They are always polite and the work gets done quickly. I (being female) don't feel I've ever been talked down to by anyone explaining what they feel is wrong with my vehicle. And they are just a couple of minutes from my house. Great place!

Amazing experience. Robert was fantastic to work with. I was in and out in under an hour. The office was clean and comfortable. Very happy to have a shop I trust and know I can depend on for any future issues.

I have teenage drivers So we tend to have cars in the shop pretty regularly. This place is amazing, Super fast and affordable. Service with the highest integrity. They ve been straight forward each time and don t try to sell us things we don t need. Can t say enough great things!

"I brought my car to Freedom Tire on Monday for a diagnostic, and they told me that a new turbocharger was needed, but they didn't have it in stock. They promised to order it and said I would have my car back by Thursday or Friday. However, when Thursday arrived, no one contacted me, and I had to call to ask about the status. I was disappointed with their poor communication and lack of updates. On Friday, I called again and was told that the part arrived on Saturday, but they wouldn't work on it until Monday. When Monday came, no one called me, and I had to call again to be told that the part hadn't arrived. I'm extremely upset and feel that there is systematic racism going on, especially with the front desk lady's behavior. I wouldn't recommend anyone bring their car here, and if they say they don't have the part, take your business elsewhere!"

This Tire and Auto Service Center is ABOVE ALL OTHERS! What a tremendous blessing that it is also close to home!Keith is a tremendous expert PLUS he is kind and helpful EVERY time! Late last summer I had a low tire and a blade was found in my tire and I was fixed up in NO TIME! The expedited service was extraordinary -- I don't expect favors -- however, my husband is disabled and Keith noticed this in his service to us! Recently, I needed my routine Spring car servicing within a 2 hour parameter for similar considerations for my husband's needs too and the help I had for him at home. The car was completed well within my timing. Prices are fair -- explanation/expectations are given/fair. Care is given to the auto AND TO THE CUSTOMER. I have gone here for YEARS and will never go anywhere else. Keith and others have gone above and beyond and have earned my "forever-loyalty"! Thanks Keith and ALL! YOU ARE THE VERY BEST! I highly recommend Freedom Tire and Auto Service Center for everyone -- well worth traveling to! KUDOS!!!! BRAVO!Service: Oil change

I originally stopped at the West Grand location for a tire plug but they were booked; however, Dillon went above and beyond by calling the Fleur location and to be honest, it's hard to come by great customer service these days. Keith welcomed me as soon as I walked into the Fleur location. Freedom Tire was so very accommodating. I live in South Carolina and they were aware that I needed to get back on the road. I received immediate service and quite frankly, some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. Kudos to Dillon and Keith!!Service: Tires

I was in the area with my trailer and had a low tire on it. Freedom Tire and Auto quickly aired me up and got me back on the road free of charge. Even checked pressure in all the tires for me. I appreciated them making time for me in a pinch!Service: TiresService: Tires

Called for an oil change. They got me in same-day and handled the job in about one and a quarter hours.Front desk attendant was friendly and accommodating. Car seems to be in good working order thus far. No complaints thanks for the quick turn around, folks!NOTE: I received a $10 discount to post a positive review. My experience with Freedom Tire s services is limited, but at this point I would use them again for oil change needs.Service: Oil change

The service department (Keith) is top notch. Very friendly, listens to you, asks good questions and keeps you updated to progress on the work being done. He provided me with information on what the issue was with my truck and honest recommendations. He made me feel like my concerns were addressed and that Freedom Tire would get things fixed. They did and did so in a very timely manner. I will use Freedom Tire again... and again... and again...Service: Battery

Had my first experience with Freedom Tire on Fleur several weeks ago. This service was second to none. Kieth the manager introduced me to Chris the technician. A visual inspection was performed finding the problem in short order. The next morning the work was completed. Thanks for the friendly atmosphere and service. Freedom Tire will now be my go to for future service. PS Chelsea s friendly welcome was a true day brightener.Service: Auto brake repair

I will continue to do business with the great people at Freedom. I always leave satisfied whether it s an oil change, tire fix, or other auto repair. They always take great care of me and I don t feel like just another number like at the dealership auto service centers I ve gone to in the past. Most importantly, you can TRUST them they aren t going to try and nickel and dime you or upsell you. You will get the best work done at the lowest price, and they always give you a call and get your permission before stating any work. They have been more than fair with me, and in return I plan to be a loyal customer for many years to come. Also, it s great to be so close to a Starbucks and Panera to pass the time if needed. Thanks to all the team Freedom!

Great service! My headlight went out on the way home from work when it was dark. Their employee Conner was great help and replaced my headlight quick and easy so I could get home safely. Got a new set of tires from this place and couldn't ask for better service. Chelsea helped us determine the best quality tire at a good price and gave us great customer service. I had a great experience at Freedom Tire. I came in with a tire that had a hole in it, and another with a slow leak, and they were able to repair both! I don t usually write reviews, but when you find a business with integrity these days it s warranted. Freedom Tire is reliable, flexible and trustworthy. We have used them repeatedly for our tires. When the dealership wanted to scare me into new tires during an oil change, I decided to go back to Freedom Tire to check them. The tires were fine and they rotated them for me. Six months later and after much driving we came back and Freedom worked through the options with us to get the right tire for our needs. 100% we will continue doing business with Freedom Tire.Services: Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement

I've been a client of Freedom Tire on Fluer Dr going on about 15 yrs now. I have 6 vehicles in my household, and I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. What I love most about Freedom Tire is their HONESTY!! I have older vehicle's and they don't try to fix what doesn't need to be fixed if you know what I mean. Great Service and Great workmanship. This place is the bomb...needed tires installed before my weekend trip and Keith the manager was very friendly when I first called in. I called several places and he was the most knowledgeable and seemed too understand my sense of urgency.....I choose them because of him. When it was done he gave me my SR. discount and introduced me the the tech who was Chris and he was very much a person I want working on my cars. I have 6 vehicles and this team gets my vote....I'll for sure be back. Thx guys!Service: Wheel alignment

I went to the Freedom Tires on Fleur after discovering a nail in my tire. The entire staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. Conner came out and explained everything to me and calmed me down. Chelsea was so kind and understanding. Freedom tire set a new bar for customer satisfaction. I scheduled to have my tires replaced while I d be out of town on vacation. I dropped my car off and they provided me a ride to the airport. I got back into town on a Sunday when the shop was closed for the weekend. The general manager took time out of his Sunday to drive into work and get me my car back at exactly the time he said he would. Great people to work with.

Very friendly staff and great service. Chris treats our vehicles as if they are his and the managers (Keith and John) have always treated us well. I have followed the managers around different shops because I know how efficient they run things and I will get an honest assessment of my vehicles.
