to wait a year for you're car to be repaired and then haphazardly put the new engine in (my brand new engines cylinder heads werent even done properly in the end. save yourself from getting shafted by these shady guys. They also left me a nice little dent on the crease of my door. also, somehow i ended up with a different intake manifold from another STI

One of my parts needed a replacement, so I contacted their builder advisor and sales Parker and he got me taken care of asap. Really happy and grateful to be their customer, wanted to write this review to showcase their great customer service!

I was pretty happy with the results of my tune, and Sam the tuner is amazing. All my interactions with him have been extremely helpful and he provides tons of useful information to help you get the best build you can given your goals. I have really enjoyed all my interactions with him so far. He really knows his stuff. My only issue is that the time it took to get my car tuned was way longer than they initially estimated which caused me to miss a big car show that I had been working extremely hard for. So I would say if you're patient or have the time, going to OTL is worth it just to have Sam tune your car. But if you're on a time constraint, you might need to find somewhere else.Service: Auto engine tuning

Long overdue review. Found these guys under recommendation of a shop I used to go to in MD. Ended up spending lots of time with the owners and really appreciated the kindness work ethic. I had my car tuned by Junior through them as well, good prices and knowledgeable mechanics. Highly recommend for Subaru or any performance car need.

If you want to be ripped off, have your car given back to you in disarray, have bolts and parts missing, and be left wondering if your cars gonna make it then by all means, take your car to these fine gentlemen. If you don't mind your car repairs coming second to their racing habit and taking anywhere from 6 months to 2 years while also being inferior to anyone else then you're looking at the right place. Build process/quality? non existent. Customer service? gone after Justin gets his cut.Service: Engine repair

The guys at offtheline are some of the best people I've had the chance to meet and they crushed every expectation I had when I took my 6 speed STI transmission there to get built. They are very personable and I would highly recommend the shop to anyone for any work they offer from basic bolt ons to the full can of sauce. Thank you OTL!

Love this place. 10/10 recommend them to everyone. I even rep their sticker on my wrx. They have the best parts and everyone in that building is easy to get along with. Can't help but stopping in to say hi when I drive by. Bring your business to these guys. They won't let you down.

The guys at Off the Line Performance go out of their way to be helpful! From helping me find the right car for me to making sure I get in for oil changes, these guys have been there to help me with my every car need from big to small! Would definitely recommend.

Great guys, would definitely use them again. They went above and beyond. The true test of character is how a business handles mistakes and these guys are a breath of fresh air. When an incorrect part arrived for my car, one of the guys gave me his part off his own personal car (thereby stranding himself) to get me on the road and Mikey (rockstar mechanic) stayed many hours after closing to put the car back together for me. These guys are a class act. I read a couple of these reviews and am highly suspicious of what kind of person could manage to get a one star experience out of this awesome shop. They were hair on fire busy (happens when you're good) but still had time to fit me in. Justin (the owner) was polite, respectful, and apologetic that I would have to wait a bit.While waiting, I met folks who had come all the way from Alaska, Minnesota, South Dakota, New Jersey, Missouri, and some even farther just to have their car worked on. All left ecstatic with their work and wishing to return again soon.

I began using otl in 2015. Since then I have moved across the country and still being many states away continue to rely on justin/otl for their expertise in the Subaru space as well as top quality parts.

Off the line performance is exactly what the title says. I took my boosted FRS there because it was having idle issues and I gave it to them and within the next will I had it back Dyno results and everything! We as a community of tuners need to get this name out there more because they jump leaps and bounds to get your car off the line
