Phil is the best GM mechanic in town. I've known Phil, Phillip and Patrick since high school.Genuine ACDelco, warranty work, etc. If you own a GM or Pontiac they are the first call for repair I cannot do myself.Phil's son, Phillip, runs the body shop out back. One of Phillips pride and joy's is a 3rd Gen Camaro. I appreciate his attention to detail and always prefer to take my car to someone who is an enthusiast for 3rd Gen Camaros as well.

The only mechanic that I trust to do the job right. Phil has fixed the incompetent work done on my car by others. We are talking about using the wrong parts for brakes (pretty important in my book) and installing them correctly (even more important)

I used to dread having somebody work on my car just because I was afraid of the bill I'm going to get. This guy will not screw you over and say stuff needs fixed that don't. He will look at what's wrong give u a call and u know exactly what needs fixed and what it will cost not a penny more. There is good Is mechanics out there and he is the best

Phil is one of the best mechanics I have ever met. He is honest and will give it to you straight--letting you know if something really needs to be replaced or not. He has done fantastic work on several of our vehicles. In a world where honesty, integrity, and friendly service are all hard to come by Phil is a refreshing reminder that they do in fact still exist!

We have been working with Phil for over 20 years! They are honest and trust worthy and will always give me the straight answers! And will fix what ever is thrown at him or at least give his professional opinion! Good people and good friends!

Could have sold me a starter and I wouldn't have questioned it. All I needed were new battery cables. Honest, knowledgeable, and fast! I will definitely make him my first call when I need a mechanic again.

Great service. My van was leaking coolant pretty bad. I dropped it off Wednesday afternoon and Phil had a new radiator in by the next day. McCalley provided great, friendly service. I would recommend to anyone

They swapped the starter in my Jeep Commander (no small task given the location of the starter). In one day we had it back and it is running perfectly. The price was reasonable and the owner is a good guy.

I was on my way back from vermont heading towards colorado. I had to be to work on Tuesday and it was Sunday night. As we were going through Des Moines the alternator blew out. The next morning I went to his shop and he was the earlier than the hours posted on his door. He allowed me in and I explained to him the situation I was in. He was superbly friendly and his wall was plastered with certificates and different things. I honestly didn't think he was going to be able to do anything about it that day, most mechanics need some notice. He ended up taking me telling me he had one guy ahead of me. I talked to him a little before eight in the morning and he had me on the road by 10 something. He was fast, reliable, and friendly. I would suggest his service to anyone.

This is where you can find one of the last honest mechanics in the city. I have always been treated fairly and given fair opinions of the value of the repair compared to the value of the car. He s great!

These guys are great. Had engine trouble one morning so I called them up and they got me right in. They diagnosed the problem, explained it thoroughly to me, and fixed it the same day. Great customer service!

Amazing! Upfront and honest! Very knowledgeable in all aspects! Great service and the people are incredibly nice. This is the only place I go to and trust! If you don't do business with McCalley Mechanics you're just asking for more problems and spending more money down the road.
