Many thanks to Mark at Iowa motors! My son literally had no credit score as he had never purchased anything on credit. Mark was able to get him into his first car with test drive, financing, and delivery in about 90 minutes! We had researched prices for the car my son chose and Mark gave us a really great deal, even has a two year warranty. Alena in the office was so nice and personable.Great experience!Awesome people!

The guys at Iowa Moter Exchange were awesome! They made the impossible possible and got me into a newer car with a sweet deal! They listened to what I had to say and more than met my needs. Grateful for all the hard work and knowledge to make the right deal for me, even though their profit margin to a hit. Mark has helped the wife and I twice. Great guy and willing to work with you. I personally have not had any issues with 1st car purchased. Called Mark and he said i had to use the warranty as after sale it is out of his hands. I posted to soon second car lasted 13 days. Car has been at another dealership for a month and a half trying to get it fixed. The warranty is a joke. Still don't know if vehicle will get fixed. And if it's worth it. Stuck with a loan on a car I can't drive.

Mark was great. He was personable when helping my nephew buy his "new to him" car. The cars are priced for what they are worth and they guarantee that you will get financed.

They are the nicest and easiest people to deal with. I was helped through a process that my contractor had a mistake with their app on my pay. She was cool calm and collected. She helped me through it without a worry that we could get it done that day as I needed a car. I would rate them 10 stars but I can t. Thank you for the help it is much appreciated as you know already. I think I have a new dealer now and have been blessed to have her help!!!

Mark was great to work with. I had initially inquired about a vehicle and the payments were way higher than I could afford. Mark had recently taken a vehicle in trade that met all of my family s needs. He dealt with me calling and asking so many questions. Tires and breaks were replaced with new. 10/10 recommend ia motors!

They were so helpful we have been having car troubles for awhile now they got us approved and even stayed late because my husband couldn't get off of work in time. They stand behind what they sell and make sure everything is in working order.if you are looking for good quality cars and helpful honest people this is your place .Thank you guys so much for all you have done for our family. Our daughter will be turning 16 soon and will be back .

Horrible experience. We went in interested in a specific vehicle. We were told it wasn't ready yet and hasn't even been inspected and to call back the next day, never told us we could go ahead and make the down payment even though we had given all our information and was completely ready. Call back the next day to be told a lady came in and put a payment on it soon after we left.

Very nice staff cut me a deal and got me in a newer vehicle with no issues that I was more than happy to get. If you've been told no to many times then this is the place to go. They do mean guaranteed financing. Will DEFINITELY be coming back in the future.

Thank you Iowa Motors and more importantly thank you Alena or as we call her now Queen A. I have bad credit history with Credit Acceptance with a repo, but that didn't stop her she worked her magic got my boyfriend financed and us into a vehicle that will not only be reliable but the payments are not breaking the band we found a minor electrical issue with the vehicle and no questions asked they ordered the parts and will be doing the repairs. We will always recommend Iowa Motors to our friends and family.

I work a lot and it's hard to get around to look at cars or do much in my limited free time. They were amazing everything was done in a day via phone and email. All I had to do was show up and pick up the car. Which I was very late, they stayed past closing so I could come get the car. Wonderful people and excellent service. Will definitly buy from them again.

unprofessional company that doesn't listen to customers, since day 2 our vehicle gaves us problems. Seems more like a scammers who want money. Not like Iowa Motors will respond back. Nothing but a company that is best at ripping people off.

10/10 recommend Mark is an eloquent and helpful person. If you re looking for a great deal WITH TRUTH. I refer Mark @ IA Motors is the guy for you! He ran down everything for me and made sure I didn t walk out the door until I fully understood and was confident with the commitment I was making. Mark and Alena were great!! I had an appointment with Mark but was running late so Alena handled it all. She even stayed late when we hit a few snags with the finance company just to make sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend IA motors to anyone in the market for a good reliable vehicle and great customer service!!

I called this dealership after weeks of searching for a larger SUV to fit our family. I talked with mark sent him my information and paperwork requested( we live about 110 miles away) Mark called me back maybe 10 mins later telling me EXACTLY what he could offer and work with. Never once did we feel pressured in to buying or let down by the inventory. All very nice used vehicles. Wonderful customer service!If you want to buy a car with no pressure, being fully informed and confident with what you are buying the IA MOTORS is the place!!! Our family of 8 thanks you Mark we love the Tahoe!

These guys were Amazing! Got me an interest rate 14% lower than originally discussed and got me into the car I wanted right away. Full disclosure on the terms of the loan and worked with me on my down payment. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. ASK FOR MARK!

False advertising as guaranteed financing with low down payments but than hit me with, I ll need $10,000 down for a vehicle with 90,000 miles and 6 years old. With $10,000 down I could pretty much walk into any dealership and get approved for any vehicle I wanted. They likely didn t like my past credit history, all accounts older than 4 years keep in mind, and said I needed $10k down just so they wouldn t have to deal with me, Knowing how much I had to put down, they put an unreasonable amount so I would leave them alone. If you have bad credit or prior credit problems save yourself some time and find a different dealerships as they don t want to work with bad credit customers.

The staff at IAMotors is fantastic. Mark went the extra mile to make sure that I left with the vehicle that I wanted. Very reasonable and helpful staff. Fantastic communication and he listened to what I wanted. He made the experience about me and what I was comfortable with. You guys are fantastic. Thank you so much.

I just want to say I am super greatful for all the help they gave me. Mark is a nive guy who explained everything as clearly as possible so I understood everything I was getting into. Was comfortable taking the car on a test drive alone so they went with me for the test drive. They sold me a very solid car that I am very happy with. If anyone needs a car I highly suggest going to them. They will treat you tight and make sure you are taken care of and get a great car. Thank you guys again for getting me a great car and helping me out.

Buying a new car sucks but Mark made it super simple.And exactly what was told to me over the phone is the same as he said at the car lot.. Broke everything down and explained it perfect i would recommend this place to anyone he will make sure you leave in a ride ...and not to bad to look at

Mark made the process of trading in my vehicle easy as 1-2-3. The car buying process can be tedious and intimidating, especially for a woman. But the experience at IA Motors was quick and easy. I had a good feeling from start to end.

I usually don't like to complain but thing place is seriously terrible I don't not recommend anyone buy a car from here. It's a mearicle this place has such good reviews. This place should have a law suit against them because they gave us false information about our car. Conned us out of 600 dollars because they were suppose to take care of our plates never did and forced us to pay out of pocket for our title and registration even though we already paid for it in our loan agreement. It wouldn't be so bad if they atleast pretended to car but they don't. The lady that handles the plates said she didn't care if we wrote bad reviews or if we even came back there again. They will literally conn you out of money please don't make the same mistake we did. They have been the biggest mistake and we have to deal with I for 6 years with a 23 % interest rate. As a new parent you want to provide the best you can for your family. These people do not care as long as they can take all your money. If I treated other people like this in the Healthcare field I would be out of a job for sure. If I can help others atleast learn from my mistakes it would help you out alot. Please don't buy anything here.

They did an amazing job. I was taking care of from the moment I step on the property. Bobby V. He was such a nice guy and honestly helped me out I felt secure in my purchase and I know that I got the best care I could have. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a car and trying to build your credit!!!

I bought my car from here about a month ago, I love the car and everything is great!! I came in told Buddy what I needed from a vehicle and the one he told me to check out I did, actually it was perfect!! I didn't even have to look at any other vehicle after that one :) Buddy and Mark both did everything they could to help me get the best financing possible and have answered all my questions and got me a GREAT warranty too!! I would and will recommend IA Motors to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.
