I am definitely going to go back to get the front brakes done. And anything else I need. The 2 guys behind the counter were fabulous and gave me good advice on how Midas treated me and the work that they didn't do on my car that they charged for. It was a little bit more costly than I thought but fabulous job.

Clean, nice building. Well-mannered staff.5th oil change. Multiple vehicles. Would be 5 stars, except they overfill the oil once. Enough to mention. They drained some a couple days after.

I took my car here for an oil change because I needed it done sooner than Smart Honda was able to get to it. The staff was friendly and the service took about an hour, but I was surprised that it was more expensive than taking it to the dealer, even after using a coupon. I will probably stick to the dealer going forward, but the experience overall was fine.

I was having a low tire problem plus it was late but I was able to get in right away. They fixed my tire and the price was reasonable! The young man at the desk kept me up to date on what had been found . Much appreciated! Thank you for great service.

Solid service and faster than I expected. Appreciate their recommendations for type of tire I d need, they didn t push back when I selected a model on the lower end of the scale which was still a valid choice.

These guys are patient and honest, which I feel is very hard to find in auto repair. They have sent me home on several occasions because I was told I needed a repair that was unnecessary, when they could have just taken my money instead. Most recently, they helped resolve and fix the mess that resulted when I got tires installed elsewhere (the sensor was broken off and which means the alert system in my car failed to work for several years since I got the tired, and the place where I got the tires installed was unwilling to fix).I feel lucky to have found this place.Not sure why I ever go anywhere else, but I learn my lesson every time that I do!

Always fast reliable service. When shopping around for car maintenance they are always at the lower end of average for pricing. We ve been happy customers for years here at Fast Tire!

Always great service at Fast Tire on Merle Hay Rd. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They keep my old truck running.The new Goodyear tires will keep my son safer now when driving around town.

Quality customer service and knowledgeable technicians. I've received great mechanical service during every visit I make. You do have to wait longer than you'd think for even a basic oil change. Even with that con at least the waiting room is spacious and comfortable. Currently my go to mechanic shop.

Got in the same day and experienced great customer service. I got a full synthetic oil/oil filter change, tire rotation, and cabin air filter change all under $100 and in under an hour. Anything that can make car servicing easy makes me happy thanks!

I've been coming here for 15+ years for oil changes, tires, brakes, you name it. Never had a bad experience...not once. Randy and Jim are the faces behind the counter and they have always been upfront and great guys to work with. Been taking my vehicles to Randy and Jim for over a year now. I really appreciate them doing their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible. They also keep me informed on my vehicles progress and let me know if they notice any issues that could arise in the near future. This is a great team.

I ve been coming here since 2010 and I ve never been disappointed with the quality of service I've received. The ease of scheduling appointments is the best. I can call and schedule today, tomorrow or pick my own day. The time I spend waiting for my car is so good I can bring my 5 year old and she doesn t get antsy. I refer everyone to fast tire, the customer service is friendly and family-like. I will never take my car anywhere else.

I needed new tires but wanted to maintain that smooth quiet ride that we had grown accustom to.They took the time to find the best price on a high quality tire that was comparable to the tires that came with the car when we purchased it.Fast and as always friendly and informative service.

Jim and Randy are great guys, they always do their best to get me in and out as soon as possible. And their technician JR is a great at what he does. This locations staff all seem to work well together to get things accomplished! Keep up the Great Work Guys!

After an 18 hour drive from South Carolina to Iowa, thought I had a slow leak tire. After trying numerous tire stores, fast tire was the only one that would take a quick look even though they were booked up. Ended up all my tires were low, due to temperature change, and simply needed the air topped off. Many thanks to Fast Tire!!

They did a great job overall. Time wise it was good too. I had an oil change and a tire alignment and they did both at a very professional level. It is a little on the higher end when it comes to price but it is definitely worth it. Would recommend to others!

Fast Tire on Merle Hay in Des Moines is awesome. They are trustworthy and you can count on great service. The guys there do great work and I always know that they will take care of any issues I have with my vehicles.I have my wife take her car to fast tire as well. She likes the fact that they don t try to talk her into doing a bunch of extra stuff. They only provide the service that you need!

Highly recommend Fast Tire. They are always do an excellent job on all our vehicles. They take time to explain what needs to be done to the vehicle and always gives us a quote on what will it cost. No surprises or hidden costs, they are always upfront and honest. I have even gone in without an appointment and they helped me out right away.

Got me in quickly, no appt, with 3 leaking tires on my day off. They fixed 2 that had broken the seal and advised they could not fix the third because of a nail penetrating too close to the sidewall. They did excellent work, they were friendly, and was the cleanest shop I have ever been too. They have a very nice waiting area with comfortable recliners and a tv w remote. They also have snacks and drinks. I ll will return for future services. Great people and great shop!
