They had what I needed when the other major chain didn't. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I'll probably start going here more often.

Ordered a part on line before noon for my service van. Couldn't get back to work until I had fixed the problem. The confirmation email I received said approx 1 hour and would receive a second email confirming the part was ready for pickup. After 2 hours I decided to call the store but no one answered.. waited another 30-45 minutes and called again, and again no one answered. I decided to stop in the store to check on things. There was either 3 or 4 employees and 2 customers. At one point I heard an employee answer the phone and asked the person to hold...at least they answered that time! I was greeted fairly quick and told him I was inquiring about my online order. He brought up the screen and I noticed it had 7 online orders that were highlighted in red. I can only assume they were not looked at yet due to the guy going back to the shelf to grab my part as if I had just came in off the street for it.I can't blame the employees completely, as once there i received decent service but the fact that I ordered online and it took 3 hours plus drive time to get the part... I would have been better off going in and ordering the part. Would have saved me lots of time and I could have been back to work much faster after fixing my service van.I don't plan on going back to this store anytime soon. Seems like things didn't run smoothly and the employees seemed like a deer in headlights at times. Plenty of other options in the area to wait around and lose hours of work.

Andy, the commercial in-store sales representative is always friendly, and goes out of his way to help. They all return calls when promised. Delivery service is fast and accurate. Any problems and they take care of your needs, fast & without any hassle. The salesman stops regularly and checks in.Thanks to the entire group for all you do, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Tried calling repeatedly, no answer all day. Went in 5pm asked if something wrong with phones, 2 workers looked at asst mgr & both said he said we're busy, let the phone ring today & they laughed. Asked one of them to help install wiper blades, he said sure give me a sec. 15 mins later went back in & saw him cleaning the counter (no customers in the store either). Returned wipers & went across street to AutoZone instead. Terrible all around, too bad people don't care about the service they provide anymore.

I have been calling since they opened NO ANSWER I work for a parts supplier for heavy duty trucks and I need some paint mixed up and The simply will not answer sad just sad

The lady was very patient and understanding. Even though I kept forgetting all the parts I needed, and had to come back into the store repeatedly, she still took the effort to find me what I needed. She even gave me a printout with a diagram of the install process. Very appreciated.They did not have every part on my list in stock, but I found the others across the street. They were also pretty helpful. I'll post a positive review for them too.

This morning, while it was snowing and the temperature was in the single digits, I stopped in after unsuccessfully trying to out air in my tire at a nearby Q Trip, looking to use an air compressor. The wonderful lady working behind the counter went out of her way to help me and went above and beyond by going out to her car and using her own portable air compressor to put air in my tire! I went back later this PM and purchased my own portable compressor but this lady deserves a shout out for her customer service!

Sam helped us above and beyond on a hot day. He even got our dog water during the wait. Walter and Matt were also very humbling and helpful to be around. Surprisingly, as this store is located in a rather rough area of town. This was my favorite experience though! Thank you all for your services! Will always remember that "idiot kid" in a loving way! These 3 men are the best!

It seems like every time I want to just run in & grab what I need, it's busy & I either have to wait in line to pay or put my stuff back & leave. It's the same if I go in & need help with something!

This younger gentleman took excellent care of my needs when he didn't know anything about what was going on because the girl before him left and didn't brief him of anything happening. Like me going in for a serpentine belt and he had no idea what I was talking about. But, he got er done and I left with my belt.

They have a couple of guys who will help a lady who know nothing about her vehicle and has no man at home to help.... 67th and Douglas and works at Martin Luther King store as well.

I have been a long time customer of O'Reilly Auto Parts Nationwide. My husband passed away after working at United States Gypsum for 20 years they allowed me to keep his employee discount as his widow. I used that discount today at the Grinnell store and proceeded to be interrogated buy gentleman working at the counter. He was questioning me about the zip code and address of the plant how it was spelled and not sure if he was going to be able to accept this company account number. He went as far as telling me one price over the phone with that account number discount and then tried charging me another price. There's a big difference between 107 including tax and 119 plus tax. Never ever have I been treated with such disrespect at any other O'Reilly store ever. I will always I'm very thankful customer to O'Reilly's at the other stores however I will never never step foot in the Grinell store again after I was treated the way I was today

Just left this store and had one of the best experiences with Ashley, Sam, and David. Thanks for the great advice and metal zip tie and putting customer service ahead of sales. You made a bad day much better :) and I'll definitely be back.

Got the job done and saved some money on the job and the people who work with me was the best i always say I go for the best and that is what I did when I come to your store so thank you so very much for all your help you have the best working experience people in the world working for you give them a raise in their pay check

Misinformation. The parts are what you would expect, but don't expect the people to know how the part is supposed to function, or the difference between similar parts. There are billions spent on research and development every year, but when you walk in the store they are repeating old information that will cause a vehicle built in the last 40 years to probably not work properly.

This store has improved my faith in O'Reillys. I have had a bad experience with one in western US. However, I was needing exhaust supplies and the mechanic recommended this location. I took my pipe and muffler in and Travis got me taken care of when I thought I might not have been able to get the part I needed. While, I admit I have a better relationship with AutoZone, I'll consider THIS store if I have to use a competitor again.

Good inventory, but the people working there are MORONS, as related to automotive knowledge. There might be one person who knows their job. Good luck getting the right part. After three tries I finally had to show her what I needed on her computer. Still better than AutoZone.

When we asked to have them run a diagnostic on my car he complained that he couldn't because "there's only two people working right now" the store was dead. I've had plenty of other stores run a diagnostic on my car when there was just two employees. This really upset me. Guess I won't go here since work is to hard with only two workers at this location.

You know what you can expect when you coming to this O'Reilly's? You can expect a staff who knows what they're doing. O'Reilly's employees have always been there to help me find whatever it is I needed to find and I've always been knowledgeable of the products they sell. I would give 5 stars but sometimes the quality of parts that I've gotten from O'Reillys over the years have been questionable, but I could also say the same for their competitors as well. One thing I'm not doing is talking down on the employees especially this one at Martin Luther King. So visit O'Reillys for any of your car care needs.

I went to looking for a headlight for my car. Iram went above and beyond to locate the light, actually installed it for me on site .. I was so thankful because I had errands to run that evening .. great customer service

I rate 1 cus there it s a lazy girl on the paint department she don t like to do he s job I ask for Mach my paint order and she refuse to doit went I talk with the other guy he do good job he Mach all the paints I order that s why I pay spensive pain for best Mach and I ask to talk to the manager and refuse that s for the store owner we can buy materials on another s stores I hope it s nay the way to treat a customer

Liars and cheats, I should have known better than to come back, serves me right for giving them a second chance. One of their customers stole a phone right out of a car and took off. Staff was generally unhelpful, lied and said they would be right out when offered cash for assistance. Management is nonexistent, and they wouldn't even swap out 10w for 5w of the exact same thing when I never even left the parking lot.

Great place for automotive paint needed a touch up color for my 1966 Corvette, took him just a few minutes mixed me up 4 oz in a touch up can,And a great priceThank You
